Would you look at that two new chapters in one day. Sorry i haven't updated in a while. I had a really bad writers block :(

An hour or so later, the door to the young princess' bedroom opened. There in the entrance stood the tallest vampire in the Volturi. His large arms were crossed menacingly over his strong chest. He oozed power and anger but his eyes were soft. Those blood red eyes that were usually cold and heartless, was soft and full of love as he watched the blonde sleep peacefully. His little angel. The one he held the day she was born. His little mate. The only woman that broke down the walls that surrounded his cold heart. She made him better, stronger. She made him smile more. She made him into a better man. She made him feel human.

Felix walked over to where his little mate laid curled up into a ball. Her blonde hair spread across Mage. A soft smile graced her pick perfect lips. Felix smiled down at his mate and ran his fingertips over her warm soft cheek.

Adriana was so different then himself. While he was cold, she was warm. While he was strong, she was weak. While he was a hard asshole, she was a soft sweetheart. He was the one who killed; she was the one who he killed for.

He was the cold heart bastard and she was the sweet hearted angel.

His angel.

"Feli? Demi?" Adriana let out a soft yawn as she rubbed her eyes.

"Shh Angel, go back to sleep." Felix drops a kiss on her forehead and started to rub her back.

"Where's Demi?" Her voice was light and full of sleep. She was about to past out once more but not without making sure her oldest mate is okay.

"He is feeding. Are you hungry, Angel?"

She can't speak anymore but does shake her head before falling back to sleep.

Felix laid there running his fingers through the soft blonde hair. He kissed Adriana on her forehead before leaving the room. He nodded his head at Demetri and continued out of the castle. Felix ran out into the country part of Italy. He looked out over the fields of wild flowers. The only place in all of Italy Felix feels free and alone.

Being part of the Volturi for almost 300 years gets to a man. No privacy. No alone time. No down time. Everyone needs you for something or they wanted something from you. You can never fully relax. Been that way for him since before Adriana was born. Once the princess was born, he became his human self once more. He became a free happy man. He smiled, he laughed, and he joked around. He was himself and he was happy. He finally found someone he loves with all heart cold heart. She is his angel, the only thing that makes him feel.

Felix ran back to the castle once he saw the sun about to come up. He nodded his head at the human receptionist as he walked past. He walked past his kings without even looking at them. A sign of disrespect but they understand that Felix is on his own little mission.

Felix walked into the kitchen and started to cook his angel's breakfast. Over the 19 years that the princess has been alive, Felix and other of the Vampires learnt how to cook for their princess. Felix whipped up her favorite, pancakes and fresh fruits. Coffee with cream joined the plate of food on the silver tray. He covered them and walked up to the west wing. The wing that belongs to King Caius himself.

Felix entered his angel's bedroom and couldn't stop the smile that came to his lips as he saw his angel in the same spot he left her in. Felix placed the tray on the white nightstand before sitting down on the large plush bed. He ran a hand over the soft cheek before dropping a kiss onto it.

"Angel, breakfast is ready."

Purple eyes blinked up at him before a soft yet still bright smile lit up her beautiful face. Felix kisses her cheek once more before helping Adriana sit up after Mage moved off of the bed to eat his food. Felix placed the tray on her lap and played with the soft blonde hair as she ate.

This was his life now, serving and protecting his angel.

I know it's kinda short but I wanted to show what goes on in Felix's head. i don't think I'm going to make the next chapter Demetri's chapter but be prepared that Demetri will be getting his own chapter.
