The Wildcats Return
Chapter 3
Gabriella stared out over the gold course of Lava Springs, with Troy at her side it felt just like that summer junior year. Ten years had passed since then and she wouldn't change a thing. She had a handsome and loving husband who had given her four beautiful children and it was time to tell him about the next two that were on the way.
"Troy," she murmured, against his chest.
"Hmm," answered Troy.
"Troy I'm pregnant," she whispered.
"I know," he whispered, back.
She looked up at him.
"You do?" asked Gabriella.
Troy nodded.
"You've been acting like you did when you found out you were pregnant with Luca," smiled Troy.
"Its twins," she whispered.
"You've been for a scan?" asked Troy.
"I went for a blood test to confirm and then had a scan after the results to check everything was ok," smiled Gabriella.
"How far along?" asked Troy.
"Three slash four months," smiled Gabriella.
"Second trimester already how did we not notice?" asked Troy.
"Because the babies didn't want us to know," answered Gabriella. "The doctor told me something else."
"The gender?" asked Troy.
"She's not 100% certain it's only a like 90% since their not fully developed but they should be in the next month. It looks like a boy and girl," answered Gabriella.
"You already have names?" asked Troy.
"Charlie Reese and Anna Jasmine," answered Gabriella.
"Beautiful," whispered Troy, pulling her to him to kiss her.
Seconds later just like that summer the sprinkles turned on as did the ground lights and Gabriella and Troy ran down to join their kids and friends and celebrate the last day of their holiday.
It was a reunion never to be forgotten.
