Sesshomaru's Point of view

I gazed down at Rins small frame. She refused to make any contact with me since I carried into the room. Even in her sleeping state she didn't want to come near me. I didn't blame her, my mate went threw hell and back because of me.

I knew she wasn't comfortable, her body gave it away. I growled softly, it was her growl. I knew that even asleep she would respond. Then just as I thought her body immediately responded. Turning her small frame towards me she laid her head on my chest, putting her arm around my torso and tangling her legs with mine. Then she went on and nuzzled me before falling back into her deep sleep.

My mind went to Shin and Rin, how he was there for her when I wasn't. Could it be possible for my Rin to doubt our bond? My love for her? My anger and resentment sparked up, I should have been there, but I wasn't. Now the only thing I could do was try and fix the disastrous mess I made with my mate. I wanted her to know I loved her that she was my mate and mine alone. Only. Mine.

I closed my eyes, trying to calm my demon down. He wanted to make Rin his, show her that she was his. I wanted to do the same take her over and over while she screamed my name while my scent was everywhere on her. Letting everyone know, including her that she was mine. Only mine, and It would stay that way. I will make it happen too even if I have to go through hell and back a million times. I would fix this.

Rin's point of view

I woke with arms wrapped tightly around me. Picking my head up I looked to see that me and Sesshomaru were all tangled up. I tried to squirm away but his grip tightened and he growled. I slowly peeked up at him making eye contact with the now half awake Sesshomaru.

"I just want to turn around Sesshomaru," I whispered quietly. His grip loosened letting me turn so my back was now against his chest. His arms still around me pulling me closer. I felt his move my hair so he could place his face in my neck. I whimpered slightly, my neck was one of my sensitive spots and Sesshomaru knew it.

He started placing wet kisses on my neck, making me gasp. "Sesshomaru please don't I don't want another repeat on last night, " as soon as the words came out of my mouth he stopped and sighed deeply. His hot breath on my neck making me shiver.

"Go back to sleep mate, you have a lot of sleep to catch up on before morning." I listened to his words and looked at the window confused. It wasn't morning and and I didn't even notice. I hummed letting him know I was going to listen.

I still felt an empty feeling. I didn't know what to think about our supposable bond. I knew he felt it just like I felt his guilt along with his anger and resentment. I wanted yo forgive him I did, but something just wouldn't let me after all I went threw while he was gone. Our bond nearly broke and because of that I was in so much pain.

Sesshomaru snapped me out of my thoughts with a warning growl. He was telling me he wanted me asleep. Now not later. I pushed myself against him trying to get comfortable and a hiss came out of his mouth. Then I felt it. He was hard.

His hands went down and he he reached in between my legs. Without a warning he grabbed me there, placing pressure. I gasped and moaned all at once and I felt him smirk. He let me go and then moved his arm around my waist.

"Goodnight mate."

I woke up to a cold bed. I turned reaching for Sesshomaru only to find he wasn't there. I shot up and looked around the room. I didn't see Sesshomaru anywhere. The morning light was already hitting my face. Did he leave me already? Again. No, no, no, no, no. He couldn't have, he wouldn't.

"Sesshomaru?" I called in a normal voice if he was near he would hear me. After a few seconds without a response I panicked, "SESSHOMARU!" I yelled tears spilling from my eyes. He couldn't have left me again.

Suddenly Sesshomaru barged in the room rushing toward me. "Shh.. Im right here, I'm not going anywhere I promise," his words were soothing, his voice calm. Picking me up he placed me in his lap, I wrapped my arms around him and dug my head in his held me till I calmed down. Whispering soothing words into my ear while rocking me slightly.

"I thought you left me again," my voice sounded broken and sad.

"I'm not leaving your side mate. I just wanted to clear my plans for today. Today its just you and me."

I moved my head and looked at him. His words shocking me, he's never done this before. I saw in his eyes he was telling the truth and nodded, smiling slightly.

"Is that how you're going to respond to this Sesshomaru from now on? Nodding and humming?" His voice sounded slightly amused but a bit annoyed and serious.

I shook my head, "no Sesshomaru."

"Good. Now go get dressed you need to eat." He placed me on my feet and made a gesture to the bath. Then he made his way to the door opening it. "I'll be downstairs waiting for you. Im not going anywhere Rin. Remember that, " he said before he slipped out the door shutting it behind him.

A/N: I finished this chapter on my phone, I think its one of the longest chapters I've written in a while. I have no idea where I'm going with the story since I write what comes to mind at the moment but if you have any ideas let me know.
