Lily: Hey guys...
Tsuna: SO! This fic is finally off hiatus?
Lily: *nod*
Tsuna: ...
Lily: Hai...
Tsuna: -_-
Lily: WELL! *jumps up* Time to write! Hope you guys enjoy this chapter!
Tsuna: ...*smacks Lily*
Lily: ITAI!
Tsuna: Lily does not own Katekyo Hitman Reborn.
Lily: OI! Don't ignore me!
Tsuna: If she did, she wouldn't be writing this fanfic and she would, instead, make it into an animation.
Lily: Oh, that's actually pretty nice.
Tsuna: -_- Enjoy, guys.
Lily: ENJOY!
"What. The. Hell..." Tsuna said, staring up at the tree which the cat was in. "IS THIS?!"
"I am not sure if we should have agreed to do this," Hibari said, glaring up at the tree.
"Maa, maa. I'm sure it'll be fine for you two young lads, am I right?" the old lady said, chuckling. For some reason, Tsuna couldn't get the image out of his mind of the old lady wearing a traditional Japanese kimono and holding a fan in her hand, hiding part of her face with it. He shivered as the image reappeared.
'I seriously need to forget that...' Tsuna thought.
"So...you just want us to save your cat?" he asked the old lady, who nodded.
"Yes! I'm sure pussy-kin is very frightened, being in a tree that high!" she said.
'I can imagine,' Tsuna thought.
"Well, um...Hibari?" Tsuna said looking over to the skylark. "How shall we do this?"
The skylark grunted.
"You can easily climb up there, can't you?" Hibari said. Tsuna sweat-dropped.
"Well, sure, but..."
"But what?"
"I-it's just that..."
"That what?"
"Well...I mean..."
"Spit it out."
"The tree's kinda high, don't you think?"
Hibari sighed.
"So what?" he asked. Tsuna opened his mouth in a silent scream. He gestured to the tree.
"Can't you see? That thing goes over the clouds!" the brunet shouted.
"Well, you did say you would do anything, right?" the old lady said.
'Why the hell is she smiling?!' Tsuna asked himself. He sighed for what he thought was the billionth time that day.
"I guess I have no choice," he said glumly, looking up at the tree. 'I am seriously starting to regret this.'
The place the trio were in was pretty deserted. There were a few people walking around in the distance, but that was pretty much it. The tree Tsuna was looking (glaring) at was, quite literally, going over the clouds. In fact, you could barely see any of the leaves. It was just one big trunk with a few branches here and there.
"Well, get on with it," Hibari said. Tsuna glared at Hibari, silently telling him that wasn't necessary. The skylark just grunted and rolled his eyes in response. Maybe it was because Tsuna's glare looked more like an angry pout.
The brunet grabbed onto a low branch and started to climb up the tree.
About...some time later.
"Phew!" Tsuna used one of his hands to wipe the sweat off his forehead. He had found a big enough branch to sit on, and decided to take a little break. But when he looked down...
He had barely climbed that high at all.
Tsuna sweat-dropped. If it took him that long to just climb that amount, how long would it be before he found the old lady's cat?
"Ne, I forgot to ask," Tsuna called down to the two at the ground.
"What is it?" the old lady asked.
"What does your cat look like?" the brunet asked.
"Hm...well, pussy-kin is quite large, with a black spot under his left eye. His fur is white, and soft and fluffy," the lady explained.
"And how large is this pussy-kin?" Tsuna asked.
"As big as this lad here," the lady pointed to Hibari. Tsuna choked.
"What?!"
"Actually, I think he's bigger. About two of you?" the lady said to Tsuna.
"EH?! No way! Are you sure pussy-kin is a cat?!" Tsuna exclaimed.
"My, that's quite offensive!" the woman said. Tsuna sighed.
"Fine, fine," he said. He started climbing again. this time a little quicker.
'This is totally not worth it,' he thought.
Once he was pretty sure he was above the clouds, he sat on a branch and sighed.
"Reow~!"
Tsuna blinked and looked to his right.
Large cat with a black spot under his eyes, and soft fluffy white fur...
"Pussy-kin!"
The 'cat' meowed and nudged at him.
"Thank god I found you! You caused a lot of trouble, you know that?"
The cat seemed to meow in apology.
"Well, let's get down..." Tsuna said, not really knowing how exactly to get down. Pussy-kin started to lick Tsuna's face, making him laugh. "I-I'm ticklish! S-stop!"
This only seemed to urge the cat more, nudging Tsuna closer to the edge of the branch.
"P-pussy-kin!" Tsuna laughed, unaware of the danger lurking below-aka plummeting to his death. The cat was still nudging him, until suddenly, his body starting falling backwards.
Tsuna's eyes widened. He tried grabbing onto the branch, but only succeeded in dragging Pussy-kin down with him.

"HIIIEE!"
Tsuna was, quite frankly, plummeting to his death.
"H-help!"
He clutched Pussy-kin tightly, awaiting the inevitable-when he would hit the hard, cold, unforgiving ground.
He did hit the ground, but softer than he expected. He opened his eyes to see he had landed in a bush. Tsuna sighed in relief. He stood up.
"I-I found him..." Tsuna said shakily. Hibari raised an eyebrow at the brunet.
"Thank you so much! Well, here's the money I promised," the old lady said, passing some money to Tsuna. The old lady then walked away casually.
Tsuna sighed.
"I almost freaking died," he said. Hibari smirked.
"We better go back, omnivore-"
Tsuna glared-I mean pouted angrily at Hibari, who sighed.
"Mizuiro."
"Yeah, let's go back," Tsuna said.
The rest of the day for Hibari and Tsuna's business was quite uneventful. The next day, however, something interesting happened.
The doorbell rung, and Tsuna went to answer it as usual. Two suspicious looking men in suits stood there.
"Is this the business that does everything?"
Lily: Wow, a short chapter.
Tsuna: People are glaring at you, Lily...
Lily: Maa, they're just angry cause I haven't updated in forever -shot-
Tsuna: HIIIEE!
Lily: Please review, favourite, and follow...urgh...
Tsuna: HIIE! Lily!
Lily: Hope you enjoyed...
