Wario's Diner, Chapter Two, "Just" Dinner Day 1
The next day, Elise was looking at the letter as usual when the conductor came in.
"Hi. I can't buy a new ticket, so I guess I'll depart now," Elise said.
"No need! Your ticket has been taken care of," the conductor said. Then Wario came and Elise hugged him, thanking him. Then Jeffery came and asked if Elise knew she was a good kisser because in his dreams, Elise kissed like a pro. Then Jeffery said Elise shouldn't chase old boyfriends to find love because sometimes it's right in front of her. Elise was mad at Jeffery.
"You read my letter?" Elise said, angrily.
"If you didn't want me to read it you shouldn't leave it out in the open," Jeffery said.
"It was in my jacket pocket!" Elise yelled.
"Which was out in the open," Jeffery said. "Au revoir, Elise." So Jeffery went back to his room as Elise and Wario started the day. But right in the middle of the shift, the cart holding Famous Recipes and Celebs Magazines rolled away. So Elise kept an eye on the cart in case it rolls away again. When the day ended, Wario said the next time the cart ever rolls away, he will be ready. Then Wario pulled out an old cardboard pizza box inside the freezer. Then Elise made dinner for Wario as a reward of what he did for her. But when Jeffery saw Elise and Wario having dinner, he thought Elise was dating Wario. So Jeffery had a plan to stop this.

The next day, Elise saw Jeffery writing something in his clipboard.
"You're up early," Elise said.
"I'm afraid I didn't sleep very well last night; food poisoning you see," Jeffery said, angrily.
"Not from Wario's kitchen?" Elise yelled.
"Where else? I'm writing up my report now," Jeffery said. "Your boyfriend better find a new line of work."
"Wario is not my boyfriend," Elise said. "He is a nice guy who did me a big favor without asking anything in return." After so much arguing Jeffery offered just one dinner and he won't send in his review but Elise refused. So Elise went to the dinning car to start the day. After the shift was over, Elise finally agreed to have dinner with Jeffery to save Wario. So Elise went to the sleeping car.
"I knew you'd come to your senses," Jeffery said.
"If I were sensible, I wouldn't be here," Elise said.
"Come, Elise. We have drinks, music, the romance of the train, what else do we need?" Jeffery asked.
"What I need, Jeffery, is to have a real connection with someone before I enjoy their company," Elise said. "I need to know that I'm not another conquest, a man cares about me as a person. You may have read Jordan's letter, but you sure didn't learn anything from it. You do what you want with your review. I'm going to sleep in the dinning car." So Elise left the sleeping car as Jeffery felt bad.
