Me: Hey, guys. Here's the twenty-second chapter to Elise's True Love.

Sonic: What are you watching on TV, Em?

Elise: Yeah, it's really funny.

Me: It's a funny sit-com called Rules of Engagement. It stars two actors I know, Patrick Warburton from Family Guy and David Spade from the Emperor's New Grove. Anyway, here's the chapter. Enjoy.

Elise's Return, Chapter Two, Getting Better Day 1

The next day, as Sonic was delivering his flowers to Elise, Elle was worried.
"She wasn't out of bed when I checked on her, but she did say she'd be at work," Elle said.
"Thank you, Sonic," Jackie said. "These look wonderful. At least there's one thing we can count on around here."
"Actually...I'm moving to New Mobius," Sonic said.
"Moving? I thought your business was great," Jackie said.
"Business is good better than ever even," Sonic said. "I'm opening another shop there, the new shop owner needs my attention. I'll be around for a few more days." Then Sonic left and May came in with two little dogs. May said her and Jack's dog had puppies. Then May asked about Elise's trip, but Elise still refused to talk about it. So May left for her hairdresser appointment and gave one puppy to Elise. So Elise watched over the dog over her shift until the dog calmed down. Elise decided to keep the dog for a while. When the day ended, Elise still wouldn't talk and went upstairs.
"Poor dear. I wish she would talk to someone," Elle said.
"Now, now, Elle," Matt said. "She'll talk when she's ready...I hope."
"Mom?" Elise said when she came downstairs.
"Yes, dear?" Elle asked.
"Can we talk?" Elise asked. So Elise and Elle talked about Elise's problem.

Elise's Return, Chapter Two, Getting Better Day 2

The next day, Elise was feeling much better. The dog went upstairs.
"Thanks for talking to me last night, mom," Elise said.
"Any time, dear," Elle said. "Remember: You are among people who love you."
"Welcome home, dear," Matt said. When the day started, the rain finally stopped. When the day ended, Elise looked at the receipts and saw that a lot of people have come to visit the restaurant. Elise needed a polish on the floor and Jackie suggested a flower scented polish. Then Elise asked how Sonic was doing. Jackie told Elise the bad news that Sonic was moving to New Mobius. This confused Elise.
