Hey! Has fan fiction seemed weird to anyone? Like in the documents? It's been different lately for me. Here it is! Chapter 8!

*In Jacks' Nightmare*

The sun had just risen up over the hill, the light seeping into the windows of a tiny cottage. The sixteen year old boy shifted in his sleep and groaned. He buried his head under the pillow, hiding from the morning light. Sleep almost descended on him again when his door flew open with a loud bang!

"Jack!" Squealed the voice of a young girl. The girl had long, brown hair and large, brown eyes. She had on a brownish tan dress and a pair of old wool socks which had holes in it.

"Jack! Come on! It's morning!" The young girl said, running over to his bed and jumping up onto him. Jack groaned and lightly pushed her back.

"Pippa, it's the crack of dawn. Why are you up?" He asked, a smile playing on his lips. Pippa's face fell slightly.

"Y-you said you would take me skating on the lake." She said softly. Jack smiled a little bigger.

"Did I?" He asked, teasing his little sister.

"Yes!" She said, thumping him on the back of his head. He laughed.

"Oh relax; I'm just messing with you! Come on; go get your skates while I get dressed." Pippa laughed and jumped off of Jack, running out of the room and slamming the door shut behind her.

The pair were at the lake. Jack could see a few weak spots in the ice, but he figured that they would just avoid them. He helped Pippa into her skates and stood her up, leading her onto the ice. They began skating around, spinning in circles, and going faster and faster. Jack hadn't realized how close they were getting to the thin ice.

"Watch me, Jack!" Pippa called out. She skated fast across the lake and attempted to skate on one foot, only to loose her balance and slide onto the thin ice.

"Pippa!" Jack yelled. Skating toward her but staying on the thick ice. Pippa was frozen in place, fear filling her eyes as the ice creaked.

"Pippa, it's okay. You have to stand up, okay? Trust me." Jack whispered. Pippa nodded and slowly made it to her feet. She yelped as the ice began to crack.

"Sh, sh. It's going to be okay. We are going to have some fun instead." Jack said, slipping off his skates.

"No, we're not!" Pippa argued, tears forming in her eyes.

"Come on, would I trick you?"

"Yes! You always play tricks!" Jack chuckled.

"Well, not this time. We're going to play hopscotch. Just like we do everyday. It's as easy as 1…" Jack leapt onto a patch of ice to his left. "2…" He took another jump and pretended to lose his balance. Pippa laughed, beginning to relax. "3!" He took a big jump onto the hard side of the lake.

"There. Now your turn." He said.

"1…" Pippa took a small step and the ice cracked underneath of her. She whimpered.

"2…" She took another small step, this time screaming as the ice started to give away. Jack grabbed a staff shaped stick and held it out.

"3!" Pippa took another step just as Jack caught her on the stick and swung her onto the thick ice. Realizing she was safe, Pippa began to laugh. Jack laughed too, that is until the ice he stood on gave away and he started to drown into the freezing cold water.

"Jack!" Pippa called in the distance. Then, everything turned eerily dark and quiet.

The scene changed. Jack was standing alone in the woods beside his lake. He was alone. The only thing present beside him was the moon. Jack's breathing was heavy.

'How did I get here?' He thought to himself. Suddenly, a deep, Russian chuckle made him turn around.

"Oh Jack. You should have never come back. You are not guardian anymore!" North said, stepping out of the shadows. Bunny followed behind him, then Tooth, and finally, Sandy. The strange thing was they were all at least 10 feet tall. They towered over Jack, laughing and jeering at him.

"Ya never really were a part of us, Frost. But thanks for the extra help." Bunny said in his Australian accent.

"Yeah, we never really would have asked you to join us. You're still just a burden to all of us, but Manny told us we had to." Tooth said. Sandy flashed a thumbs up sign above his head, showing that he agreed with tooth.

"I'm sorry!" Jack yelled. The guardians laughed even harder, the sound making Jack's head spin. He tried to run but the darkness blocked his vision and the Guardians seemed to be spinning around him laughing harder by the second.

"Say goodbye, Frostbite." Bunny said, lifting his gigantic foot over Jack. Jack screamed at the foot came down on him.

That's it! Just to clarify, those were the nightmares Jack was having. In case you don't remember, in the last chapter he tried to let Baby Tooth and Sophie got but Pitch caught him and blasts him with Nightmare Sand, giving him nightmares.

Thanks guys! Review please
