And after a far too long wait, we are finally moving on. Sorry that you had to wait so long. I was surprised myself because I thought this story no one would read or be interested.

Therefore once again sorry for the long wait

Now to the questions

There will be no strong languages. Blood will be little flowed but unfortunately I will not be able to take out the one emotional scene that will come in the next chapter.

I'll stick strictly to the story, only there will be one or two differences.

Until then

Hmmm...? it was quiet. Alicia noticed that as well as the solid ground on which she was lying. Fortunately, she didn't want to be tossed into the air like a dandelion caught by the wind. Is it somehow ironic that the name of the plant contains the word lion? Probably. But that did not answer her next question. Where was she now? Alicia felt no glass under her feet. Or rather paws? After all, she was now a lion cub and not a 24-year-old human.

She had not forgotten the events. Her TV had sucked her in, she landed on a glass plate on which was version of her The Station of Serenity before she was surrounded by fog and pursued by a fog lioness who turned her into a lion cub. Then came a new image on the glass platform below her until Alicia felt a strong wind and was chased by a tornado with red glowing eyes and arms that looked very similar to Stratos from Hercules.

When he sucked her in, everything around her became darker and her vision disappeared until now, of course. So where was she now? Alicia didn't even know if she was safe or not. Let alone if she was alone at all. She could rule that out because she felt a big nose pressing into her right cheek and sniffing her. "Yes, she's still alive Sarabi," Alicia suddenly heard when the nose stopped pressing into her cheek. Wait Sarabi? confused and scared at the same time, Alicia slowly opened her little lion eyes and saw several lion paws standing in front of her that were twice as big as her current one.

Alicia guessed where she was. She was in the cave where the lionesses slept with Mufasa. She was in Pride Rock and therefore also in the Pride Lands. Well, to be more precise, she was in the Royal Den. But why am I here? Alicia asked herself, still unable to believe that she was here. She suddenly felt uncomfortable with all the eyes staring down at her as Alicia looked up from the paws and felt like a dwarf surrounded by giants. Well, that was the difference in size when you were a child.

Again, it must be quite strange for all the lionesses when suddenly in the Royal Den a lion cub appeared that looked completely different from the others and wore a necklace around its neck. Of course one would be confused and Alicia did not take it badly after all she had landed here unannounced.

But still she felt uncomfortable. She didn't like that everyone stared at her as if she were a freak. The lionesses, however, stopped staring at her when another lioness approached Alicia. Alicia immediately recognized that it was Sarabi who was now looking down on her. Alicia felt the coldness that Sarabi exuded. "So you're awake?" you could hear the harsh voice coming out of her mouth, which was unnatural. But as I said, Alicia didn't hold it against her. Alicia nodded slowly before saying anything "Yes Miss" she said shaking slightly.

Yes Alicia felt the fear growing inside her. She wanted to crawl away, but where? There was nowhere to hide and she was surrounded by lionesses. Not a good idea to flee now. Sarabi bent down to be at the same eye level as Alicia so that at least she didn't feel so small. The look, however, was the same. "You look different from us" she said, lifting the necklace Alicia wore around her neck with her big paw.

"Is that bad?" nervously gulped Alicia as Sarabi removed her paw from her necklace. Sarabi remained silent and just stared at Alicia as she sat down in front of her. Alicia hoped for a positive answer as the other lionesses stared at her with slightly angry eyes. Why they were angry Alicia did not know. Had she said something wrong? After all, Sarabi was the leader of the lion pride together with Mufasa. "That's not for me to decide, it's for the King to decide" Sarabi answered her as a shadow suddenly appeared at the entrance to the Royal Den to which everyone was looking. Alicia as well. The shadow showed a full-grown male lion. "Is she awake?" he asked in a deep voice. Alicia knew that he meant her. Okay then, let's go. Knowing what was coming, Alicia stood up and walked over to the lion that had asked for her.

She was right. It was Mufasa. And yes, he looked at her just like the others. Oh man, I know what's coming now. She could already guess and decided to go down from Pride Rock. She saw the peak of it and wanted to go down it even if she had problems to walk properly. As a human being you only have two feets that touch the ground and not four. Therefore, it was impossible not to notice that she landed on the ground several times and felt like a baby who had just learned to walk. "Where are you going?" Mufasa asked her as he continued to watch her try to walk but fall down each time. "To the Outlands, where I belong," she said, lowering her ears and looking sad. Yes, Alicia knew that the others would not accept her, so why stay here if you are not wanted anyway? But before Alicia could even set a foot or paw, she saw Mufasa suddenly standing next to her.

"There was never any question of that," he said, bending down and grabbing Alicia by the collar with his mouth as he brought her to the top of Pride Rock where he lowered her down. She was only more confused than before. Especially when he sat down next to her. Alicia was about to say something but then she noticed what he was looking at. The sun was rising over the land and Alicia saw the kingdom. The Pridelands.

She was amazed by the sight and couldn't help but give a soft "wow" while Mufasa smirked and smiled. "Yes the sight is something special isn't it?" Alicia nodded "I have to admit it looks beautiful" seeing it in the movie was different than seeing it in real life. Well, could you put it that way? Actually yes, since she looked like she was drawn. She dazzled with everything that was already positive. "Then you surely know what I want to discuss with you, don't you?" no she didn't know that but she already guessed what he meant. "The circle of life?" Alicia's gaze wandered from the Savannah to Mufasa, who nodded. "Yes, the circle of life," he said, while Alicia just swallowed nervously. She knew that everyone who lived in Pride Land abided by this law. That is, if she didn't want to end up in the Outlands, she had to abide by the Circle of Life.

"Everyone who lives here follows this..." his eyes wander down to Alicia "and I hope you follow this too" He got a quick reply from her in the form of a nod of the head. "Yes I will follow it Mister Mufasa" she said very nervously bumping into Mufasa's leg "Excuse me" she said but Mufasa had to laugh. Okay this is more than confusing. Why is he laughing all of a sudden? Alicia asked herself. It didn't make it any better when he pushed her towards him and she was now sitting between his front legs staring up at him.

"What's your name?" he asked her as he stopped laughing and looked at her. Alicia wasn't so sure if she should say anything at all. But she trusted him. "Alicia sir" she answered "Alicia hmm a fitting name for a princess" her eyes widened when he said that. What, you a princess? Hardly! "I don't want to come across rude but I am not worthy of a princess Mister Mufasa". And laughter again. She rolled her eyes when she heard that again. Did I say anything funny? She really wondered, because she wasn't even close to being a princess, since she wasn't related to Mufasa. She was just a simple lion cub that somehow got into this world.

Well not quite. She was actually a human being. Only she was transformed into a lion cub. So why should she be a princess? There was no reason for that. But she could not change Mufasa's mind so quickly. "You don't seem to have any family I suppose?" Alicia didn't know what to say to that. Of course she had a family, but it wasn't here, it was in her world. Oh man, what am I going to say? She thought about it and decided to just nod.

"Well as a lion cub you can be hard to take care of yourself" yes that was true. She could hardly go hunting in her current situation. That was already impossible. "I'm sure the other lionesses won't accept you as their mother either so..." Alicia waited anxiously to hear what he would say next, "Me and Sarabi will adopt you." When Alicia heard that, she felt slightly taken for a ride. "Wait what?" Alicia looked up at Mufasa who smiled at her. "You heard right Alicia you are my adopted daughter" he said and stroked her head with his big paw, tousling the fur a bit.

Alicia didn't really want to believe it. She the adopted daughter of Mufasa and Sarabi? "Um but why that? Just because my name is noble?" Mufasa already suspected that she would be confused. Suddenly showing up here and then being told that you are adopted by the King of Pride Lands is a bit difficult to handle. "Well, you could call it fate, but I, Sarabi and Rafiki see something special in you" Something special? "How exactly am I special?" Alicia asked him. Mufasa chuckled "Well I can't tell you exactly because I don't know myself" he stroked her head with his big paw. This annoyed her a bit. "Come inside and eat something first" he said and went back to the Royal Den while Alicia looked at the Pride Lands before following him.

Some time passed after Alicia landed in the Pride Lands. The rain returned over the land and it thundered. But that didn't bother Rafiki, who was in his tree finishing two lion drawings on the wall. As color he used fruit juice. While he continued to paint, he mumbled and looked at the drawings more closely when he was finished. With his thumb dipped in the fruit juice, he stroked Simba's and Alicia's forehead and said "Simba...Alicia".

It was early in the morning. The sun was just about to rise. You could see it in the sky that slowly changed from blue to orange. Well, at the moment rather pink or violet. But that didn't bother Alicia because she was lying in the Royal Den sleeping like the other lions. So early in the morning no one was awake. Not even her adoptive father Mufasa who lay next to her adoptive mother Sarabi while Alicia lay nearby and was suddenly awakened from sleep by a paw pressing on her shoulder and then on her cheek. "Alicia wake up!" suddenly said a voice that could be heard next to her ear. Alicia knew who the voice belonged to. "Come on sister wake up!" "Yes yes it's alright!" Annoyed and still with sleep in her eyes, Alicia got up and slowly opened her eyes to see who had woken her up. Her tired blurry eyes slowly showed a lion cub standing right in front of her and smiling at her. It was Simba. "Morning sister," he said, rubbing his head against hers. "Morning brother" Alicia said in a yawning voice "Why are you waking me up now? It's way too early in the morning to go hunting" yes she was not a morning person through and through.

"Come on you know why" Alicia looked at him confused at first until it came back to her. Today something special was planned for her and 's why he turned to Mufasa and Sarabi who were still sleeping peacefully until Simba used the same game he had tried on Alicia to wake her up on his father. "Dad! Dad!" he called several times while Mufasa snored like Alicia's father at home. Yes, he snored very loudly. Especially after a hard day's work. Alicia saw that Simba was not loud enough to wake up both adult lions, so she helped him. "Your son and daughter are awake" said Sarabi who still had her eyes closed but was awake and whispered to her husband so that he would wake up too.

Mufasa was also awake but still had his eyes closed "Before sunrise, they're your son and daughter" Alicia had to giggle when she heard that. She knew what he meant by that sentence. As a child she was confused, but the older she got the more she understood the sentence, which soon showed its meaning. "Dad! Come on, Dad!" Simba called several times in Mufasa's ear. Alicia, in turn, bit and pulled his ear to wake him up, which didn't really help because her teeth couldn't hold onto his ear and she rolled away into a pile of bones from which she extricated herself. She went back to Simba and Mufasa.

Simba took a little distance, which confused Alicia, who was slowly approaching, until she knew what he was going to do. He gave his father a head butt. Well, more like a cheekbutt because he thundered his little head against Mufasa's cheek. But he wasn't awake yet, so Alicia did the same as Simba and gave him a cheekbutt as well. Now Mufasa was awake. This was said by his tired open eyes that looked at the two lion cubs that were next to his head "You promised" "Yes you did!" they both said while Mufasa was still confused until he remembered exactly what he had promised them.

Yes he saw the pouty lips of Alicia and Simba. "Okay, okay. I'm up, I'm up" said Mufasa to reassure the two who were happy and already running towards the exit of the cave "Yeah!" "Woohoo!" cried Simba and Alicia who could hardly wait. What exactly were they waiting for? Well, Alicia already knew. That's why she followed Simba and Mufasa after Sarabi gave her a little push. All three slowly walked up the Priderock to the top. From up there, the sun that was slowly rising touched the top where the three of them now sat and looked at the Pridelands that were shining with the light of the sun.

"Look, Simba and Alicia" both lion cubs looked at the land. The sky in front of them was now no longer blue but orange with a slight yellow tint emitted by the sun, which was now almost halfway above the horizon. "Everthing the light touches is our kingdom" he explained to the two who could not get out of their amazement. Simba was amazed at how large the kingdom was that he would eventually rule. Alicia, however, was amazed by the beauty and the colors. She might be older than Simba, which could be seen from her size, as she was a little taller than him, but still she would not wear the crown. She also refused to do so.

"A king's time as ruler rises and falls like the sun" well he said he only rules over what the light touches. Yes it took 12 years for Alicia to understand the sentence from before when Mufasa said "Before sunrise it is still your son and daughter". "One day, Simba and Alicia, the sun will set on my time here and will rise with you as the new king and queen" Simba was very surprised to hear that. The way his face looked just now, he thought that Alicia was actually next in line for the throne. "And this'll all be mine?" he asked his father as he looked from him and Alicia to the kingdom, "Everything," Mufasa replied. Both lion cubs stood up and looked around. Well Simba did because Alicia was slightly afraid of heights. That's why she was carried half the way up by Mufasa who put her on his back. "Everything the light touches" Simba looked around until he noticed something in the distance that was not touched by the light.

It was a shady land that was not touched by the light of the sun and did not look very welcome. Just because there were no plants growing there and also no river was to be seen. "What about that shadowy place?" Simba asked curiously. "That's beyond our borders" Mufasa explained to him and Alicia who didn't want to set foot on the land anyway. No thanks. She knew who or what lived there. "You must never go there, Simba and Alicia" one heard and felt that Mufasa was worried. "But I thought a king can do whatever he wants" Well, that's not entirely true.

"Oh, there's more to being king than getting your way all the time" Yep more than you think. She knows her way around it more or less. "There's more?" Simba asked curiously. Mufasa grabbed Alicia by the collar again. Or that's what he wanted, but she ran past him downstairs, knowing that this was only the beginning. They would walk through the Pride Lands with Mufasa telling her and Simba about the meaning of the Circle of Life.

"Everything you two see exists together in a delicate balance" Alicia saw the antelopes jumping by and showing no sign of fear when the three lions suddenly appeared. "As king..." he looked to Simba "...and Queen..." and to Alicia who was a bit confused about the statement. "...you need to understand that balance and respect all the creatures, from the crawling ant to the leaping antelope" Alicia understood what he meant by the statement. Simba, however, did not. "But, Dad, don't we eat the antelope?" "Yes, Simba, but let me explain".

The three continued up the hill until they were at the top and had a better view of the savanna and the waterhole where the herbivores grazed and drank. "When we die, our bodies become the grass, and the antelope eat the grass" Yep the circle of life. "And so we are all connected in the great circle of life" All three looked around until suddenly a voice sounded. Alicia and Simba looked around in confusion until they saw Zazu landing on the stone in front of them and wishing them a good morning before giving Mufasa the morning report. "Fire away" said Mufasa while Simba and Alicia sat down and listened to them. "Well! The buzz from the bees is that the leopards are in a bit of a spot" They both listened carefully. Well they would if a grasshopper hadn't hopped by in front of Alicia's eyes. She was as frightened as Simba, but decided to get even with the grasshopper by catching it.

Simba helped her but it was not easy to catch a grasshopper. As soon as the two approached the grasshopper, it hopped onto the next stone. Mufasa noticed that the two were chasing something. "What are you two doing?" he asked both of them, but they didn't give him an answer yet, because they were both trying to catch the grasshopper. But it didn't work again and the grasshopper disappeared into the grass. "Pouncing" they both answered at the same time.

"Let an old pro show you two how it's done" Mufasa whispered to both of them while all three looked at Zazu who was still talking as if there was no tomorrow. "I told the elephants to forget it, but they can't..." "Zazu, would you turn around?" asked Mufasa. Zazu did so without asking why. No, he just kept talking. Simba was ready to pounce and raised his rear end while Alicia was close to the ground and almost sunk into the grass. "Stay low to the ground like your Sister is doing". "Cheetahs never prosper..." Alicia had to giggle when she heard that. "Yeah, okay. Stay low to the ground, right? Yeah" Simba whispered while Alicia had calmed down and stopped giggling. Zazu slowly realized that no one was listening to him and looked to Mufasa, Alicia and Simba "What's going on?" "A pouncing lesson," Mufasa replied.

The hornbill nodded and looks into the distance again "Very good. Pouncing" but then he realized why he had to turn around at all. "Pouncing?" he said startled as a few feathers fell out of his plumage. "No, sire, you can't be serious..." but the circling finger. Can you even call it a finger on a lion? said something else. Zazu had to put up with it and turned around again. He wanted to get it over with quickly. He knew that the royal family and the rest of the lions would not harm him. After all, he was also part of the royal family. "This is so humiliating" with a depressed voice Zazu looked into the distance and then back to the three lions. "Try not to make a sound you two" Mufasa whispered to them while Simba and Alicia prepared to pounce. "What are you telling them, Mufasa?" asked Zazu curiously as he turned around once more.

But no one was there anymore. The lions were gone as if they had disappeared from the face of the earth. Zazu was very worried. "Mufasa? Simba? Alicia?" no one answered him. This worried him even more than before. It was quiet. Too quiet. Until he was caught from behind by Alicia and Simba who both caught him while Mufasa was laughing. Simba and Alicia were very proud that they made it and went back to Mufasa who was more than proud of them. "That's very good" he praised the two and wanted to continue practicing with them until Zazu spoke up. "Sire! Hyenas in the Pride Lands!" he said loud enough for Simba and Alicia to hear. The latter hid behind Mufasa's right front leg.

But before she could do that, Mufasa jumped away from her and Simba to chase the hyenas away. "Zazu, take Simba and Alicia home," he ordered Zazu. Alicia didn't mind and was about to leave, but Simba disagreed. "Aw, dad, can't I come?" he begged while Alicia gave him a "Are you serious?" facial expression. Mufasa was of the same opinion "No, son" and ran on while Simba was even more dejected than before. Alicia noticed. "Pah! I never get to go anywhere" "Oh Simba don't say that!" Alicia tried to cheer him up as she followed him while Zazu flew over both their heads. "Oh, young master, one day, you will be king."Simba looked at him "Then you can chase those slobbering, mangy, stupid poachers from dawn until dusk".

This pleased Simba very much. But Alicia rather less because she wants to stay very far away from the hyenas. Actually, she just wants to go back to her world. But probably that will not be as easy as she thought. This pleased Simba very much. But Alicia rather less because she wants to stay very far away from the hyenas. Actually, she just wants to go back to her world. But probably that will not be as easy as she thought. She probably had to follow the movie completely to the end as one of the main characters. Only then she could return to her world. "Hey Alicia look who's here!" Alicia was jolted out of her thoughts when she heard Simba's voice and only now realized they were back at Pride Rock. Zazu landed in front of the two lion cubs. "So you two stay here and don't make any trouble, understand?" they both nodded and looked after the flying Zazu until they turned to someone else Simba was talking about.

On a rocky ledge below Pride Rock, she saw an adolescent, undersized and skinny Lion with sharp features. He has orange-tinted brown fur, with cream underbelly, cream paws, and a cream muzzle, as well as a long, sleek, slicked-back, black mane, black tufts on his elbows and a black tail tip. He has a few distinguishing features, such as a goatee, dark eye rims and a hooked black nose. The eyes are bright green. Over his left eye is a scar.

It was none other than Uncle Scar who saw the two and did not wish them good day as he usually did. No, he just stared at the two and went on, pushing down a few scraps of bone. But Simba did not mind. He followed him, which did not please Alicia much, because she did not really like Scar. But he liked her.

"Hey, Uncle Scar! Guess what?" Simba said happily as he followed the adult lion who only now noticed the two and looked at them. "I despise guessing games," he replied annoyed. Yep you could really see that he got up with the wrong foot or rather paw. "I'm gonna be King of Pride Rock" Simba said proudly while Alicia just rolled her eyes. Not because of Simba but because of Scar and his answer. "Oh, goody!" oh yes you could literally feel the sarcasm coming out of him. "Our dad just showed us the whole kingdom, and we're gonna rule it all!" Wait, what? Alicia was confused when Simba said that as he walked over to the ledge and looked at her and Scar who was sitting in the shadows showing little enthusiasm.

That was one of the many reasons why she didn't like him. But there was another reason. Alicia felt Scar pull her to him and stroke her head with his paw before he lay down with her and showed Simba his back. "Uncle Scar!" Oh man that sounds so stupid to say "What, can't I cuddle with my favorite niece?" he asked her and purred while Alicia tried to free herself. At first it didn't work but when Simba was with them she was able to free herself because Scar was now focused on him and not on her. "Hey, Uncle Scar" he lay on his neck and asked him something while Alicia ran under his arm to free herself from his unwanted lion hug "When I'm King, what'll that make you?" "A monkey's uncle" Scar replied slightly annoyed while Simba laughed and rolled away from his neck and now lay in front of Scar looking at him with his green eyes. "You're so weird" "Yeah totally" "You have no idea".

"So, your father showed you two the whole kingdom, did he?" he asked the two as he stood up. Simba nodded, as did Alicia. Well, with her it was more forced. She knew what was coming or was about to come. "Everthing" replied Simba "He didn't show you two what's beyond that rise at the northern border?". "Well, no" Simba said gloomily with drooping ears and sat down. "He said We can't go there" Alicia added, sitting down next to him. "And he's absolutely right. It's far too dangerous" here it comes "Only the bravest lions go there".

Yes sure. Alicia rolled her eyes in annoyance when she heard this statement from Scar, who looked at her with the same look as before. "Well, I'm brave. What's out there?" asked Simba curiously. "Simba, you know we're not supposed to go there, so we shouldn't know what's out there exactly". Scar agreed with her "I'm sorry, Simba but your Sister is right I just can't tell you" "Why not?" Simba asked still curious. "I'm only looking out for the well-being of my favorite niece and nephew" Scar replied, stroking both of their heads. Simba giggled. Alicia, however, did not. "Yeah, right! I and Alicia are your only niece and nephew".

"All the more reason for me to be protective"Here it comes. "An elephant graveyard is no place for a young Prince and Princess" Yes for sure "Oops!". Scar knew what he had just said was a big mistake. As soon as Simba heard the word elephant graveyard, he was curious to know exactly what it was. "An elephant what? Whoa!" Alicia rolled her eyes in annoyance as she looked from Scar to Simba. "Oh, dear, I've said too much". "You could also put it this way" Alicia whispered softly so that no one would hear. She was already annoyed that Simba had found out about this place and would soon leave there with her. And that although she wanted to stay away from the place. "Well, I suppose you'd have found out sooner or later" his eyes fell on the two "you being so clever and all".

He pulled both lion cubs to him "Just do me one favor. Promise me you two never visit that dreadful place" Alicia growled in annoyance as he smiled at her. "No problem," Simba replied. "We'll try to stay away from that place" she looked at Simba "Right Simba?". "There's a good lad and girl. You two run along now and have fun" and he let them go. Alicia was around the corner faster than Simba and didn't quite hear Uncle Scar's last sentence. But that didn't really bother her. She knew what he was saying so she kept walking while Simba followed.

"Hey Alicia wait for me!" she heard behind her and turned around. She saw Simba, who was a little out of breath, walking beside her. Both were on their way to their mother Sarabi who was with the other lionesses. They had already partially accepted Alicia into their pride. But only partially. She still had one thing that distinguishes her from the other lions. She still wore her necklace. This was of course strange for the lions. But not strange for Simba. "Shall we go to the elephant graveyard?" he whispered to her. She stopped immediately when she heard that and looked at her with a confused expression. "Are you crazy? Uncle Scar said we shouldn't go there and Dad also said we should stay away from that place." she continued walking, hoping Simba would change his mind. But she was wrong. "Okay then, I'll ask Nala if she wants to come along" Wait, what? Before she could say anything he ran up to Nala, her mother and Sarabi.

Nala was being cleaned by her mother when Simba arrived with Alicia in tow. "Hey Nala", Hi, Simba and Alicia" said Nala. She is a moderately sized and slender with pelt, with pale eye rims, a pale muzzle, and a pale udnerbelly. Her inner ears are slightly darker cream and she has then brown eyebrows. She has a rounded pink nose and colorless paws and teal eyes. "Come on. I just heard about this great place" he whispered in her ear while Alicia sat down annoyed until Sarabi pulled her to him and cleaned her up like Nala's mother. Feels kind of weird. Yes, it had been a long time since her own mother had washed her. "Simba! I'm kind of in the middle of a bath" Nala replied annoyed. "And it's time for yours" said Sarabi as she finished with Alicia and grabbed Simba who tried to run away but his mother was faster. "Mom!" he said annoyed while trying to free himself but Sarabi was tough and didn't let him go.

Not as long as he was not clean "Mom, you're messing up my mane!" What mane? Alicia looked at him in confusion. Also confused was Sarabi who let him go even though he wasn't completely clean yet. You could see it in his "mane" which was totally tousled until he drove over it with his paw to smooth it out again. "Okay, okay, I'm clean" Alicia smirked "Can we go now?" she asked Nala while Simba kept trying to straighten his mane. "So, where are we going?" the latter asked the two. But especially Simba who had asked her in the first place.

"It better not be anyplace dumb" she said annoyed because this was not the first time that Simba had promised her something that was totally crass but in the end was rather boring. As if an ant hill would be so special. Alicia rolled her eyes when she thought about it. "No, it's really cool," he promised her, but Nala wasn't really excited. "So, where is this really cool place?" Sarabi asked curiously. Alicia and Simba knew they had to come up with a good excuse to bring Nala along. Well, actually Simba did, because it had been his idea.

That's why she let him come up with an "excuse" while she just sat there and watched. "Oh. Uh, around the water hole," Simba replied as he looked to his mother. "The water hole?" asked Nala who was expecting something more from a cool place. "What's so great about the water hole?" she asked them both. "We'll show you when we get there" Alicia whispered to her as she was closer to Nala than Simba who nodded in agreement. "Oh" said Nala who understood what they both meant. "Uh, mom, can I go with Simba and Alicia?" she asked her mother, who was still unsure and preferred to ask Sarabi.

"Hmm, what do you think, Sarabi?" "Well..." she thought and was about to answer when the three lion cubs appeared in front of her and begged her to go "Please?" all three said at the same time and grinned at her. It was hard for her to say no to these looks "It's all right with me" Sarabi answered which pleased the three or rather two lion cubs. Alicia had her reason why she was not very happy about it. "As long as Zazu goes with you" and no that was not the reason why she was not pleased. "No, not Zazu" she said annoyed while Simba and Nala also showed little enthusiasm. That was it with the visit of the elephant graveyard. Zazu appeared as soon as his name was mentioned. The three lion cubs had to take him along willy-nilly.

"Step lively. The sooner we get to the water hole, the sooner we can leave" Zazu flew ahead and occasionally looked at the three lion cubs who were trying to figure out how to get rid of the hornbill so they could go to their real destination. "So, where are we really going?" whispered Nala into Simba's ear. "An elephant graveyard," Simba answered in a low voice so Zazu wouldn't hear. "Wow!" Nala said a little louder than before, which Simba and Alicia noticed, "Shh! Zazu" they both whispered softly so that Zazu wouldn't hear. "Right. So, how are we gonna ditch the dodo?" she asked them both.

Alicia and Simba thought and whispered it in her ear, not noticing that Zazu was watching them and thinking of something else at the sight of Simba and Nala. "Oh, just look at you two" he landed in front of the three who stopped talking and looked at him. "Little seeds of romance blossoming in the savanna" Alicia, Simba and Nala were rather unenthused by the statement and didn't know what he meant by it. "Be-what?" "Betrothed. Intended, Affianced" Simba and Nala looked at each other in confusion while Alicia tried not to attract attention. "Meaning..." asked Nala curiously.

"One day, you two are going to be married" Oh boy here it comes. "Yuck!" "Eww!" Alicia couldn't help but giggle when she saw Simba and Nala's reaction when Zazu explained this to them. "I can't marry her. She's my friend" he explained to him but Zazu was little enthusiastic. You could see it in his folded arms. Or wings, after all? Hard to tell with a bird. "Yeah, it'd be so weird," Nala added, hoping Zazu would change his mind. Alicia, however, was glad not to be the center of attention. "Sorry to bust your bubble, but you two turtle doves have no choice" he looked from the two to Alicia who was still smiling happily like there was no tomorrow. "The same goes for you my lady" Alicia widened her eyes in shock "Wait what?" she asked looking at Zazu who was now standing in front of her.

"But I'm not next in line to the throne, Simba is" she explained to him. Even though she was older than Simba, she was still not the next in line to the throne. "Yes, Alicia is right, so why would she want to marry anyone?" Simba asked the hornbill. "It's a tradition going back generations" he replied while Alicia imitated him with her mouth which made Nala laugh. "When I'm king, that'll be the first thing to go" "Oh yes thank you" Zazu heard this and was less than thrilled.

Am I hearing music in the background right now, or am I just imagining it? Alicia asked herself. "Not so long as I'm around" replied Zazu. "Well, in that case, you're fired" Simba replied, hoping that Zazu was frightened. But he was not really "Nice try, but only the king can do that" he explained to him and poked him on the nose. Nala and Alicia knew he needed help so they helped him "Well, he's the future king" said Nala. "Yeah, so you have to do what he tell you" Alicia nudged Zazu, who was a bit startled, while Simba just grinned mischievously. "Not, yet, I don't" the three were not very happy about it. "And with an attitude like that, I'm afraid you're shaping up to be a pretty pathetic king, indeed".

The three of them were about to go on until Simba turned around and smiled challengingly at Zazu. The hornbill didn't know what was coming "Not the way I see it" Oh yes, here we go. Simba jumped towards him but Zazu dodged him.

I'm gonna be a mighty king

So enemies beware

Zazu: Well, I've never seen a king of beasts

With quite so little hair

The savannah was now colorful. Everything shone with color as Simba approached Zazu singing, who at first walked slowly but then faster backwards until he got stuck in a hole in a tree for a short time, but freed himself to touch Simba's mane, which was not yet there and pulled out some fur.

I'm gonna be the main event

Like no king was before

I'm brushin' up on lookin' down

I'm workin' on my roar

Simba imitated a mane with a few leaves while approaching Zazu who looked at him in confusion until Simba roared at him. The roar caused the hornbill to fall off the torn branch.

Zazu: Thus far, a rather uninspiring thing

He fell into a puddle and wanted to dry himself on some leaves that were near him. Only there were no leaves but the ear of an elephant which was not very enthusiastic that he had used his ear as a towel.

Oh, I just can't wait to be king

Zazu: You've rather a long way to go, young master, if you think...

That's why Zazu was thrown away and slid onto a small lake where several flamingos were flying away when Simba, Alicia and Nala approached them. Zazu got back on his feet and walked towards the three lion cubs that were now standing in front of him.

Simba: No one sayin', "Do this"

Zazu: Now, when I said that...

Nala: No one saying, "Be there"

Zazu: What I meant was...

Alicia: No one sayin', "Stop that"

Zazu: You don't realize...

Simba, Nala and Alicia: No one sayin', "See here"

Zazu: Now, see here!"

He wanted to admonish the three but each time he was interrupted by the three when he wanted to say something. In addition, they mocked him while he was not looking. Be it grimaces or the like. That he was not taken seriously, he quickly realized what made him angry but the three lion cubs very pleased.

Free to run around all day

Zazu: Well, that's definitely out

Free to do it all my way

Zazu: I think it's time that you and I. Arranged a heart-to-heart

Zazu roared angrily and only now realized that the three lion cubs were no longer with him but were sitting on three ostriches that ran past him. But Zazu pursued the three and came closer and closer to them. He wanted to teach them again but did not realize that he flew right into the back of a rhino.

Kings don't need advice

From little hornbills for a start

Zazu: If this is where the monarchy is headed. Count me out. Out of service, out of Africa

Zazu:I wouldn't hang about

Alicia had to stifle a giggle but when she looked again at Zazu she laughed and followed Simba and Nala with her ostrich while Zazu came to and landed on a branch that led to a small log that ran along a river towards a waterfall.

Zazu: This child is getting wildly out of wing

Oh, I just can't wait to be king

He noticed this only fell too late and fell down the waterfall. But since he was a bird and could fly, he reappeared and followed the three lion cubs. They were with a herd of zebras that kept the way clear for the three before Zazu followed them. But at that very moment they turned around and showed the hornbill their butts with outstretched tails instead of their heads, which frightened him a bit. However, Simba and Nala were not very frightened as they ran under an elephant that almost trampled them with its foot if they had not dodged it in time. Alicia ran only beside therefore whereby Zazu found the three fast. But when he looked for them in the elephant herd, he found them nowhere because Simba and the others were no longer on the ground. Simba was sitting on the head of a giraffe.

Everbody, look left

Everbody, look right

Everywhere you look, I'm

Standing in the spotlight

The giraffe looked to the left and all the animals ran in that direction, stepping on Zazu who lost some feathers and shook his head to clear his mind before he realized that the animals were trampling on him again. Simba jumped from one giraffe's head to the next and slid down the last one's neck like a slide before stopping on the giraffe's back.

Zazu: Not yet!

Animals: Let every creature go for broke and sing

Animals: Let's hear it in the herd and on the wing

Zazu was the least enthusiastic of all. Especially because he was stuck between the butts of a giraffe and a zebra that pushed him away. Alicia got an idea and whispered it to Simba who whispered it to a hippo who whispered it to the monkeys who knew what to do. Zazu was preening his feathers when the monkeys grabbed him. Okay, that wasn't really planned that way. But Alicia laughed anyway.

Animals: It's gonna be King Simba's finest fling

Oh, I just can't wait to be king

Oh, I just can't wait to be king

Oh, I just can't wait...

The monkeys threw him up into their tree while the rest of the animals sang and flung the three lion cubs into the air. Zazu, meanwhile, was freed from fleas while the rest of the animals danced like humans around a tower that was also made of animals. At the top were Simba, Nala and Alicia sitting on the back of an ostrich. But unfortunately, the tower of animals did not stand for long, because the lowest animals fell to the ground and thus the remaining part of the tower toppled. Alicia was the only one of the three who was afraid while Simba and Nala were rather pleased.

To be king

Yes the tower fell and Zazu was already sitting under a rhino again and was not very happy about it. "I beg your pardon, madam, but get off!" he muttered annoyed but the rhino remained seated. "Simba? Alicia? Nala?" he asked but got no answer from the three. They ran on, laughing as they finally got rid of the bird. "All right! It worked!" said Alicia, surprised that she didn't think it would work. "We lost him," added Nala, who was also glad to be rid of him. Now they could go on if it wasn't for one thing the two lionesses heard. "I am a genius" Simba said proudly to himself. "Hey, genius, it was Alicia's idea" said Nala while Alicia nodded her approval. "Yeah, but I pulled it off" added Simba who sat down while the others stared at him.

"With us!" "Oh, yeah?" Before Alicia could say anything, Simba jumped on Nala and tried to pin her to the ground. But it didn't work as he thought it would because Nala was above him and he was on the ground. "She pinned ya" said Alicia who walked past the two while Nala grinned with joy. Less pleased was Simba "Hey, let me up!" Nala let him go and followed Alicia who didn't want to play but Simba jumped on her anyway and they both rolled down a hill.

He wanted to pin her this time but unfortunately luck was not on his side and he was already lying on the floor again while Alicia was above him "Pinned again" she smirked at him until the two or rather the three as Nala ran to them heard a geyser that was next to them from which steam was pouring. This caused the fog to thicken and the three now knew where they were when they saw the skulls lying all around.

They had arrived at the elephant graveyard.
