Chapter 5
Nezuko followed Queen Padme through the grand halls of the palace on Naboo, taking in the ornate decorations and impressive architecture. As they entered a spacious room, they were greeted by a middle-aged man dressed in formal robes. He introduced himself as the royal translator, explaining that he was there to assist with any language barriers that may arise during their meeting.
Padme turned to Nezuko, gesturing for her to introduce herself. Nezuko remained silent, hesitant to reveal her true identity as a demon. Instead, she reached into her pocket and pulled out a piece of paper and a brush.
With practiced strokes, Nezuko wrote her name in elegant kanji characters on the paper, handing it to the translator. The man's eyes widened in surprise as he examined the script.
"This is an ancient lost language," he exclaimed, "It's one that the Jedi have found in various temples across the galaxy."
Padme looked at the translator with curiosity, "What does it say?"
The translator cleared his throat before translating, "Her name is Nezuko, and she comes from a faraway land."
Padme smiled at Nezuko, "It's a pleasure to finally know your name. Welcome to Naboo."
Nezuko nodded in response, relieved that the encounter had gone smoothly so far. She knew she had to keep her true nature as a demon hidden, but it was difficult to keep up the act when people were being so kind to her.
As the translator finished explaining the significance of Nezuko's language, the door burst open and in walked Qui-Gon Jinn, followed by his Padawan, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and a young boy, Anakin Skywalker.
Qui-Gon's eyes widened in surprise as he saw Nezuko standing before him. He had heard the translator's words about the ancient lost language, and he was curious about the mysterious girl who spoke it.
"Hello there," Qui-Gon greeted Nezuko, bowing respectfully. "My name is Qui-Gon Jinn. I'm a Jedi Knight."
Nezuko looked at Qui-Gon, unsure of how to react. She had never met a Jedi before, and the idea of these powerful warriors was intimidating.
Anakin, however, was not intimidated in the slightest. The young boy walked up to Nezuko and grinned up at her.
"Hi! I'm Anakin," he said, extending his hand for a handshake.
Nezuko hesitated for a moment before slowly reaching out her own hand to shake Anakin's. She was surprised at how warm and friendly the young boy was, despite her inability to speak.
Qui-Gon watched the interaction with interest, sensing a connection between Nezuko and Anakin. He knew that the Force worked in mysterious ways, and he wondered if there was a reason why they had all been brought together at this moment.
Obi-Wan, meanwhile, had been studying Nezuko carefully, trying to understand her language and mannerisms. He was curious about her past and wanted to learn more about her.
Queen Padme, noticing Qui-Gon's interest in Nezuko, turned to him and asked, "Do you know anything about this ancient lost language?"
Qui-Gon nodded, "Yes, I have encountered it before in my travels. It is a rare and valuable language, often found in sacred texts and artifacts. I wonder what Nezuko's connection to it could be."
Nezuko stood silently, observing the group of newcomers with a mixture of curiosity and wariness. She wasn't sure what to make of these strangers, but she sensed that they would play a significant role in her journey going forward.
Nezuko found comfort in the presence of young Anakin Skywalker, who seemed oblivious to her true nature as a demon. They spent hours together, exploring the palace gardens and learning about each other's worlds. Anakin told Nezuko about his passion for pod racing and how he dreamed of becoming a Jedi someday. Nezuko listened intently, fascinated by the boy's enthusiasm and determination.
One day, as they were sitting under a tree, Anakin absentmindedly patted Nezuko's head. She flinched at the touch, her eyes brimming with tears as memories of her brother Tanjiro flooded her mind. Anakin didn't seem to notice, and continued talking excitedly about his latest pod racing project.
Despite the pain of her memories, Nezuko couldn't help but feel grateful for Anakin's friendship. He was a ray of light in her dark world, and she cherished the moments they spent together.
Qui Gon Jinn noticed that Nezuko seemed to be alone and didn't have a place to stay. He knew that the Jedi temple could provide a safe and secure environment for her. One day, he invited Nezuko to the temple and Anakin was thrilled to hear the news. He had taken a liking to Nezuko and was happy that she would be joining them.
Obi-Wan, who had been watching from the background, couldn't help but mumble to himself about Qui-Gon picking up another stray. He had seen it happen before with other Jedi initiates, but he also knew that Qui-Gon had a kind heart and that Nezuko would be in good hands.
Anakin eagerly showed Nezuko around the temple, telling her about all the cool things they do there. He even told her about his pod races and how he was a great pilot. Nezuko was intrigued by the stories and listened intently, but her mind kept wandering to memories of her brother and their past adventures.
Nezuko had a restless night, and as she slept, she dreamed of her brother and a man she did not know eating together in a hut. In the dream, they were laughing and joking, and Nezuko felt a sense of warmth and happiness fill her. But as she began to wake up, she realized it was not reality at all. It was merely a dream of a man whose name she did not know, and her brother Tanjiro, together and happy.
Nezuko's heart sank as she came back to reality, realizing that her brother was not there with her and that he was just a memory of the past. She felt the familiar ache of loneliness and sadness creep in, and tears began to roll down her cheeks. She missed her brother and the life they had before everything changed.
As she wiped away her tears, Nezuko looked around the room, feeling lost and alone. She wished for someone to talk to, someone who could understand her pain and help her through this difficult time. But all she had were her memories and her dreams, and she clung to them tightly, hoping they would bring her some comfort.
MEANWHILE…..
Kenji and Kodo were fast asleep in the small, dimly lit hut on Hoth. The wind howled outside, and the sound of the blizzard could be heard even through the thick walls. Suddenly, there was a loud cracking noise, and the floor beneath them gave way.
Both of them fell through the ice, plunging into freezing water. The shock of the icy water woke them up instantly, and they struggled to stay afloat. Kodo managed to grab hold of a piece of floating ice and held on for dear life. Kenji was not as lucky; he was pulled under by the strong current.
Kodo yelled out to Kenji, but he was nowhere to be seen. Panic set in as Kodo realized he was alone in the freezing water. He desperately tried to swim towards the surface, but the current was too strong. Just as he thought he would drown, he felt a strong hand grab onto his arm and pull him to the surface.
It was Kenji, who had managed to find a piece of ice to cling onto. Together, they swam to the edge of the hole and pulled themselves out of the freezing water. They lay there for a few moments, catching their breath and shivering uncontrollably. Kodo looked over at Kenji and realized that he had never seen him so vulnerable before.
As Kodo struggled to regain his footing on the slippery ice, he felt it give way beneath him once again. Panic set in as he realized he was about to fall into the frigid water below. But before he could even scream, Kenji sprang into action and grabbed onto Kodo's arm with a strength that belied his seemingly weakened state.
Kenji managed to hold on long enough for Kodo to steady himself, but as he pulled him up, the ice gave way even further and Kenji was pulled under the water. Kodo was unable to save him, and years after, Kodo himself succumbed to the cold and the shock of the incident, but not before he told the entire galaxy of Kenji and his deeds.
It was a tragic end for both of them, and the frozen wasteland of Hoth claimed yet another pair of souls.
Anakin and Obi-Wan were traveling with Nezuko on a watery planet, exploring its vast oceans. Anakin had promised Nezuko that he would never hurt her or leave her because they were friends, and he was determined to keep that promise. However, on this particular day, fate had something else in store for them.
As they were sailing through the rough waters, Anakin lost his balance and fell off the boat. Obi-Wan quickly jumped in to save him, leaving Nezuko alone on the boat. However, as they were busy rescuing Anakin, they didn't notice that Nezuko had also fallen off the boat and was lost to the ocean.
Anakin was devastated when he found out that Nezuko was missing. He blamed himself for not being there to save her and felt like he had broken his promise to her. Obi-Wan tried to console him, telling him that they would search for her and bring her back if she was still alive.
They spent days searching the ocean but found no sign of Nezuko. Anakin was heartbroken, and Obi-Wan felt guilty for not keeping a closer eye on her. They eventually had to accept that she was gone, and they mourned her loss deeply.
Anakin never forgot his promise to Nezuko and felt like he had let her down. He vowed to be a better friend to those around him and to never take their presence for granted. Obi-Wan, on the other hand, silently cursed his luck, feeling like he had picked up yet another stray only to lose them again.
In the years leading up to the rise of the Empire, Anakin Skywalker had become Darth Vader and had lost everything he once held dear. He had turned his back on his friends and had become consumed by the dark side of the Force. However, even in his darkest moments, he still remembered Nezuko, the friend he had lost so many years ago. In his dreams, he would see her and Padme, the two people he had cared about the most.
Meanwhile, on Hoth, Tanjiro's comatose body was slowly revealed as the ice he was trapped in slowly rose to the surface. The harsh conditions of the planet had preserved his body, but he remained in a deep sleep.
Nineteen years after the accident on Hoth, Nezuko was found in a coma on a distant planet by a group of travelers. They had stumbled upon her by chance, and were amazed at her state of preservation. They brought her back to their home planet, where she was studied by scientists and doctors. However, no one was able to wake her from her deep sleep.
As for Anakin, he remained a loyal servant of the Empire, doing the bidding of his master, Emperor Palpatine. However, deep down, he still longed for the companionship of his lost friends, and the memories of Nezuko and Padme continued to haunt him.
Chapter 6
Over time, the locals began to notice that Nezuko did not age, and they began to believe that she was a sleeping goddess sent to protect them. They created a small shrine for her and would often come to pray for her protection.
Nezuko's comatose body was adorned with beautiful flowers and offerings, and she became a symbol of hope and faith for the people. Even though she was unconscious, the warmth of the people's prayers and love seemed to surround her.
As the years went by, word of the sleeping goddess spread, and people from far and wide came to pay their respects. They would often leave small tokens of appreciation or ask for blessings.
Through it all, Nezuko remained in her slumber, her chest rising and falling gently with each breath. It was as if she was waiting for something, someone to wake her up from her long sleep.
Darth Vader, now consumed by the dark side, often dreamt of Nezuko and Padme. His heart was filled with regret and sadness as he thought about how he had failed both of them.
But he could not let his emotions consume him. He had a duty to fulfill, and he would do whatever it took to maintain his position of power within the Empire.
Nezuko found herself dreaming about a strange, unfamiliar world. It was a world filled with towering walls and massive, grotesque creatures that she had never seen before. They were monsters, and they were terrifying.
As she watched from a distance, she saw the creatures approach the walls and begin to break through. The screams of people filled the air as they tried to flee, but it was no use. The giant creatures were too fast and too powerful.
Nezuko tried to run, but her legs wouldn't move. She was frozen in place, watching as the creatures approached her. She could feel their hot breath on her face as they leaned in closer, their eyes fixated on her.
Suddenly, she was jolted awake, her heart pounding in her chest. She was back in her reality, safe and sound. But the nightmare lingered in her mind, filling her with a deep sense of dread and unease.
Nezuko couldn't shake the feeling that the creatures were somehow connected to her own world and her own past. She vowed to find out the truth, no matter how terrifying it might be.
As the sun began to rise over the village, a villager on their daily rounds of the shrine stopped in their tracks. Nezuko, who they had come to pray to as the sleeping goddess, was awake and sitting up, her eyes wide open.
The villager stood frozen, unsure of what to do. They had heard stories of Nezuko's supposed powers and how she was believed to protect the village. But now, seeing her awake and alert, they didn't know if they should be afraid or grateful.
Overwhelmed with emotion, the villager fell to their knees and began to pray, thanking Nezuko for her protection and guidance.
Nezuko watched the villager pray and felt a sense of sadness. She knew that the villagers had mistaken her for a sleeping goddess, and while she was grateful for their belief in her, she couldn't help but feel like an imposter.
But for now, she decided to let them continue their beliefs, and she sat there quietly, watching over the village as they went about their daily routines.
