So, I honestly haven't finished all my Fics for 9 days yet and while this one is on the short side it's probably been my favourite to write so far. So, to make up for all the angst of the previous chapter have some pure, tooth rotting fluff and I hope you all enjoy.

Essiter1987: Very fast indeed I think I channelled my inner Ad Astra writing it. Now to make up for all the angst we have stargazing which as I said in my intro is pure fluff. I hope you enjoy. And if you mean who will kill Tyrian in canon, I got to admit I haven't finished volume eight but my guess will be Qrow too, and with Cinder I'd guess Ruby and Jaune would be the ones who kill her. Now I hope you enjoy my next fic.

"You know it's nice. I never imagined that being a hunter would be this peaceful." Ruby whispered as she cuddled up with her lover, one of her shoulders draped over his chest as she lied on her back, her hand reaching for his and gripping it without even needing to think about it, and she was rewarded when she felt his hand squeeze hers followed by a kiss on her cheek which made her stomach fill with butterflies.

She let herself melt into him, her body relaxing against his chest. In the middle of summer even at night the weather was still warm enough at night, and because it didn't seem like it was about to rain, they decided to bring out a mat and their sleeping bag letting them lie under the stars.

Not that Ruby was paying much attention to the stars.

"You're forgetting how many beewolves we had to kill before we were able to set up camp. That and all the trees you accidently hit." He teased making Ruby pout even as she turned on his chest her head nuzzling into his chest while she wrapped her arm around him feeling his arm quickly wrap around hers.

"Meanie." she whispered against his chest with a pout before she let her teeth nibble bite down lightly on his skin as revenge.

"Sorry, I know it wasn't your fault. Those trees were definitely moving." He teased further getting Ruby to whine.

"Just you wait till this morning. I'm going to make you regret this." She promised him her eyes looking up into his while he smiled back at her.

"Okay I'm sure I will." He whispered back to her not quite taking him seriously as he leaned in to gently claim her lips only for her head to turn at the last moment making him miss her lips.

"Nope." she denied with a grin purposely popping the p making it his turn to pout.

"Come on Ruby." His attempt to kiss her again was refused with a tilt of her head at the last moment while she lied on him with a grin on her face. "So, you want to play like that?" His body was quick to twist rolling them over so that he was lying over her now, her back pinned to the ground.

"What are you thinking of doing if I don't kiss you?" She questioned him with her tongue sticking out her body moving back and forth in a mock attempt to escape before she relented letting herself melt into his touch.

"I think you know." He whispered back to her making her close her eyes in waiting, when she felt hands go to her stomach, she bit down on her lower lip only for her eyes to quickly shoot open as she felt the way his fingers rubbed her skin moving around quickly, leaving feather light touches causing her to giggle.

"No Jaune that's cheating." she whined as he tickled her, her hands going to his wrists trying to push him away. Or at least pretending to, not bothering to put much of her strength in the attempt.

"how's it cheating?" He questioned her smiling his hands continuing to tickle her body. "When you kiss me, I'll stop." He promised making her determination or stubbornness one would argue flare.

She made it long enough for the clearing that was missing more trees now then it was when they first arrived to fill with the sounds of her laughter as his hands tickled her more and more. "Okay you win." she giggled before he leaned into him and let her lips seal against his.

"I love you." he whispered to her making her smile widely against his lips before she deepened their kiss.
