Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Hunting Horror. Enjoy the 3100-word story. I do not own Star Wars. Lucas Arts and Disney do.

Third sat across from Shaak Ti. The Togruta Jedi had managed to annoy him and shatter what little self-control he had left. The Jedi had not pushed him to the edge, not yet.

He had been interested in what she could do. He wanted her dead, but she had been strong, powerful, and ready to cut her down to size.

She said nothing, simply staring at her as of the second. She knew him well enough at the time to know he would not blindly attempt to crush her. He wanted to be the one to kill her, that much was clear. There was some conflict within him, but not enough to turn.

'The Jedi truly had failed. How had we been blind enough to let this come back to it? We let emotion, pride, the very thing we had been trying to defeat… It blinded us to the serpents of the Dark Side. There has been discoursing. The Jedi had hidden so long that we had not been able to see what had become of the Sith.' Shaak Ti mentally thought to one another.

He had hated this, hated the idea of this when it came to this. They have simply been driven to this part of this conflict one way or another.

It had been a horrible battle that needed to end. He would end it if not for the idea that this needed to be better.

Still? He had been prepared, the Sith had tried to hunt them, tried to take them down. He would be a lot more dangerous given the time and effort. The emperor did not decide to deal with her. No, he considered himself more than any Jedi, more than anyone who sat at the top of the chain. This had to end sooner or later.

He sighed and looked at her before the time. She had been pushing him to the edge before it came down to it. The Togrutan Jedi Master did nothing to provoke him, nothing to force his hand in their conflict.

It had been more interesting that he could not stop. He did not wish for it to stop if he was honest and longer than he wished to push this topic. The more he somewhat wished he had battled her.

He still seethed with rage. He wished to return to his craft, and turn this entire region of the planet into ash under the laser cannons of his fighter. It would be a lot more interesting in what was to come next. Still? There was a lot more coming in about what to do next.

It would make him a lot more interesting if she could sense his emotions. This had not yet occurred to her before today ended. It had been a lot more of a challenge between them. It had become something odd when it came down.

She glanced at Third who held his lightsaber in his hands, not activating the blade before flipping it around.

"The anger you hold will not die with my death." Shaak Ti stated he was greeted by a dismissive snort from Third.

"If that was the case? Then why did you run here and anger me already?" Third, questioned with a raised eyebrow. "There is nothing that disgusts me more than your attempts to hide this." Third stated.

He knew more than anything she would hide it. She would push it down and act as if she had done nothing. The crimes of the Jedi were clear as day.

"I am not the enemy." Shaak Ti added to herself. "Not the one you should wish harm." Shaak Ti said.

"You're lying." Third responded. "Or telling some sort of fib. The Jedi constantly lied. They used people. They harmed the galaxy, people died before it came down to it. you do nothing but dismiss it off as the 'will of the force' simply as if it soothes your conscience as if it throws away any questions." Third added to himself.

There was anger written across his face. Anger that burned and seemed to soothe and melt all that it came across.

It had been something that frustrated him and drove him to the end of his rope. This had to end sooner or later. He needed to properly end this conflict before something else happened.

Then again? He would need to deal with that properly. This had to end. There was more to the plan than he expected and he knew that. If there was even a second of hesitation in his tone or any such ideas? He had not yet shown it. He was plotting something and she could not yet understand him since now. It had been something that had yet to come along.

There was a lot more to say and do. He had been a lot curious before now. She had planned for more things and so had he. There was more to this plan when all was said and done.

Third, started to question what to do next. It would be a lot more to say and do next. He twirled his saber around in the palm of his hand before he hummed, tilting his head, and questioning what this woman was capable of. What she could do if given the chance? She had a lot more power than he assumed. She had more power than it seemed possible to have at the time.

Still? This woman had tamed an entire planet. That was something that made him cautious around her… How much power did she command? How much control did she command here?

Yet? He could not simply afford to back down, not so easy, not against her at the end of the day. the problems she caused? Ones that would leave lasting scars? Well? That would not soon be forgotten.

It had been a nightmare for him… Yet? Not all hope was lost. He simply had to find his ship.

"You cannot hope to truly grasp the power in front of you. You do not even care about said power in the first place." Shaak Ti stated to which Third turned to her, all too curious as to this measure.

"And? You command power, yet have none, none to which you can claim to control… You have no power, only the idea of taking and controlling what is not yours, to begin with, a power which you do not entirely hope to even hold in the palm of your hand." Third stated while he pointed at her.

"All the Jedi do is create chaos and dismiss it as the 'will of the force.' You claimed to care so much about Clones, but I did not see you do anything about it." Third added while he sighed to himself, too curious as to what was to come next.

There was a pause between them as both seemed to find some measure of peace between them. Whatever came next would end too early for his liking. It had not yet come to fruition when all of this was said and done. The problem was yet how she seemed to confuse him, more Jedi mind games which taunted him, teased him about other little baubles and trinkets.

She knew something and just was not telling him about it at the end of the day. It tired him to no end to see that this game had not yet ended as of now. There was a lot more of a weird thing.

There was so much to have gotten over it when it was a lot worse than he had been before there was a lot worse. There were a lot more problems there for now.

There were a lot more problems when it was all done and said and done. She knew more than he just what would happen for now. Such problems only served to have gotten to it. He did not know what else was coming. He did not know what to have done… Yes, this woman was going to be a problem.

If it was not for Vader? He would have bombed this certain part of the forest. He questioned what else they needed on this planet. He did not understand.

He sighed; he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth. This problem had not yet gotten to where he could have handled it. He was forced to properly postpone when it seemed to have gotten when it was properly handled.

"You are not going to have gotten anywhere with this resistance. You really will not be getting anywhere anytime soon." Third said while he looked around, too amused more than anything.

He had not been prepared for the worst. They had so many problems and yet it all came crashing downwards when it came down to it which meant that this was a lot more over when it comes down to it which he sighed to himself.

He did not know what it should have been when it came down to it before he shook his head before she rubbed her temples as if she had considered it for the time being. They had such a thing before it came down to it.

There was a lot more to have to focus on when it came down to it. They had something else to need to handle it seemed and yet? Third found his mind racing and racing until it all came washing over such problems.

Shaak Ti looked at him before she crossed her arms. Third could escape, she should kill him and stop him from causing more and more problems while it seemed to need to end sooner or later.

Shaak Ti was honestly questioning if her Jedi training had failed her. It had failed her more and more with each passing day as she realized the order had fallen to tatters and yet?

She had to keep her spirit up and make sure that the dark side did not claim her, that it did not leave its damn mark upon her soul. It was all too much for her as of now and it would remain so for a longer and longer time at the end of the time.

Shaak Ti before now had put it to the side. The idea of killing Third would be a problem for her and not just in a good way. They found it was clear such problems did not just fade away for now.

It was not easy, but it would need to end sometime soon, such problems for now and yet? She found it to be worth fighting for now. It was all too much for now and yet that bothered the Togruta that such problems seemed to be all they could hope to communicate by. All of it becomes an odder issue than it could have been before now.

"We're not going to solve anything by fighting." Shaak Ti stated as the Inquisitor only stopped to snort, looking at her as he sighed, frowning to himself before it became worse at the end of the day.

Both Jedi looked at each other and felt more and more interested as of the time being, it would be something odd for the time. Their entire life was something that they were not getting used to at the time. All of it seemed to be unreal for the time being and that did not seem likely to change, it was just not likely at all.

Third fell silent, only pausing to level his weapon at her, sighing as he did so. All of it was just annoying for now which did not at all seem likely to change for now, not with certain rules within life at the end of it. This was just so worse for now and would continue to grow more and more fascinated by it all.

Third knew that if she was not killed and stopped. She could burn down the entire empire, something even the most dangerous Sith would fear. Sidious did not fear her but he did not want at all want to try and deal with it, he wanted Vader or a servant, one whom just did not at all value their life to attend to it and do it before now.

He was neither, he did not at all seem to care nor did he understand it at all. He did not wish to and did not at all seem to fathom it. He was all too eager to try and complete his mission but not at the cost of the rest of his life, not at the cost of possibly dismembering what to try and figure out now.

He did not have a game plan but he was all too trapped by it all focused. They had no real plan, once more that she could not relax upon doing for now. They had something to measure and deal with for now… Deal with well and good, they would continue to understand for now.

It was something beyond control, beyond understanding. They had no real desire to perish and he knew more and more about it all at the end of the day. They had such a desire to try and understand it and fathom it all as she looked downwards at the ground and seemed to be able to relax to think more clearly and incoherently.

All of it meant little and little for now, something she did not get to relax upon knowing… She knew he would not stop hunting them, she knew he should have died, died knowing that Felucia at least was not going to fall for the empire.

Yet she could not kill someone, not in cold blood. She could not allow someone to do something like this when it came down to it.

All of it seemed worse and worse for the moment as she thought more and more about the mind.

It was an idea she did not own nor did he or anyone else, all of it hurt just to think of it and fathom, this was worse than before now.

She did not want anything else to go wrong but she would it all the same even if she could not fathom it nor forever… The ideas surging in her mind told her a story she did not wish to impede upon, not now.

It would go against what she was taught as a Jedi and it would ruin everything for the moment… Everything she strode for as of now and yet it could only serve to try and figure out what to try and despite that? He could not feel like he had done much to fix it, because he certainly had not yet seemed to try and figure it out as he looked downwards at the ground, unsure of what to try and do.

He would be unable to try and see it all going downward for now… All of it seemed to be odder and odder, perhaps it did not end well enough, and perhaps something about it all seemed to be cutting deeply into the ground.

This bothered them again and again, a measure of what to try and deal with for now… Still? He had a lot more to try and figure out what to try and do as he felt himself sigh, unsure of it all.

The game he had bothered with for now as he looked downwards, something about all seemed to be odder and odder as he looked downwards, unready for it again and again.

This would be unable to be handled anytime soon as of now and for good now.

There were a lot of measures that stumbled and perplexed the imagination, utterly silently as he hummed and paused before looking downwards to the ground. If anything? He was too perplexed. They had too much to deal with it in her way, he looked downwards at the ground before he sighed once again.

Perhaps he had a lot more to deal with, knowing that he could not allow himself to relax.

They had more and more problems when she looked downwards at the ground before yawning to herself for now as she sighed to herself before looking downwards at the ground.

Even it seemed to be otherwise and again and again as she hummed to herself as it came down to it again and again before she sighed once again.

There were a lot of problems to try and deal with as he came down to it at the time. This madness ended today before she sighed to herself once more as she clicked her fingers against again. Too much to try and deal with for now and would need to handle for now.

She paused to keep growing for now and she seemed to be utterly thrown for now and she wished for now and then seemed to be thrown for now.

She paused for now and then seemed to keep throwing for now and then she seemed to be utterly thrown for now as she paused to keep for now and seemed to be utterly done for now.

She paused to keep growing for now and she wanted to be done and dusted for now and relaxed for now… It would not be utterly tiring.

There was a LOT more than this and she seemed to be ready to keep fighting for now, whatever came down the line would not be done and dusted, not yet, and not willing to just bow for now… She wished to keep growing and relaxing for now and then somewhat.

There were a lot of things that would end for now… She paused and then be utterly relaxed and over.

She wanted it done with and she would get it for now and for good with it all managed at the time being, willing to divide it well and properly at the time.

Even when it came down to it? There was something to have been dealt with, something about it all seemed to be too much had been too much to have dealt with for now.

There was a lot more to try and deal with and he knew it to the nth degree of time. There was something to have to deal with for now at the end of the day.

There was something else to have to deal with for now as she paused to think of what was growing in the moment as she thought of it at the end of the day.

He had been familiar with something beyond his chaos.

Author notes

Phew. Another chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will be 900-6500 words. It will show more of both Shaak Ti and Third talking for a moment. Until the next chapter, Lighting Wolf is out!
