Fight Between Relatives
"Chapter 20: I Battle My Jerk Relative…" Kushina read cutely, causing some cooing from the woman. Naruto had his tails surround her and Ayame, incase somebody try to attack them again.
Ares grins. Looks like a fight is going to brew in this chapter.
Before Kushina started to read she heard her father clear his throat. "Now I wish to say this. Now there will be no fighting for the rest of the book. It will not be accepted and if anyone fights the one who starts the fight will be separated from the person they attack and they will lose what they find most important. So I could take away anything and I mean, anything. So, DO YOU ALL UNDERSTAND?" Naruto said to everyone, yelling the last part firmly. All of them nodded quickly with pale faces scared of what Naruto would take away from them if they fight.
Naruto looks down at his daughter and smiles at her. "Ok my little princess you can begin reading." he said to her. Kushina smiles at her dad and nods.
(A Coast...abandoned me.)
"So he can make himself wet when he wants too." Artemis said. "A good skill to control whenever to you need it to hide you powers from the mortals."
(So I'd...had hooves.)
"This mist would've hid it." Thalia pointed out. "Although, it tends to mess with you if you don't know how to control it." Percy nodded in agreement to that. The mist loves to mess with him.
(After reaching...my mother.)
Hera smiles a little, both happily and sadly. She is glad that the demigod care so much about his mother, but feel her heart-ache at the fact that he had to leave her.
("I don't...of Athena.")
"Excuse me?!" Athena said angrily, glaring at Percy. "You think I would've-"
"No, I didn't." Percy said, interrupting the goddess. "I was merely saying that Ares made a very smart plan, if you can believe it. Believe what you think of me, but I know you wouldn't orchestrated a plot to have Poseidon, Zeus, and Hades fight each other. As much as you hate Poseidon and have no trust with Hades, you are rational and obviously intelligent goddess. You wouldn't even think about starting a war between the three, just to see Poseidon beaten to the ground."
Everyone who doesn't know Percy (or at least, don't know him that well) was shocked at what he said, especially Athena. They didn't think that he would her in that big of an opinion, especially since Athena tried to kill him twice and insulted him. Athena felt something in her gut, a feeling that she's unfamiliar with when it comes with Poseidon or his children. She doesn't know that feeling was guilt.
("Hey," she...little kid.)
Ares snorted. "Wimp." When that word came out of his lips, Rhea and Hera smack him upside the head. HARD. You could hear the smack outside of the council room.
"If I hear something like from you anymore, I will keep smacking you on the head." Hera warned Ares. Ares grumbled, but stay quiet. Even he isn't idiotic enough to piss off his mother and grandmother.
"Sorry Percy." Annabeth whispered to her boyfriend. She didn't think about the fact that bringing it up will hurt him.
Percy merely squeeze her hand, kissing her on the cheek. "It's alright Wise Girl. Beside, everything worked out in the end." It was her turn to kiss him on the cheek.
"It was thanks to you Percy." Annabeth whispered to him, making him blush a little.
("The prophecy...caused it.")
Everyone winced. They can't even imagine Percy's position. Most of them don't want to be in his position.
Athena shook her head, mystified. "I can't believe Ares, of all people, planned an ingenious strategy."
"Hey!" Ares shouted/whined. "I can be smart!"
"Dude, I'm smart compared to you." Apollo said, ignoring the fact that he called himself an idiot. "You, my friend, are an idiot."
(Grover shook...sand red.)
"ARES!" Every immortal and demigod shouted. Everyone else started glaring at the pink War God as well. Ares, oblivious to the glares, grinned.
"Damn, I can make a strategy worthy of Athena. Nice." Ares bragged. Then he notice all the glares at him and then realized what he just meant. "Uh oh."
Zeus had sparks all around him, a mini tsunami and a mini earthquake was under Poseidon's throne, darkness surrounded Hades, plus his wife, and Athena had grey aura surrounding, giving her best Athena glare. And when Ares saw Aphrodite, he paled as he recognize the livid look in the goddess's eyes.
"You stupid idiot!" Aphrodite screeched at him, starting throwing her collection. "Of all the self-centered, stupid ideas you've done! Why did I ever date you?! I knew you were bad, but this is beyond horrible!"
As she screamed, she throw shoe after shoe at the pink War God, earning more bruises and cuts for him. Hephaestus is taking pictures of this, cherishing the moment of Ares getting pummeled by his wife while wearing pink. This is going to be his christmas photo. Naruto, as much as he wants to see the War God getting his ass handed by a bunch of shoes, needed to stop this.
"Enough Aphrodite!" Naruto shouted to her, causing her to stop in surprise. "As much as I like to see his ass handed by shoes, don't forget my warning! One more shoe thrown and I will take them all away!" Aphrodite, horrified at the thought of losing her shoes, put them away and sat down, but not before giving Ares a glare. Everyone was glaring at the War God, making him shrink under them.
("Hey, kid...to die.")
Poseidon growl and his glare turned fiercer, making the War God squirm. He wanted so badly to rip this warmonger to pieces, but he resisted the temptation. He still remembers Naruto threat in the beginning of this chapter. That and Naruto still has his trident.
("You tricked...run errands.")
The immortals, the Lost Hero people, the Romans, and the Heroes of Greece all turn to Clarisse. Clarisse glare right back at the looks. Chris would've defended her, but he knew that she could fight her own battles.
"It wasn't me you idiots!" Clarisse snarled at them. "I may be a daughter of Ares, but I'm not stupid! And we children of Ares are no thieves!" Hercules scowled in anger at being called an idiot and pulled out his club. But then he saw Naruto warning glare and reluctantly put back his club. Idiotic primordial, stopping him from teaching this girl a lesson, one of them was going to be in private.
"You know Hercules, I can hear your thoughts loud and clear so don't even think about it." Naruto warned Hercules, venom in his voice." Or I will hand you over to Rhea for punishment. That is my last warning, so don't push your luck." Hearing that cause Hercules to be more pale than Hades.
("Who did...winter solstice.")
Before Clariss can say anything, Percy spoke. "Remember that we weren't on the best of terms and that you were Ares daughter. Now I know you better and see you as a big sister." Clarisse lost her anger at that and smile at Percy. Believe or not, they did bonded after the Titan War.
(The idea...Grover gasped.)
Hades and Nico growled at Ares. They were about to pounce, when someone grab their hands. Persephone and Thalia grabbed Hades and Nico, respectfully. Hazel was angry as well, but she isn't in the point of violence. It would take a lot more than that.
"Don't, Death Breath." Thalia said softly to him. "Remember Naruto's warning. It's not worth it." Nico scowled darkly, but nodded.
"It's not worth it, Hades." Persephone said to her husband. "If you attack him, you might end up losing your helm sooner rather than later." That got Hades to calm down. But he is still glaring at Ares, who is quailing under the mild glare.
("Exactly," Ares...always say.")
"ARES!" All the Olympians shouted at him. All of them are itching to use their powers on him, causing him to quiver. For once, he is thankful that Naruto stopped the fighting. Even he's not dumb enough to fight against all of the other Olympians.
"I'm glad you're not like your dad." Hazel whispered to Frank. Frank felt grateful as well and also thankful that his greek sister isn't like that.
("You gave...to Hades?")
When Kushina read that, Athena anger was gone and replaced with confusion. "He makes a good point. Why didn't Ares keep a power like that more himself?"
"Yeah, with that kind of power I could…" Ares began, but stopped his line of thought when he saw Zeus glaring at him. "Um, return it to father." Zeus nodded. That's what he thought.
(Area got...fire power…")
Naruto narrows his eyes. He suspect that Ares is being influenced by someone. And someone is a man named the Crooked-One.
(He held...you around.")
"...He hit on the nail." Athena said in shock. Everyone else was shock as well, that Percy figured it out first, except for Naruto, his wives, Annabeth, and Grover. They all slowly learning not to underestimate him. "I can't believe he figure it out."
Ares grunted. He wanted to say that no one controls him, but right now, he's in bad heat.
("I am...have dreams!")
"Who said anything about dreams?" Athena pointed out. "I'm thinking someone more powerful than Ares is controlling his mind and thoughts."
"I'm not going to hear what you're going to say." Zeus declared, covering his ears. Everyone shook their, even Hercules and Jason is thinking that their father is acting. Denying it won't make it go away.
"You don't think that Kronos is not rising, then let's test it." Naruto looks around and looks right at Hera. "Hera do you mind if I do something?" Hera is nervous and nods nervously. Naruto's eyes glow so does Hera's.
Naruto is not moving but Hera seems to be fighting something in her head that worries people. Then her head falls forward then snaps up. But it is not Hera's eyes they are seeing. It's Naruto's. "You see there is a way to overshadow someone, Ares is just the easiest to overshadow so Kronos has no trouble doing it, but all of you are easy targets for me." said 'Hera'
Her eyes changes back to her own and Naruto moved back in his body again. "So you say Kronos can't control any god or goddess. That. Is. Bull. Shit. He can overshadow you, just give him time and he can do it."
Zeus growled and merely ignores Naruto. He is still to stubborn.
Naruto looks at Rhea and asks "Where the hell did he get his stubbornness from?"
Rhea just sighs and says "I have no idea." While shaking her head.
(I hesitated...Nothing personal.)
Poseidon launched at Ares, but Hades, Hephaestus, and Hermes grabbed his arms, stopping him from attacking Areas.
Naruto is just looking at this with a frown and the snaps his fingers and chains shoot out of the ground grabbing Poseidon and pulls him back into his throne. He massage his head and gave himself a big swig of sake to calm his nerves.
Naruto sat down and pull his wife and daughter on his lap again. "Read on, Kushi-chan." Kushina smiles and nodded.
(He snapped...yourself, Ares.")
"...Did you seriously just challenge a God, the War God to a fight?!" said Jason, unable to even mock him from the sheer incredulity. He didn't notice the restrained smirks of the Camp Half-Blood demigods.
"Ah man, this is gonna be awesome! Though I wish we could do more than just read about it." said an excited Leo.
Piper looked at him, her head slightly tilted in confusion, "What do you mean Torchy?" she asked him.
He looked at her and froze for a minute while he thought 'w-whoa, she looks so freaking cute like that.' Quickly fighting down his blush before anyone could notice he answered her, not seeing Piper's mother smirking at his direction. "I-I mean, wouldn't it be cool if we could actually see it, a fight like that has gotta be something for the big screen." he said.
"Yeah, maybe but then we couldn't see his thoughts." said Apollo. Can't have that, Percy's thoughts were hilarious to the sun god.
"Subtitles." responded Leo, like it should have been obvious.
Here, Percy was starting to get annoyed, "What, so my life is a movie now, you want background music too?"
Just as he said that, there was a bright flash in the room and a giant 120" flatscreen LCD TV appeared over the doors to the throne room. Below it was a state of the art stereo system with an iPod connected to it. They stared shocked at the objects for different reasons, the demigods because they quickly figured out what was happening and the gods because the objects were from the demigods time and therefore they had never seen it.
Leo rushed at the set and saw something on it, "Hey guys, there's a note here." he said as he picked it up and read it aloud.
"Dear Gods and Demigods,
As we know some things must be seen to be truly believed, these will show you the major battles to be one as the contents of the book will appear as subtitles, in ancient greek or latin for the demigods sake, depending on their parent.
We also found the idea of accompanying it with music to be amusing so the device given will have every song form the demigods time period, have them deal with it choosing which is the best for the occasion.

There was dead silence for a minute, then CHB demigods shouted 'Score!' in unison, except Percy who lowered his head in resignation and grumbled 'Godsdammit!'
It was official, his life was the Fates soap opera.
Connor and Travis rubbed their hand and said, "Now to pick the official Percy Jackson theme song!" Percy just let out a pitiful sound, not even trying to stop them by this point.
Nico was the first to talk, "What is there to even talk about, its 'Invincible' by Adelitas Way, obviously." Thalia look at him in respect for his taste, "Not bad, Death Breath, but you're wrong its 'Hero' by Skillet." The demigods thought about it before surprisingly Reyna, of all people, gave voice, "You obviously haven't seen him lately, cause if you had you would now it is 'Indestructible' by Disturbed." Everyone who knew what she was talking about stared at her in complete shock she would even know that music before she got fed up and shouted "WHAT!" Meanwhile Percy was trying to disappear into his seat as his friends discussed his 'theme song' of all things.
Finally Annabeth spoke up "Will you idiots stop it already," Percy looked at her in hope before it was crushed immediately "we are suppose to pick for the occasion, not a permanent one, and for this it is obviously 'War of Change' by Thousand Foot Krutch, 'You're going down' by Sick Puppies, or 'Last One Standing' by Simple Plan!" as she finished her statement there were differing reactions, the future demigods were frozen for a second before most, except for the obvious, nodded while Thalia wiping a proud tear from her eye. The more up to date gods smiled at her taste, save Athena who look at her daughter in horror, and the rest of the gods and past heroes looked utterly confused at the going ons.
Percy? Well, he was currently crying anime tears in resignation.
Naruto snaps his fingers and all the music that he and his wives own appear. Seeing all of the Cds the group except the hunters, Artemis, Hestia, his wives and daughter and Rhea was shocked see every song and cd ever made.
"That's for the future when we read more." Naruto said and everyone cheered while Percy cried even more anime tears. He picked the 'You're Going Down' music and put it in the Ipod. "We'll play it when the fight starts."
(He laughed...an uneasiness.)
"Uneasiness?" Naruto said innocently. "Sounds to me that you're scared to fight a demigod." Ares gritted his teeth and glares at Naruto.
"I don't get scared!"
"Liar." Kushina sunged loudly. Ares eyes glow with fire and was about to yell at the girl, but then the glare from Naruto and Ayame, along with Fuu and Yugito. He grunted and stayed quiet. But in his mind he was in his chibi form running around like a headless chicken screaming in fear.
("You've got...it takes.")
"...Are you calling my son a coward?" Poseidon said quietly. Ares was about to answer the affirmative, when his survival instinct contact and he shut his mouth.
A lot of the demigods snarl at him, especially the ones closest to Percy. Annabeth spoke for all of them. "He's a lot more braver than you Ares!" Ares seethed, but didn't do anything. And it's killing him that he couldn't be violent with these demigods.
("Scared?" "In...or anybody.)
"Oh dear, he pissed off Percy even more!" The Stolls cried out in horror. When he saw the confuse looks from the gods and the heroes of olds, the Stolls explained why they are afraid.
"Ares got him-"
"-severely pissed."
"And the one who pissed him off-"
"-we'll end up regretting it or dead." The Stolls said, each one speaking for the other. And the scary part is that they sound serious.
"Twin speak?" Naruto asked. The twins nodded at the question.
(As boar...the sea.)
"Damn!" Leo said in awe. "That was some mad skill!" Many demigods nodded in agreement, including Perseus and Theseus. Jason simmer with jealousy along with Hercules.
"Perseus is becoming quite powerful." Hestia murmured to herself. Zeus heard this though and he feels more paranoid. This demigod have to be contained, one way or another. He cannot have a powerful demigod.
(I turned...wouldn't it?")
"Damn." Chris said, whistling. "Percy knows how to push someone's button." Many nodded in agreement. Percy, whether knowing or not, has a talent in angering the wrong people.
"That mouth of his is dangerous." Hera whispered to Poseidon, but he merely shook his head.
"No." Poseidon said to Hera. "He's just tired of being pushed around. Everyone has their limit."
(Flamed danced...go away.")
"That's a big gamble." Apollo said. "If Percy lose, then the whole world lose." Half the gods thought that they are doomed while the other gods hope Percy will win, especially Poseidon.
(Ares sneered...its mouth.)
"The fight is about to start." Leo said excitingly, trying so hard not to bounce on his seat. Piper giggle a little at how childish and cute he looks.
("Percy," Annabeth...a god.")
"I wish he would listen for once." Sally whispered, clutching her baby.
"I didn't really have a choice. Otherwise, he would've escaped with the bolt and helm." Percy said to her. "Don't worry about me mom, I'll be okay." Sally nodded, but that didn't stop her from worrying.
("He's a...my neck.)
Aphrodite squeal, causing everyone to cover their ears. Piper groan a little in embarrassment. "Annabeth was attracted to him in the beginning! So ADORABLE!" The two of them blushed brightly.
("Reconciliation," she...smile. "Thanks.")
"The two of you were as bright as a cherry." Grover said, snickering, causing them to look the same way as before.
Suddenly Nico had a thought, "Hey Percy!" He said getting the attention of the son of Poseidon.
"What is it, Nico?" he asked.
"How long did that fight last anyway?" He asked wording it in a way that would not reveal the winner to the gods.
Percy looked puzzled as to why his dark cousin was asking that, "I... I can't really remember, what about you guys?" he asked Annabeth and Grover who just shook their heads before turning back to Nico. "Why?"
Suddenly, Nico had a gleam in his eye that made Percy very worried, "Because I have a little bet for you. We have Grover say a reasonable estimate as to how long he thinks this fight lasted. If it is 2 minutes above or below the estimate, I will not tease you at all for the rest of this book and the first chapter of the next one."
Percy was very interested, as were the rest of the people there, but immediately concerned as to what would be the counter for such tempting odds. "And if I lose?" He asked carefully, and Nico broke out into an absolutely EVIL smile that made his father turn his head to hide the proud tear. Nobody but his wife saw that, making her roll her eyes.
"Then, after the last chapter of this book, you must serenade Annabeth in front of all of us with a song of MY choosing." Immediately all color left Percy's face, as Annabeth's went apple red. It got worse after Aphrodite said "You can sing?" with a gleam in her own eye.
"No." he responded, much too quickly for anyone to believe him. Not that it would have mattered since Apollo pointed to him, "Liar! You should have known better than to try that with ME in the room!" said the smirking God of Music and Truth.
Poseidon looked at Sally, "Can he really sing?" he asked her to which she smiled and answered "Yes he can, quite well actually but he mostly keeps it in the shower." she pointedly ignored her son's betrayed cry of "MOM! DON'T TELL THEM THAT!"
Nico looked at Percy, "So do we have a deal?" he asked with an out-stretched hand. Percy was about to turn him down when Annabeth said "You better take that bet." with her patented 'Athena Glare'... though it was kinda ruined by her cherry blush.
Percy stammered, "B-But..."
The glare increased 3-fold, and Percy crumbled like a house of wet cards. "Fine." he said, shaking a smirking Nico's hand.
"How about you to make it more interesting." Naruto said while their hands were still connected. They look at Naruto with nervousness in their eyes at that.
"How interesting?" Nico asks a bit scared of the smile.
"Well the no teasing is not enough. So you can still do that plus you have to let stolls prank you and you can't complain about them for a month." Naruto said with a wicked smile. Nico paled while the Stolls grin wickedly. He is wondering the wisdom of the bet, but decided to do it anyway. He has a feeling that Percy is going to lose, otherwise, he wouldn't have made the bet.
("And take...to say.")
"A weird gesture." Hestia said. "But a friendly one."
(He patted...smaller ego,)
"Here, here!" Everyone who likes Percy said. Then Thalia spoke for all of them. "And he got a good heart and the stubbornness not to die." The Camp Half-blood campers nodded in agreement.
(I thought...wisdom sometimes.)
"He always listen to Annabeth." Thalia said teasingly, causing the two to blush. "Her and his mom. He almost listen to no one else, which is good half the time." The ones who know Percy well nodded in agreement to that. Zeus frown. An uncontrollable and powerful demigod is a threat.
Before Kushina could read the next part, the screen turned on and the monitor turned on. All the demigods and the immature gods cheered while Percy grumbled. His life turned into a freaking movie. (You're Going Down, by Sick Puppies. Listen on Youtube, if you want to imagine the fight with the music)
(He cleaved...not, bad.")
'Awesome' Leo thought excitingly, not wanting to interrupt the tv. Everyone was thinking sort of the same thing, mostly the more immature ones. The music was flowing real good with the fight, getting everyone excited and pump up.
(He slashed...dry land.)
'Shit!' Was the main that from everyone, even the ones who rarely curse. Ares grin wildly at that.
(I tried...a dune.)
Most of the people is getting nervous while Jason, Octavion, Hercules, Orion, and Ares grin as they see Percy getting his ass kicked.
("Percy!" Annabeth...my feet.)
Percy gritted teeth, holding back from cursing Ares. He hates this book. A lot.
(I couldn't...ground. Now!")
'Guns?' Everyone thought in their head. But then they realize that it was the mist affecting them.
(Guns? I...scattered, screaming.)
Glares was sent at Ares, but he ignore it. He was grinning wildly at the fight, loving every second of it.
(Ares roared...a cork.)
Some of the smarter ones in the group narrow their eyes. What is Percy planning?
(Ares came...god's heel.)
Ares was about to yell, when Naruto quickly wrapped paper seals on his mouth to shut him up. Ares tried to yell, but nothing came out. Now the movie can't be interrupted.
The ones who didn't saw the fight was shocked at what Percy is doing. He struck a god twice, one of them drawing blood. And the god of war at that, the one who can watch you every move.
Zeus eyes are storming now. This boy is showing that he is very powerful, wounding his son. The music got more and more intense as it got to the end of the battle. And it sound like it's going to end soon, so they know the battle is going to end.
(The roar...been wounded.)
The song ended and the ones who betted for Percy winning cheered loudly. Ares seethed and when the seal was worn off, started cursing loudly. Jason, Hercules, Orion, and Octavian were in disbelief that Percy actually defeated a god while the gods were shocked.
Poseidon and Sally had proud and relieve smiles on their faces. Their son fought and, from the looks of it, defeated Ares. Their son got that powerful at that young an age.
Piper was in shock as well. She knew that Percy was powerful, but to wound a god? No demigod can say that. If she didn't believe the tales of Percy Jackson, she does now. She had to hold back a laugh at how Leo is looking right now. Look like Percy gain a fanboy.
Zeus glare at Percy suspiciously. This demigod wounded his son, Ares, at age twelve. A feet no demigod, not even his own children, accomplished. If he was that strong at that age, who know how strong that boy is now. He is a major threat to Olympus, one that he will find a way to take care of.
Naruto grins. Percy really is that strong. And he now won the bet with Jason, so he's going to be training Percy after this book. Speaking of bets…
"Grover, how long did the fight lasted?" Naruto asked the satyr. Grover was thoughtful for a moment while Percy gave his friend a pleading one.
"Six minutes, at the very least." Grover said, ignoring the traitorous glare Percy sent. He said that because, one, it was true. Two, he's curious to see Percy sing as well. And three, he can feel Annabeth giving him an Athena look that says 'you will do it or I will put my knife where the sun don't shine'. He's more scared of Annabeth than of Percy.
Nico grins while Percy groans. "So, on the break, Percy will sing Bruno Mars, 'Just the Way you are'." Percy's eyes widen, with a mixture of embarrassment, shock, and horror on his face while Annabeth was blushing madly. Aphrodite was giggling madly, others were laughing, and Rachel and Reyna felt envious of Annabeth.
"Let's just read the story." Percy mumbled, wanting to crawl in a hole and hide.
(He limped...was useless.)
Percy started breathing heavily now, his whole skin paled and feeling tired. He quickly got Annabeth off his lap, knowing that he was about to faint any second. Stupid fates...stupid kronos…
Percy fell on to the floor and there were cries of shock from some of the group. Annabeth, Rachel, Reyna, Sally, Thalia, Clarisse, and Hazel, along with Grover, Nico, and Frank beside the girls, quickly went to Percy side and try to wake up him. They tried yelling, slapping, even Clarisse giving him an electric shock with her spear, but nothing work. Finally, Annabeth look at Kushina and yelled "READ!"
Kushina "Eep!" in fright and quickly read. Naruto gave her a warning glare, but let it go. He knew that Annabeth is only acting like this because she's worried.
(The darkness lifted.)
Percy got his color back and he got back up, getting everyone to sigh in relief. Rachel, Annabeth, and Reyna hugged him tightly first, then Sally, Thalia, and Hazel did next. Clarisse, not wanting to keep her tough girl rep, didn't do it, but had a relieve smile on her face.
Naruto twitched his eye. The fates must love to mess with the boy, in every way. 'I really need to get Nyx to help me with the fates. The fates are her kids.' Naruto thought.
(Ares looked...his sword.)
"NO WAY!" Ares shouted at his future self. "KILL THE PUNK!" He was met with several glares from most of the group, making him quail down.
("You have...Jackson. Beware.")
Poseidon growl in pure fury. "You cursed my son just because he wounded you?!" Poseidon yelled at Ares. "Did you forget that you are the one that challenged him?! That you stole the bolt and the helm?! That you was about to start World War III?! And you cursed my son, just because you're a sore loser!" Ares grinded his and was just about to lose control of whatever self control he had left, when he saw the warning glare from Naruto. Ares bite his tongue, in order to keep himself tamed.
(His body...into ashes.)
"Too bad he didn't look!" Ares growled, pissed off that he lost his self control. And to a twelve year demigod, at that.
Clarisse decided to shock her dad. "But I'm glad he didn't." Ares look at Clarisse with shock, but then merely grunted.
(The light...the war.")
"But what about Sally?" Poseidon said, struggling a little to say it.
Percy smile. "Don't worry dad. I remember in the Greek myth that Hades is a man of his word and he said that he would return my mom when I give him the helm. Beside, I didn't want World War III."
(She hesitated...clutches again…")
"Does she still hates me?" Percy asked Nico. When he nodded, Percy roll his eyes. "How long can she hold a grudge?"
"Half as long as my father can." Nico responded, making few of the gods whistle in amazement. That must be long.
(She cackled...in amazement.)
"I was amazed." Annabeth said. "I mean, to take on a god and not only survive, but win? It was something I can never imagine seeing." Not to mention it had her attracted to him more, but she didn't mention that to anyone. They didn't need to know.
"It was an awesome fight!" Leo cheered. "And mixed in with the music as well?! It made it even more awesome! And Percy barely had a scratch on him!" Everyone agreed, starting to through their complements as well, causing Percy to blush heavily.
Hercules, not wanting to be out done by a young demigod, decided to say something stupid. "Oh please, I can defeat a god stronger than Ares. And not only wound him/her, but have the god on his knee." Immediately, most of the Olympians glare at him for making such a claim while Perseus, Theseus, Orion, and the rest of the demigods look at him like if he was stupid or lost his mind. Artemis grins evilly, which Naruto and the hunters saw, and they knew what the goddess was planning.
"How about this?" Artemis suggested to Hercules. "You and mama Fuu battle after Percy sings his song. You two can use your weapons, powers, but Naruto will restrain her godly powers." Hercules suddenly look a little nervous, but the idiot didn't back down.
"I accept." Hercules said with a smirk. "And if I win, I get take one of your hunters virginity." Naruto growl and his eyes turn red while Artemis eyes glowed silver, but they restrained themselves. They knew that Hercules was going to lose.
"Fine." Artemis said, and the hunters weren't upset about that. They knew that Hercules is no match for a primordial. "But if Fuu wins, Daddy and I can use you for target practice." Hercules paled, but again, his arrogance got ahead of his brain. If there is any brain in there.
"Deal." Hercules said, grinning smugly at the thought of taking one of those hunters. He was thinking of getting Nightshade. The demigods and hunters look at each other, wondering how stupid the man is. Even Jason isn't supporting his brother for the battle, more thinking that he is going to dig a grave soon.
("Percy…" Grover...of energy.)
Percy groan and his head landed on Annabeth's head, feeling the affect of the book. Annabeth patted his knee sympathetically while Kushina is reading.
("Did you...of Tartarus.)
"It's impossible!" Zeus declared and before anyone can TRY to convince him that this was real, he said. "Read girl!"
"Don't command my daughter!" Naruto barked, glaring at Zeus. "She can read whenever she chooses to!" Kushina beams at her dad and blew a raspberry at the god, causing him to turn red in anger. Before he could say anything, she gone back to reading. After Rhea smacked Zeus in the back of the head with a look of disappointment.
(I reclaimed...I agreed.)
"Do you have a death wish?" Thalia, Nico, and Hazel asked Percy. A son of Poseidon, going in a plane, is like signing your death warrant.
"No." Demeter said, looking at Zeus. "Unless he wants his bolt destroyed, he won't harm the plane," Zeus grumbled at that. He let that demigod fly, for now.
(She stared...Come on.")
"...You, are the most insane demigod, I had the pleasure of meeting." Chris said and everyone agreed with that. Percy pouted at that.
"That's the end of the chapter." Naruto said, after Kushina close the book. "So first, we have Percy sing. Then, Hercules vs Fuu. And then, we eat dinner." Percy groans. Why can't they do the fight first? He would like to delay this as long as he could. "Let's go."
The immortals flash out of the room while the demigods walked out.
Spirit: And that's the end. Next up, we're going to have Percy sing, Hercules (or Herc-the-jerk) vs Fuu, and then dinner for them. After that, a few more chapters. Anything you guys want to say?
Phoenix: Well this is an interesting chapter. Would you not agree with the bet and all?
Spirit: What do you mean by that?
Phoenix: The bet which really I don't think anyone saw coming at all.
Spirit: Ah. Well, I think it was funny.
War Doctor: Make sure you guys tune in next time it will be great.
