The chapter was written by the help of the author RoseSand. I wrote the plot, RoseSand wrote it and I edited it so it fitted my story. I think the author has written well enough to post. I thank thvnder for his collaboration in the last chapter and thank RoseSand for the help in this chapter. Now the story is getting somewhere.

Zant is barely concious when he hears voice shouting for him and Jon. He closed and opened his eyes trying to wake up properly but he could not do so. It has been two days since he and Jon were in the cave and he is very thirsty and hungry.
"Zant wake up, they've came for us." Zant hears Jon's voice but it seemed like he was miles away. Black specks appear in front of him before the black takes him whole.
Jon is helped to get out of the cave because his sprained his ankle. After days of nothing but the darkness the light blinds him and the sounds are too loud for him. He is very confused. After a couple of tries he opens his eyes and try to focus them. The woods are wide from the snow and the sun is peaking thorough the branches and the leaves. Jon turns around and see two crows carrying an unconscious Zant who was very pale.
"We need to wake him up." One of them said.
"Try the smelling salts." Another one suggested.
"We do not need any smelling salts, just stick your sock under his nose and that should do the trick." Said another and the whole group laugh. Jon did not laugh. It was too bright for him he was confused. All of the sound were blocked from his ears all he could hear was the gut wrenching scream that he and Zant heard in the cave. He was so sure that the sound did not come from a human. Jon did not know what the sound belonged to.
Jon closed his eyes and he was in the kitchens back in Winterfell and he was listening to Old Nan telling him a story about a banshee a female spirit that wails warn about the death. Jon Snow did not know when or how but he believed that many people will die.
"Jon, Jon are you all right." One of the crows said.
"A scream there was a scream in the cave." Jon muttered under her breath.
"I knew that the scrawny git was a screamer." Another one said and all laughed. They made their way back to Castle black and Zant regain conciseness. He looked at Jon with big eyes but did not say anything else and looked at the floor.
Lord commander was in front of them looking crossly at them.
"Not only did you risked your own lives but you risked the lives of my other men who went to find you. That is an unacceptable behaviour. I expected more from you Jon. You are banned from going out of the castle until I say so and you will be now working as Steward. Now leave my sight." The Lord Commandeer said and they went their own way.
They were on the the kitchen duty for the for the evening and as soon as Zant cooked the food he went straight bed. He was not in the mood for company. He laid in bed and fell asleep almost instantly.
Zant woke up with cold sweat and all he could hear was the ghostly scream. It was echoing in his head and he could not stop it. Zant covered his ears but still it was there. Zant felt like he was about to freeze to death so he put on his cloak and shoes on and since he knew that he was not going back to sleep he left his room and walked throughout the castle aimlessly. The sun is just raising and he sees his fellow brothers in the courtyard training to become the best men that they can be. Was he best the best man that he could be? Zant did not know. He was scared and he felt like a coward because of this.
He ended up at at the top of the wall where he sees Jon Snow standing looking down he cleared his throat and Jon looked at him and gave Zant a small smile which he returned.
"Are you well, you went to bed early?" Jon asked looking back down. Zant stood next to him and looked down and all see was white. It was all covered by white.
"I do not know Jon. All i can think of right now is that scream and what it was and how scared i am. Does that make me a coward?" Zant asked Jon who looked at him.
"It dies not make you a coward Zant, it make you human. It scared me as well. You have nothing to be ashamed of." Jon said and for some time all that they could hear was the wind howling around them.
"I wanted to thank you for what you said in the cave. It made me feel better. He in the Nights Watch we look out for each other, even if we do not like one another very well. We were all exiled from our life and this is what we have chosen. They will all have your back Zant. I will have your back." Jon said and left Zant alone to ponder.
Zant knew that he will not get over the fear if he did not find what it was and face it. He needed to face it of he wanted to be himself. He knew that he wan not aloud to be outside but he needed to get back into the woods and he will at dawn. He will face his fear. He will end it.

Saria climb our of the tunnel and saw the city. It was beautiful. From the distance she could hear voices and the daily lives. She wondered if any of those voices were her parent who she missed dearly all those years away from them.
Saria looked behind her and she nothing but big iron gates higher than any castles she has seen. There was no way in beside the tunnel she had climbed out of.
She heard a cart next to her and when she turned her head she saw a man on it. He had a hood on so she can barely see him.
"Hey there you need a ride to the town." He said and the man had a deep and raspy voice that sent shivers down her spine and made her feel something she has never felt before. She could not name it. Her mouth was dry and she almost forgot how to speak
"I would really appreciate it. I have some gold coins of you need me to pay." She said after her brain started to work again.
"I have no use for gold lass and I do not need you to pay just hop on it." He said and so she did. The man took of his hood and Saria looked at and smiled. He was a very handsome man with jet black hair that was in a braid and a black beard. His eyes shone like the brightest emerald and he had a crocked nose that made him look nice.
"So where is a pretty girl like you going alone?" He asked and the vice made her shiver yet again.
"I am to see my parents. I have not been home in many years and i have almost forgot how they look like but I do know their names. Alvin and Bonnie Richmond." She said
"Yes I do know them. Your father in the healer and he helped me when i was ill. Your mother is a great woman. Very kind." He said and looked at her with a smile. Saria felt tears stinging her eye. She did not know her parent at all.
"I am so sorry for being rude my name is Alaric, what's yours?" the man said
"Nice to meet you, my name is Saria." She said and the man gave her a smile which made her heart jump in her chest. She felt an uneasy feeling in her stomach that was not unpleasant.
"A beautiful name for a beautiful girl." Alaric said and made Saria blush and look down at her hands in her knees.
"So what brigs you back home after being absent for so long?" Alaric asked and she looked at him.
"I am to be wed soon and my parent asked me to come home." She said a little bit dejected.
"You do not want to be wed?" Alaric asked
"I do not know. I have yet to meet my future husband and i am afraid that we will not be fond of each other." Saria did not know why she was telling him all of her secrets. He just made her feel safe and at home. It was a feeling that lacked in her life for a very long time.
"I do not think that any man will not be fond of you" The man said stopping his cart in front of a big cottage that was her home. She looked at her new friend with a sad smile. She did not want to leave him.
"I hope I will see you soon." Saria said.
"I will see you soon, my wife to be." With that he left her standing there like a fool with her mouth opened. Once she composed herself she had a small smile on her face. This marriage will not be as bad as she thought.
