Chapter 24: Brady's Going Insane
Here's another chapter on Black Friday!
The next morning Brady was up before anyone else. He wanted to be the first one to witness Mack coming home, no matter how long he needed to stand by the door.
The Wet Side Story gang was getting a little freaked out. Most of them didn't understand why he was freaking out so much, they didn't realize that Brady loves her, and not having her around when he has no idea where she went scared him.
Along with the storm last night. It got pretty nasty around midnight, a storm that would defiantly be able to get them to Wet Side Story, but maybe too strong that someone could get injured.
Brady hasn't created much conversation with anyone, his mind is focused on Mack and only Mack. He barely got any sleep last night, he just laid awake in his bunk, listening to the waves on shore.
The boys tried anything in their power to get him to calm down, but they didn't know how! Only Mack knows what really calms him down, and again she's been missing for almost 24 hours.
Olivia, Lela, Struts, Giggles, CheeChee, and Kiki all went and sat on the back porch, to talk about Mack's disappearance and how insane Brady is becoming.
"I don't know why she's not back yet?" Kiki questioned sitting down next to Struts who nodded in agreement.
"She did this back home too. I think she just likes disappearing on people." CheeChee giggled.
"No, back home Mack was kidnapped she didn't leave voluntarily. But I don't get why she left now?" Lela clarified. Nobody really knew this answer.
"I think because of the texts I found, she had to clear something up with a person from her past. But I don't know why she went alone considering she knows how dangerous he is." Olivia spoke. Giggles looked confused.
"Dangerous? How?"
"Well you saw what he did to Kiki thinking she was Mack, who knows what he could be capable of now that he knows he didn't really push Mack." Struts answered. It made sense actually.
"Yeah he wasn't the greatest boyfriend when they were dating either but I'm not going to get into very much detail. If Mack wants you to know, she'll tell you." Olivia says. Everyone nods showing they understand.
"But I still don't get why she hasn't come home yet?" CheeChee asks. She has a point. Nobody knows what happened to Mack.
"Girls! Get in here!" SeaCat yells from the living room. The girls leap out of their seats, hoping that SeaCat called them in so they could see Mack before scolding her for taking off.
Their hopes came to an end when they reached the living room and Mack was nowhere to be found.
"What did you call us in for that's so important?" Lela sassed earning a chuckle from the biker boys.
"Brady just got off the phone with Mack's grandpa and said…" Tanner began before being cut off by Giggles.
"That she's home! Oh Brady must be so happy!" Rascal shook his head before speaking.
"No, that she hasn't showed up or heard from her for that matter." The girl's faces dropped. Poor Brady.
"Where is Brady?" Olivia spoke up noticing the blonds absence.
"He went to go look for her." Butchy answered casually. The color drained from Lela and Olivia's faces.
"You let him go alone?!" Lela freaked making everyone in the room jump.
"Yeah what's so bad about that?" Lugnut asked placing his hands up in surrender from Lela's outburst.
"He's practically emotionally unstable! Who knows where he could've gone! We could lose him too!" Olivia answered. All the boys mouths turned into an O shape while the girls looked terrified. They couldn't lose Brady too. Then all they would have is Olivia to keep them in line, which she couldn't do alone.
Everyone sat on the couch and waited for their 2 friends arrival.
Brady on the other hand had one place in mind on where he was going, and that was to where Brandon lives.
He knows Brandon hates him and the feelings are mutual. Brady can't stand him after all he's put Mack through and Brandon can't stand Brady because he is what's standing in the way of him and Mack ever being together again.
Brady wasn't going to leave until he got an answer. He marched up to Brandon's door and knocked, taking a step back to wait impatiently.
A couple seconds later the door opens revealing Brandon, with his hair all messed up along with being shirtless. Brady gulped thinking the worst.
"What do you want blondie? I was in the middle of something very important." Brandon spat. Brady took a step closer before answering.
"I'm came for Mack." He replied flatly. Brandon scoffed.
"Well you came to the wrong place because she's not here." He began to shut the door before Brady stopped him.
"Don't play stupid with me! I saw the messages between the two of you I know she was here!"
"Yeah she was and freaked out on me, telling me to leave her alone."Brady let out a sigh. He somewhat knew something.
"Great so where is she?"
"Isn't she with you?"
"No I wouldn't be standing here at your doorstep is she was."
"Oh well I don't know where she could be."
"Can you at least tell me when she left?"
"Why should I tell you?"
"Because she's been missing for over 24 hours and hasn't contacted anyone. If you still care about Mack, you'll help me."
"Fine she left at about 5 saying she had some errands she had to run before heading home. I saw her heading back to wherever she's saying before the storm hit. That's all I know so good bye." Brandon slammed the door in Brady's face. Brady didn't trust that guy, except for now. He knew he was telling the truth. Brandon still cares about Mack and wouldn't lie to help her if she was in danger.
Brady headed back to the house but bumped into some people along the way that have answers about Mack's disappearance.
Brady stormed into the living room with Les and Fusion behind him.
"Guys they have something to tell us about Mack!" Everyone's attention turned to Fusion who had opened his mouth to speak.
"We saw her by the shore line as the waves were getting big. Then all of a sudden a huge wave crashes over her head and she never came back up." Fusion explained. Olivia and Brady both stood up.
"That's it I know where she is!" Olivia shrieked excitedly.
"But one problem… how do we get there?" Brady questioned before sitting back down and running his fingers through his hair. They found her, but having to get to her is the actual problem.
