Hey here is chapter 21, I updated my one shot with a better version, please go read it. AND read the long note at the bottom.

I stared open mouthed at my mom. "Really Mom?" My mother nodded. "Yes." I hugged her. "Thank you. Um, I'm going to see Eli to tell him good-bye since we're leaving tomorrow. See you later.' I ran out the door.

Samantha PoV:

I knocked on the door of the Johnsons. I was happy when Eli answered it. "Hey, Eli. Where is your mom?" Eli smiled at me. "She took the kids to their dads. She should be home any minute. What do you need?"

I walked past him into the house. "Well, I have good news!" Eli and I sat on his couch. He looked happy. "What is it?" I almost screamed I was so happy. "Well, my mom said that if I come down here for junior and senior year, I could go to college in New York. So at the end of the summer me, Elly, and Leo are all moving down here!"

Eli was smiling, but it disappeared. "Leo's coming too?" I nodded. "Yes! If his dad says it okay." But of course we won't ask because Leo is a god who saved the world.", I added in my head.

Eli smiled again. "Great! So when are you coming down again?" I took out my phone to check the time, it said 5:15. "Um, I need to go, but, um, as soon as school is finished up there me, Leo, and Elly will stay for another day to finish packing and to say 'good-bye' and everything."

I got up. "I really need to go, Eli, but I'll see you when I get back and don't forget to call and text." He walked me to the door. I threw my arms around him. I mean his is like my brother.

When I got home, Leo captured me and pulled me up stairs. "Sams, you need to get ready. Everyone, including your mom, is going out for a good-bye supper at a steakhouse. Your mom said to dress fancy." He quickly kissed me and then ran off into his room.

When I entered my room, I noticed everyone was already getting dressed. I got a shower and dressed in a knee length black dress. I wore my black flats and pulled my hair back into a braid. Piper put some touches of dark make-up on me and then I followed them down stairs.

The boys were dressed in what they had worn to supper last night, and all the girls were in dresses. I went to stand by Leo, and took his hand. When my mom came out in her slacks and blouse we all went to the car. My mom turned to us. "Um, I only have 8 seats. Um, do the girls want to sit on their boyfriend's lap?" we agreed. I sat on Leo, Annabeth sat on Percy, Hazel sat on Frank, and so on.

Once everyone was in the van, we drove to the restaurant. We got a big table and ordered our drinks. Annabeth, Hazel, Piper, Elly, Thalia, my mom, and I ordered sweet tea. All the boys got coke. After we ordered our food I looked over at Elly and Leo.

"Um, you two know about the deal right?" they nodded; my sister took a sip of her drink. "Sam, don't worry, me and Leo were told and of course we are coming down. Lady Artemis has already said that as long as I don't break my oath I'm good."

I nodded. "I just can't wait to see everyone again." Leo took my hand under the table. "Sams, what if your friends don't like me?" I laughed. "Don't worry they will love you!" Our food arrived and everyone ate like a mad person, besides my mom.

The next day, everyone is back in NYC:

Percy PoV:

I was kind of bummed that at the end of the year Sam, Elly, and Leo were moving back to Florida, but being a god helps because I can just flash myself down for a visit.

I was worried about being back at school because of what happened at prom with Chelsea and everything, but I know Sam can handle herself plus she has Leo.

The next day we all went back to school. I noticed Sam looked out of it all day. At lunch I watched as she stared at her food, swiftly glancing around every now and then. "Sam, are you all right?" Her head snapped towards me. "Um, I'm good." She went back to staring at nothing.

"Leo, can I talk to you?" Leo followed me out the door of the lunchroom. "Do you know what's wrong with my sister?" He sighed. "No, Percy. I don't know what's wrong with her. She's been off since we got back from her mom's. I think she's just home sick." Then we were cut off by my phone ringing. "Annabeth?" I heard my girlfriend's voice. "Percy, something's wrong with Sam. She just passed out onto the floor. Meet us at the car. NOW!"

I looked at Leo. "Sam's in trouble. We got to go." Leo and I ran out to the car to see everyone running from the lunchroom. Jason had Sam in his arms. Annabeth opened the back door of my car and Jason laid my sister carefully in the seat. Leo got in with her.

I turned to everyone else. "Okay, me, Leo, and Annabeth will drive to the hospital. Everyone else go get Paul and then Mom and drive to the hospital." I went around to the driver's side and climbed in. Annabeth got shot gun.

I drove to the hospital quickly and stopped in front of the ER doors. Leo carried Sam inside and Annabeth went with him. I parked the car and ran back to the building. I saw Sam being wheeled away on a gurney. Leo was staring after her. Annabeth came over to me. "Sam's appendix burst. They said she might not make it, but she's immortal. She'll just be out of it for a few days. Hopefully."

An hour later:

I, Annabeth, Leo, Piper, Jason, and my mom were sitting in the waiting room, everyone else had gone home. Sam was in surgery and wouldn't be out of it until 9:00. It was 4. Leo was sitting on the floor crying, the doctor had come out a few minutes ago and told us to prepare for the worst. Of course that couldn't happen, but Leo still took it pretty badly.

My mom was almost in tears, Jason and I kept looking down at Leo and had tears come to our eyes when we did, Piper had her arms around Leo and tears were running down her cheeks. We had never seen Leo like this. The only calm one was Annabeth, and she was praying to/cussing out the gods. I looked up at the ceiling, Listen Apollo, help out my sister of I will send her hunter sister after you. So there. I look back to Leo and felt tears come to my eyes. What was going to happen?

10:00

Sam had just gotten out of the operating room a few minutes ago. All the time we had spent waiting, Leo had been either crying or bursting into flames. The doctor came out into the room. "You may see her now." We all followed the man to a room. Sam was laying in a bed with the hospital gown on her. Her eyes were shut, her cheeks had almost no color, and her hair flowed over her shoulder. If I didn't know any better I would think she was dead.

The doctor gave something to my mom. "These were the clothes the girl was wearing." He left the room, but before he left he turned to my mom. "Um, someone must stay with her during the nights. Someone 15 or older. Who will it be?" My mom frowned. "Um, Leo Valdez will stay with her." The doctor nodded. "I will get a nurse to bring him a pass."

After Leo got his pass he sat next to Sam in the chair next to her bed. I sat in the other chair with Annabeth in my lap. My mom, Jason, and Piper left. I told them I would flash me and Annabeth home. Leo was holding Sam's hand when I left. "Bye, Leo." He didn't look away from Sam.

Sam's PoV (3 days later):

I woke up to a white shirt. I blinked and looked around for the thing that kept beeping. Then I realize two things, one: I'm in a hospital and two: I'm in Leo's arms. I don't remember getting here. The last thing I remember was when I was sitting beside Piper. She asked if I was okay, and as I turned towards her darkness came over me and I hit the floor.

I turn back to Leo. "Leo, wake up." My voice is raw. He blinks a few times and then his face lights up in a grin when he sees me. "SAM!" He crushes me to his chest. When he pulls back he stares into my eyes. Green meets brown for the millionth time. "You're okay! You're fine. Your appendix burst so you know have a scar from here to here."

He drug his finger from my hip to my waist on the other side. I sighed. "Bye, Bye, bikinis." He stared at me for a minute. "WOW!" Leo laughed his head off. Then I pulled his lips to mine. His arms went around my waist and mine went around his neck. When he pulled back, he let his lips rest in my hair. "I need to go get the doctor."

Leo untangled himself from my many wires and cords and left to find a person.

A nurse came in. She looked about 37. "Hi, sweetie. How are you doing?" I smiled. "Um, I'm fine. I want to go home." The nurse nodded. "Well, you've improved so much, I will go get a doctor and he should tell you when you can go home." Leo came back in as she left. He came and sat by me on the bed again, his arm went around my shoulder. I leaned into him. "I called Percy and told him you were awake."

The doctor came in a few minutes later. "Well, you're much better, so you can go home tomorrow and 10." He left to go work on the paperwork. Percy, Annabeth, Jason, Piper, Elly, and Sally came in a few minutes later. I smiled at them. Percy hugged me. "Hey, guys. Um, the doctor told me I can go home tomorrow at 10, so I need a ride."

Percy nodded. "Um, me and Annabeth and Mom will come and get you. Do you want a certain pair of clothes?" I nodded. "Elly, get my green sweater, my ripped up jeans, and my white flats. Yep. That's it. Make sure the sweater is the short sleeve one." My sister nodded. Then I remembered. "Oh, and can someone bring me a hair brush?' everyone started laughing at me, while I blushed.

The next day:

At 9:30, Percy, Annabeth, and Sally came to help get me ready. I got a shower and dressed in about 30 minutes. I was dead tired after that. Annabeth braided my hair. At 10, the doctor came in with a wheelchair. "I don't want her back at school for two days and in a wheelchair those days as well. Um, she needs to drink liquids for a day, and soft food for a week."

He gave me some pills and told me I was free to go. Percy and Leo helped me get to the chair and Leo rolled me out and picked me up to get in the car. I was almost asleep by the time I got to the apartment. Leo took me to Percy's apartment and I was asleep on the couch in about 30 seconds.

I woke up a few hours later and saw my wheelchair. "LEO!" I called out for him. Percy came rushing in. "Sorry, Sam. Leo's asleep. He was trying to rest for a few minutes." I nodded. "Sorry if I woke you." Percy shook his head. "No, I was waiting for you to wake up. Do you want something to drink?" I nodded. "Um, coffee?"

After I got my coffee I told Percy to go to bed, he did. I turned on Pitch Perfect. About an hour into the movie Leo came in to check on me. When he saw what I was watching he came and sat by me and pulled me onto his lap. We finished the movie and put on another one. So I felt myself slipping into a sleep.
