Previously: While Juvia and Gray sat at the cafe, Gajeel came in and ruined their conversation and mood. Gray area grabbed her wrist and dragged her away and after a little bit of walking, the two hold hands. Juvia asked the important question.

"What... Would happen if we dated?" Juvia said, her grip on his hand tightening. Gray stared at her, starting to get used to her feats of courage. Still he was embarrassed, it's a thought that's been bothering him for a while too.

"I wonder... What dating is like?" He settled with that response, making the blue haired girl think.

"Ah... What is dating?" She froze, suddenly realizing it was a fantasy she knew little about.

"Does..." Gray looked at her in panic "Juvia-san not know either?"

They stood there in silence, thinking on how they would attack this question. How do two beginners, learn to date? It was never a priority for them, so they didn't watch romance movies or read those kind of novels and manga.

"I really wonder what it would be like." They began walking, and before they knew it. It was her house. Noticing their hands still held each other, they let go and Juvia walked up to the gate entrance. She turned around and bowed politely, he returned the gesture and started walking to his house.

She couldn't help but watch Gray's retreating figure. Than he stopped, only a couple feet away, turned towards her and blushed when she was still there. "If you don't go in soon... To your house..." He said, not knowing where he was going with that statement, but she remained. He continued walking, but every couple steps he would rotate to her. Juvia didn't move, getting him frustrated. It was his fourth turn when he said something again.

"Go inside your house!" He yelled, she simply nodded. "You don't have to see me off!"

She blushed, he caught on to her. Juvia took a step forward and waved lightly, it took him a second but he did wave back. Than he started walking again, it was like a game. Juvia smiled lightly, her happiness has piled up to max. It was all thanks to Gray.

"He didn't come in... Will he ever? Does he not want to see my house? Or is he to embarrassed?" She closed her eyes, thought for a second. It was cold outside but Juvia couldn't feel a thing, she was on clouds. "If only he would stay..."

The blue haired girl turned and walked into her house, waltzing into her room. She plopped down on her bed, gave a small squeal and hugged her pillow. Juvia sat bak up when she felt her excess energy was expended, and headed down for her dinner.

"Juvia-chan?" Her mom said as she looked up from her plate. "Your dad will be back later tonight,"

"Eh?" The young girl looked up, than she looked back down "I'm excited."

"But it's going to be late, so go to bed early."

After dinner, Juvia did as her mom said. She followed her usual night routine and headed off to bed. She curled up in a ball, adoring the warmth of her blankets.

"I asked... A really amazing question." She smiled, pulling the blanket just below her eyes, which were now sealed shut. "I want to fall asleep quickly, quickly. If I fall asleep it will be morning!"

Her alarm rang softly, just loud enough to wake her slumber. Juvia rolled on her back, and the memories of yesterday came flooding back. She blushed and stared at the ceiling, so much in a trance her alarm didn't bother her. Juvia sat up after a little bit, finally hitting her alarm off.

"If we start dating, will I be even happier?"

She got dressed in her uniform, grabbed her cardigan, and headed down to the dining room. Juvia blinked at the sight of a middle aged man at the table. He held a newspaper and hasn't noticed her yet, must have been the feeling of Juvia staring, cause he turned around. She blinked at her father, it's been half a year since she's seen him. He was always taking business trips. He smiled, than frowned. His usual solemn daughter, who was never truly happy, was emitting happiness. Her father gave a look of confusion, and looked over at his wife

"Something feels different about her?" He asked

"Ehh?" She said walking over to Juvia, giving a small laugh.

"Is it the high school uniform?" Her dad pondered.

"Actually," the middle aged woman smiled "Lucy told me Juvia is having fun at school!"

"Mama!" That was his nickname for his wife, and as he said it, he stood up in excitement.

"Papa!" Her mom returned in joy.

"Although we had to think about it, sending Juvia to a Co-Ed school was a good idea!" Juvia's parents were getting increasingly happy.

"Yeah!" She said walking over to her husband.

"Juvia, what's your favorite part of school?"

"Ah..." At this point, she was sitting down eating breakfast. "I have friends there..."

"Oh, Levy-Chan!" Her mom filled in, "she's a super cute girl that loves books!"

Than Juvia blushed. She shuffled in her seat and seemed to be awkward, it caught her dad off more than her mom. "J-Juvia?"

"...there's..." She set her chopsticks down "a boy... I like..."

Now they both stood in shock. Than her dad began trembling, nervous for his daughter. "Are you two... Going out?" Juvia shook no, almost sadly.

"This is why I was against a co-ed school! Our beloved daughter is being tricked by some stage guy!" He yelled, contradicting his previous announcement, but Juvia's mom rested a hand on his shoulder.

"But... But Papa... Think about it." She started, "if it's a boy Juvia likes, than he must be a nice boy... But..."

They both went quiet, sharing a conversation with their eyes. And suddenly, enough to make Juvia jump, they set their hands on the table. Like a caught prey, Juvia began to feel scared.

"What kind of boy is he?" The two adults asked.

"We're not suspicious, we are both very happy!" Her mom said.

"Ye- yeahhh..." The man trailed off.

"And Juvia is a normal girl, we shouldn't be completely thrown off..." She continued "congratulations Juvia."

"Yeah I wanna meet him!"

"Oh Papa, if he saw you he would be intimidated."

"You're right..." He sighs "I just won't be able to meet him starting next week... I'm worried about Juvia, guess it can't be helped..."

The high school girl stood up and thought for a second, than nodded at her dad. "If you only want to SEE him... He'll walk me home tonight."

"Eh..." He muttered "you two are close enough to walk home together?"

Juvia nodded, than cleaned up her breakfast plate. She went up to the bathroom, than came back down a couple minutes later. The doorbell rang and Juvia waved to her parents, who still looked a little shell shocked, than she left with Lucy and Levy.

"As I thought..." Her mom said. "I'm still really worried!"

The sky burned orange, and slowly the sun was giving away to the night sky. Juvia and Gray walked side by side, on the route to her house. This time they weren't talking or holding hands, but it wasn't awkward to Gray, Juvia was the one panicking in her mind.

"Is it alright if I don't tell Gray? But..." She glanced up at him. "It might be bad if I get him nervous..."

They reached her house and like clockwork, both bowed politely, "they are only seeing him from the house, it should be okay,". Gray began walking away, leaving the girl to her thoughts. Like usual he turned around to Juvia before really leving, who still stood there blushing. He waved lightly, and with almost a smile, she returned it. Than he's eyes went wide, Gray took a step back.

As if a train reaction, Juvia felt hands on both her shoulders. She knew exactly who they were, and she could feel the anger bubbling in her stomach. She looked up to see her Father on the right and Mother on the left, and they had big smiles.

"Hello! We're Juvia's parents!" Mama said happily

"We've been waiting for you!" Papa exclaimed in an obviously fake happy voice.

"Please come in!" They said in sync.

Juvia gritted her teeth, and looked down. Her hands balling up her school skirt, she wanted to crawl in a hole and die!
