Hey y'all. Sorry for the wait! Here's a new chap and I won't appologize just yet. Just read and hopefully enjoy.
"A fake request, that's a first for us. In the mean time you should take on a different quest, we'll find out which ones are fake." Makarov ensures us while we look for a new request.
"How about this one?" Erza points at a request that involves blending in at a ball.
"A singer needed with a magical voice." I read out loud from the request paper that got my attention.
"Shouldn't we go together?" Lucy asks.
"Nah, I can handle this on my own. It's just a regular job, nothing to worry about." I reply.
"Why don't we split up then?" Wendy suggests.
"Yeah, sounds good." I admit.
"How about Nina, Lucy and Gray and then Erza, Natsu and me?" Wendy asks.
"Sounds like a plan." All of us agree and with that we split up.
"Say Lucy, there anyone you like in our guild?" I ask her.
"I guess, how about you?" She asks me.
"I don't know, maybe there is." I reply.
"Let's just go." Gray says in a bored voice.
"Sure." I agree and so we head out.
"Why did you want to do this request anyway?" Lucy asks me.
"I can do anything, remember? Since there are few singing wizards left, I might as well just help them out." I answer her.
"Could you sing something? Just to pass time." Lucy asks me.
"Sure." I reply before I start singing Yakusoku from Idolm ster.
"We should be there soon." I say after I've finished singing.
"You're really amazing." Lucy smiles.
"Thanks, but I really owe it to my parents." I tell her.
"What are your parents like?" Lucy asks me.
"I don't really know." I say with a shrug before I step up my pace.
"How close was that close to extinct you told me about?" Gray asks me.
"There's only one left, maybe three at most. I don't know what happened to the other two." I whisper as he walks beside me.
"Your parents?" Gray asks me in a whisper.
"No." I reply before I run off.
I decide to stay away from them until I've calmed down, but calming down isn't really an option when you're a fairy wizard. As I keep hidden, Gray and Lucy keep pressing for the request that they've accepted. As soon as I am close to falling asleep I feel a hand wrapped around me and a hand covering my mouth and nose. I pass out long before Erza and Natsu cross the place for their mission.
