"Hey Naruto," Kiba called me. I skipped over to him. School is over for the week and I just got out of detention! Also, not telling anyone this, but this skirt is actually really comfortable.
Kiba gave me a weird look and shook his head. "You want to go to the carnival this weekend?" He asked. A carnival! I haven't been to one of those in years! I remember going to one with Iruka and going on all of the rides, and the food, and the games, and the-
"Naruto!" Kiba screamed out. "Stop spacing out, you want to go or no?"
"Yes! When is it?" I practically screamed in his face.
"Heh, aren't you excited." I rolled my eyes at him. What? I haven't been to one in years.
"It's today and this weekend. I can't go today though because I have to go to the vet, so want to go tomorrow with me and the others?"
"Sure. Going to the vet to get your monthly check up, dog-face?" Eheh, don't blame me, I had to ask.
"Actually I am." What, really? "But not for me, idiot, for Akamaru."Oh yeah, forgot about his dog.
"Oh, okay, that makes since now." He rolled his eyes. I started walking again. "So, I found a ramen stand close to my apartment, you want to go before going to the vet?" I asked him. I haven't tried the place yet.
"Okay, what's it called?"
"Ichiraku"

(Itachi POV)
So the blonde is going to the city's carnival tomorrow. Maybe I should bring Sasuke there too. He's taking too long to get out of the school building. Hurry up, I have to make plans with Deidara.
There's the stupid duck butt style coming my way now. "Hi otouto." I said with a smile. Sasuke rolled his eyes at me.
"Why didn't you just wait in the car?" He asked me, walking pass me and to the parking lot. Rude, I'm trying to help you and this is how you treat me?
"Because I wanted to see your face sooner."
Ignored.
"So Sasuke," I began
"No,"
"I didn't even get to finish."
"You were going to say something stupid."
"…"
Sasuke sighed. "What did you want?"
I started my evil smile he couldn't see. "You want to go to the carnival with me and Deidara tomorrow? You can bring Gaara if you want."
"No."
"If you don't go with me I'll tell mom and dad what you did last week before school began."
"…No."
I took out my phone and typed in our mother's number. Sasuke turned around and I showed him the phone."…"
"…"
"…"
"…Fine."

Me: Okay, I know this one was really short, but I wanted to set things up for the next chapter.
Ghai: You made us wait three weeks for this?
Me: It's not that bad,probably.
