Naruto let out a satisfied sigh. "That ramen stand was actually pretty good!" Naruto said to Kiba while walking up the stairs to his apartment.
"I actually can't disagree with you on that. How did I never know that that place was there anyways?"Kiba asked himself out loud. Naruto shrugged his shoulders and got his apartment key out of his backpack. "Anyways, I'll come by tomorrow around noon with everyone, don't make us wait!" Kiba ruffled Naruto's hair and running away. Naruto flinched.
"Whatever, don't forget to ask the vet for your flea shot dog-face!" He yelled after Kiba. Kiba started jogging backwards and stuck his tongue out at Naruto. Naruto waved goodbye and watch his friend disappear out of his sight. Naruto sighed again and unlocked the apartment door. When he was about to enter, his neighbor came bursting out of the apartment.
"Naruto! I am so glad you are here!" Asuma said, walking up to Naruto and putting his hand on his shoulder. Naruto looked at the hand questionably."You see an emergency occurred at the police station and so I was wondering if you could babysit Konohamaru since you're like a big brother to him."
"Um… sure, but for how long and when?" Naruto asked.
"This whole weekend starting tomorrow around 9 in the morning."
"Sorry I'm busy tommor-"
"Thank you Naruto, I'll drop him off tomorrow and I'll let Iruka know. You're a savior. Bye!" Asuma interrupted and left as quickly as he came.
Naruto reached his hand out to where Asuma formally was. "But, but, but…"Naruto dropped his hand and gave up. "Ugh-" he groaned, opening his door and walking into the house. Iruka was sitting on the dining table reading his newspaper and drinking coffee. He looked up for a second and put down the paper.
"I see that you promised to babysit Konohamaru tomorrow." Iruka stated.
Naruto's eyes widened slightly. "How did you know?"
"Asuma told me half an hour ago." Naruto gaped. Asuma you bastard! You said I'd do it even though you didn't even ask me until now?!" Naruto started sulking while taking off his shoes and putting his backpack away when he got an idea. Putting on his childish bunny slippers he walked towards the dining room table.
"Hey Iruka-sensei," he tried saying in an innocent voice.
"No."
"You didn't even know what I was going to say."
"You were going to say 'Can you babysit Konohamaru for me?"
How did you know?"
"Because I know you."
Naruto pouted. "Then why not?"
Iruka sighed. "Because I have plans for tomorrow."
"So do I!"
"Then why did you promise Asuma that you'd babysit?"
"I didn't. He just-"
Iruka rolled his eyes. "No excuses Naruto.
"But,"
"No,"
"But"
Iruka gritted his teeth. "Naruto…" Naruto crossed his arms. Iruka sighed. "Just go finish your homework."
"Humph!" Naruto stomped back to his room and shut the door. He plopped down onto his bed and buried his head in his pillow. Great, how is this going to work now?

"Um, Naruto, unless you hadn't noticed, there's a kid that's following you." Kiba said confusedly. Naruto rolled his eyes at Kiba and began go shut the apartment door. "This isn't just some kid, this is my neighbor Konohamaru." Kiba looked at him as if he were going to continue. Naruto sighed. "I'm babysitting him."
"I'm not a baby!"Konohamaru shouted.
Kiba shrugged his shoulders. "Whatever, as long as he doesn't kill my vibe with the ladies."
Naruto raised an eyebrow. "I thought you were gay?"
"Bi."
'Oh, that kind of makes sense."
"So how far away is the fair?!" Konohamaru asked, basically bouncing up and down.
"Well," Kiba started," I'm planning to take the bus, so the bus stop's like five minutes away and it's like a ten minute bus ride there. How long would that be?"
"Fifteen minutes. I'm not an idiot." Konohamaru said in a know-it-all tone of voice and walked ahead of them.
"Naruto, I think this kid hates me." Naruto started laughing.

"Dude, this bus is packed!" Kiba exclaimed. The three of them jumped onto the bus. The seats were filled and there were about seven people standing up near the entrance. Luckily, one person left the bus at the stop. Konohamaru stuck his tongue out at the two and hopped onto the seat.

Naruto was cramped inside the bus and he was pretty sure someone was touching his butt. Naruto scooted closer to Kiba and tried to get his attention. "Oi! Kiba." He whispered loudly, but Kiba wasn't listening. Naruto kicked Kiba.
"Ow! What was that for?" He asked, attempting to bend down and rub his leg.
"Hey, let's move up there." Naruto kind of asked with a pleading look.
"Why?" Kiba asked. Naruto motioned his head towards his butt and Kiba just Oh'd and began to walk. The hand took one last hard squeeze and Naruto yelped in shock
Kiba started snickering while walking up the bus stairs. Naruto pouted," That's not funny!"
"Sure it wasn't." Naruto was on the last step when the bus went over a pothole and tripped Naruto into kiba who reflexively pushed him towards the seat closest to the
. "Gah!" Naruto screamed out, landing with an oomph and gaining half the bus's attention.
'Please don't be mad. Please don't be mad." Naruto chanted over and over while slowly looking up. This was who he was least expecting. The person looked back down at him with wide eyes. For about half a minute the two stared at each other until the man pulled out an earbud and cleared his throat.
"Why are you always falling on me Dobe?
Me: Whoo, that took me way too long to update. I feel really bad for you guys and I'm sorry fortaking forver
Ghai: For all the readers of Trading Places. We still remember about the story, but for some reason she can't think of anything to write-
Me: BUT! I'll definitely update by next week. If I don't I'll post three chapters the following week!
