Prompt: Wings
Her wings had been clipped.
No, not clipped. Her wings were torn from her very back.
She was now a broken and sad bird, trapped in a cage with no means of escape.
She thought she was being brave by coming here. She thought she was protecting her friends.
But they had ulterior motives. They made sure that she would never fly again.
But an eagle was on the way to rescue her; a strong, brave and mighty eagle.
He would defeat the predators that wanted to devour her.
He would break her out of the cage, and carry her home.
He would stay by her side, until her own wings grew back.
And he would teach her how to fly once more.

Holy guacamole, it's been ages since I did a drabble for my IchiHime series. I don't know why thinking of ideas is so hard...
Anywho, I've been seeing some stuff about the Eagle/Wings thing and how it relates to IchiHime, and the Rescue Orihime Arc and I was hit with inspiration and thus this was born.
