It was raining. The magpies wouldn't show up today.
To them, that didn't matter.
After all, they could only see each other once a year. To hell with the magpies.
No matter what the circumstances, they would see one another.
With or without a bridge.

This is my shortest one yet, but I hope you guys enjoyed it nonetheless :)
The idea for this drabble came from the Tanabata Legend. Of course, I added my own little twist.
