New chapter! As i had promised !Here in Greece ,Christmas holidays ends tomorrow.I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas time !Enjoy!

Eric after closing the doors of Elsa's office remained silent with his hands touching the wooden door. With his face lowered, looking at his knees , he was breathing slowly like he had just stopped running. Elsa made two hesitating steps ahead looking pensive at Eric's side.

"I think we need to talk ",Eric suddenly said and started stepping towards Elsa.

"Eric what do you mean? I'm unable to understand you…", Elsa replied stuttering , as Eric was approaching closer and closer.

Eric stood close enough to feel her breath coming out. Her breathing was quick and her look lowered almost hidden. Eric made a step back catching Elsa aback. His tall, upright body was standing in front of Elsa's curvy, almost agitated body which had leaned over, being in a defense situation. He coughed slightly ,making Elsa return to her original body posture. She looked him terrified and in some way ,like she never knew him. Eric felt awful and that's why he had to apologize.

"I'm not my brother Elsa", he said and stepped slowly back and forth.

Elsa goggled her eyes and stared him terrified, like she had felt that there was a possibility for him to know everything.

"What do you mean by that?", she asked with her voice calm but steady. Despite all those have happened, she was sure that in case he knew she wouldn't face any problem with him, due to his trustworthiness. Anyway, he was Eric.

"I know what have happened between you and my brother the time you were at my castle.", he replied and signed, staring sadly Elsa who was speechless.

Elsa collapsed on her seat. She was revealed. "That's it", she mulled over and hided her face into her hands. "Why do you tell me this right now? You could have said it to me when you first came or humiliate me in front of everyone. Why didn't you?", she yelled to him despaired. Snowflakes had started "dancing" around her, sign that this wouldn't end pretty well.

"No, no that's what I'm trying to tell you...that i wouldn't do such a thing!", Eric replied with intense and put his hands on his waist.

Elsa's mind started spinning around. "And how did you find out about all those things? Did Thorian told you about?" , Elsa asked him ironically and severely at the same time.

Eric smiled and nodded her negatively. Elsa stayed pensive for a few seconds.
If Thorian hadn't told him anything , then where did he find out about it?", Elsa mulled over and stood up leaving a short breath to come out.

Eric cleared his throat and embraced himself. "It's cold in here don't you think?", he asked and tried to warm his trembling hands with his hot breath. Elsa looked around her the snowy scenery and laughed. "Don't you see around you?", she asked and showed him the place which was covered with ice and snow.

Eric turned his face looking bemused the beautiful almost impossible scenery on the walls and the floor of Elsa's office. "How did that happened ?",he asked with his eyes goggled .Elsa looked him suspiciously. "Are you sure that you don't know ?",she asked and looked around her. "I believe I have missed this part of the story", he replied and smiled at her. Elsa smiled back and approached him. "Can you keep a secret?", she asked with her eyes glowing. Eric laughed and stared her half-serious. "Elsa you give me the creeps, no joking…",he said and smiled awkwardly. Elsa started laughing like she had never had before. Eric goggled his eyes and stared her happily. He felt so happy. He had for a strange reason succeed to make her feel free and laugh and express her feelings. Elsa detected his happy glance and stopped automatically. She wasn't used to make other people happy.

"Well before I tell you my secret, I would be really grateful if you could tell me where did you find out about me and your brother. Because if Thorian didn't tell you about us then which was your source?", Elsa asked seriously while playing awkwardly with her fingertips.

"Well that's a very interesting question…",he replied and took a deep breath before he started his narration. "I was stepping ,while reading a really interesting book, in the corridor of the royal rooms. Suddenly a sound caught my attention. It was coming from my father's room. I approached silently near his door and looked inside of his room. He was asleep but next to him my brother Thorian (he said and nodded to her) was searching for something in his bedside. At least that was what I thought he was doing. He seemed furious and concerned. When I finally saw him getting up of our fathers bed I hid in the corner of a small room opposite of my father's one. Hidden behind it's door I could clearly see my brother walking out of his room, looking right and left for any human trace and then leaving almost rushing the room. I was confused and I was willing to find out what my brother was hiding. I entered the room and approached towards the bedside. On the top of it , there was a letter. It was only a piece of paper. It wasn't even into an envelope. I took it in my hands and looked my father who was snoring. I thought that I should better read it than my father. I hide it on my chest and run to my room. I ordered to the servants no one to disturb me. I lied on my bed reading that strange piece of paper for almost 2 hours. I was reading it over and over again. I couldn't get it .You and him. Never. I thought he was lying. I never gave it to my father and for a strange reason Thorian never asked him about it. But when I came here and told you that I know everything about you and my brother and you had this look of a scared, "caught" little girl and realized that he was telling the truth…bad truth for me…",Eric finished his narration and looked straight into the eyes Elsa.

Elsa for his big surprise was crying. Her eyes wet and red were staring him doleful and pained. He realized that she was more in pain than him. It was like all the memories were coming back .

"But that's the past don't you think?", he asked and smiled her with love.

"Perhaps ",she replied and wiped the tears on her cheeks.

"Definitely", Eric replied and approached her. He had fallen in love with her, he thought and touched her icy hands. "Now what about a walk at the snow?", he asked while trying to look her in the eyes, but Elsa was avoiding his glance. "Elsa…?",he asked and looked her worried. Elsa was unwilling to rise her look from the ground. Then Eric decided to cheer her thinned his voice and started singing while dancing to the rhythm "Do you want to build a snowman? Common let's go and play…"! Elsa couldn't help it but laugh. She couldn't stop laughing and she felt so much better than before. "Where did you hear that?", Elsa asked while trying to hold her laugh. "Anna sang it to me half an hour before I came here.. it's a pretty song!", he replied and looked her smiling. "Well now what do you think about a walk on the snow?", he asked once more while staring Elsa warmly. "Gladly", she responded smiling as she was getting up from her seat, giving her hand to Eric.

They walked on the soft, thick snow which was covering the front yard of Elsa's castle. The gates were open and lots of people were strolling around with their families or by themselves. Elsa had worn her crown and no coat. Eric next to her had worn his woolen coat ,his gloves and in rush he putted his own crown. They stepped playfully and remained silent until Elsa "broke the ice".

"Well do you think is time for that precious secret I had promised you?",Elsa asked and looked him vigorously.

Eric stared her bemused for a sec. Under the light of the sun, into the frozen air Elsa was more beautiful than ever. A few snowflakes had fallen on her glittering silver blond hair. Her white skin was shining and her big blue eyes were glowing. Elsa laughed. "Wow what are you staring at?", she asked and stopped stepping looking at him tangled. Eric smiled and nodded her to keep moving. "Nothing", he finally replied. Elsa had decided to tell him everything. She was not even 1% sure if she was doing the right thing but her heart was telling her to do it. Anyway he deserved a shot. Elsa was ready to make the big step. They sat on a bench near a fir. Elsa started narrating her story. At first she told him about her powers. Eric wouldn't believe it if Elsa hadn't created in front of him a small snowflake. Even though, he told him, that was nothing in front what she really could do. Eric laughed and waited impatiently the rest of the story. After that, Elsa explained him the incident with Anna. "What did you afraid of? They wouldn't eat you!", Eric said loud and looked her indignant. Elsa laughed and told him that finally everything went well. Eric signed and smiled. The time passed so quickly and until the late afternoon they had talked about their whole lives.

The days passed, a week passed and then two and finally three. Elsa and Eric were meeting every single day at the same district and were talking about their day. They had created a strong friendship that was leading to something else , much more stronger. Eric was feeling that kind of love from the beginning of their very first meeting but Elsa…Elsa was flattered by his attitude and personality. "He was like Anna", she mulled over. He was giving joy and happiness in her life. He was a congenial, trustworthy and responsible King. Elsa believed that she was falling for him but not entirely. It was like a part of her was covered with his presence but her rest self was able to exist without him. She was obviously confused.

It was the last day of Eric's visit. The next morning they would sail with destination Feroe Islands. Elsa was feeling a bit sorry but at the same time she was feeling like a weight was leaving off her. She signed and twisted the doorknob of her door. Outside of her room, servants of her own and a couple of Eric's staff were stepping lengthwise the corridor. A servant of Eric's staff , looked her shy and kept her way towards the dining room." Today is a really pretentious day", she thought and walked out of her room , leading to her office. The cold was intense. The glass on the windows was blurred and in every slot you could detect a sign of snow. Thankfully at the port the sea was calm although the waters were frozen to death. Elsa stopped first at the kitchen. She smiled and said good morning to all the servants ,who were there. She then approached her friend Helma and smiled her full of meaning.

"Don't say! Let me guess! You desire a hot cup of fresh-made chocolate with 6 cubes of sugar on it. Am I correct?",Helma raised her hand while laughing. Elsa laughed and nodded positive.

"I knew it!", Helma responded cheerfully. "It will be delivered to your office in 10 minutes Your Majesty", she finally said and kept her work with the royal breakfast of the other royal members of the Palace.

Elsa walked towards her office. The corridor in which she was walking was decorated with ribbons in all shades of blue and white. In one corner there was a small statue. In the top of it there was a bowl with golden apples. "Who put that here?", she thought and looked the bad-shaped statue with disapproval. Anna was gamboling around the hall. Elsa stared her and sighed. Anna heard her breath and stopped.

"Good morning Elsa!", Anna said cheerfully but still with a hesitating sign in her voice.

"Good morning Anna", Elsa replied normally , turning to her sister.

"Well how you're doing?", Anna asked while playing awkwardly with her braids. She was trying to smile naturally but the situation was pretty confused for her to behave normally and with relaxation.

"I'm pretty fine, I guess. "Elsa replied and smiled. There was no reason to be upset with Anna anymore. Anyway she was the big sister and she was the one who had to make the first step, after their disagreement that day in Anna's room. "Well how's your baby?", Elsa whispered carefully enough not to be heard around.

Anna smiled and her eyes glowed with happiness. "The "healer" said that I'm 3 months pregnant now. My pregnancy goes well but I do vomit a lot. That happens he said..but it won't help me a lot.", Anna replied and caressed her belly that was starting to show up under her green dress.

"What about your pregnancy Elsa?", Anna replied a bit more loud.

Elsa nodded her to lower her voice. Anna goggled her eyes and smiled while looking around. Hopefully they were alone in that area of the palace.

"Well I visited the healer 5 days ago. Sort of. And I'm the same months as you are. But he clarified to me that my pregnancy is great. I vomit really rare and I don't get dizzy at all. And my belly is just fine.", Elsa replied and bite her lips.

Anna laughed and jumped from excitement .Elsa stared her confused and smiled.

"How's it going with Eric?, Anna asked and stared Elsa with meaning.

"Anna! We're just friends.", Elsa replied seriously and crossed her arms.

"Sure?", Anna insisted and held Elsa's arms.

Elsa goggled her eyes and stayed bemused looking into Anna's eyes. She was speechless. Suddenly her eyes got wet and Anna let her hands go.

"Elsa sweetheart, what happened?", Anna asked. Elsa was feeling trapped.

"Anna I don't know..", she replied silently and stepped away.

"Elsa ..please.", Anna said loud enough that Elsa turned her look back at her sister.

"No Anna..", Elsa replied and walked away. "Not until I'm pretty sure about my feelings", she whispered and disappeared at the edge of the corridor. When she finally entered her office there was a letter on the top of the fireplace. Elsa approached and opened with slow moves this mysterious letter.

My Queen,

I'll be waiting for you under the fir, that tall green fir near that bench we've been sitting and talking every single day for the past 3 weeks. I have something last to tell you. Please don't disobey this letter, don't disobey me.

Eric.

Elsa smiled and folded the letter into her hands. She signed with happiness. She wore her woolen white coat and walked out of her office. Within minutes she was walking in the place that Eric was talking about. Near the bench under the fir, Eric was waiting he heard the steps he turned his face and smiled her with love. Elsa felt so strange. It was like she was walking on clouds in the blue sky. So soft , so free.

"As you can see I'm here", Elsa said and smiled happily while staring Eric.

Eric laughed and nodded. "Crystal clear", he replied and approached her. They sat on the bench close enough to feel each other breathings. Suddenly Eric turned his face towards Elsa. He held her hands. Elsa felt gooseflesh in her whole body. She stared him in the eyes. The air was cold but the day was shiny. It was a day of spring, into the heart of January.

"Elsa there's something I have to tell you.",Eric said coldly. His expressions were displaying stress and anguish.

Elsa nodded positively. She was feeling something bad would happen. The shiny sky had disappeared and in his place white clouds had gathered. Snow would come.

"It's difficult for me…but I have to do it", he said and raised his look. Elsa hold her breath. The moment was pretty intense.

"Elsa will you marry me?", Eric asked with one breath. His eyes were terrified. He was feeling terrible.

Elsa goggled her eyes. She jumped off the bench and looked him socked. "No…", she replied almost whispering, with her voice clear.

Eric stood off where he was seating. He remained speechless. Elsa couldn't get his silence. She raised her look up to the sky. The first snowflakes bumped on her nose.

"Why not Elsa?", she heard and felt out of her depth. She looked him pensive.

"It doesn't matter.", she replied coldly.

Eric laughed nervously. "It matters to me", he said and closed his eyes.

Elsa stared her hands. They were white as snow. Suddenly her hand got covered by Eric's one. She raised her look and met his one.

"Elsa please…whatever is it, we will solve it together", Eric made a last effort.

Elsa closed with fury her eyes. She was feeling furious. "I'm pregnant", she replied and stared him angrily.

The sky was dark and the snow was getting more and more as the time was passing.

And nothing would remain the same.
