I drink my cup if coffee in the kitchen when I wait on Ana. I pull at my tie god I hate these things. I just finished rinsing my cup out when I see her out of the corner of my eye. I smile I swear she gets bigger by the day. She looks beautiful as always. Today she has on a long sleeved blue and white print dress that really shows of her baby bump. I take her hand a kiss her lips.

"It will be ok." I try to reassure her." She nods in acceptance.

CPOV

I put on the suit that my lawyer dropped off. I slept like shit last night I can't wait to be out of here. I am escorted to a holding area where my lawyer is.

"Mr. Grey this should go to the jury by this afternoon and hopefully by tomorrow you are back home where you belong."

"Good."

I am escorted to the courtroom. I sit and look around and then see her. She has gotten much bigger since the last time I seen her.

"All rise the Honourable Judge Richard Adert presiding. " the fat ass sits down

"Please be seated."

The next hour we listened to her tell them I attacked her at their business. That I tried rape her. Tried to kill the unborn bastard. Blah blah blah. When I get out of this shit she will be mine. I have played nice for to long. She will come to accept that she is mine and always will be.

Oh great now I have to listen to the great Jason Taylor. How he found me attacking his wife. How he stopped it before it could happen. How about you tell them about the gun you planted on me mother fucker. I have never been able to prove it but I know he was behind all that shit in the papers. He tells them that she is pregnant and was at the time of the assault. Whatever douche you don't deserve her. She is destined to be under me every night screaming my name as I fuck her pussy raw.

Finally the cop who was first at the scene tells them he found me with the gun in my waist band of my jeans. Apparently it was fully loaded with one in the chamber. I guess when they did prints on it mine were the only one's that were found. Fuck my life this is not good. Isn't it bad enough that a few weeks ago I found out that they filed a civil case against me wanting twenty million for emotional and other damages.

At one in the afternoon the case is handed to the jury now we get to wait for their decision.

JURY FOREMAN POV

I sat there listening to everything that was said. I sat in the chair looking at how small she was. How in the world could a grown man attack someone that helpless especially being pregnant?

After we are dismissed to deliberate I lead my other jurors to the jury room and take a seat. Everyone starts immediately.

"Wow he seems like an arrogant prick."

"She so damn small."

"He could have killed or her baby."

"He thinks he is untouchable because he is rich."

"He kept smiling when he looked at her it was way creepy."

"He didn't even try to defend himself. If that was me I would be talking to try to save my ass."

This went on for at least another hour. That is when we decide to vote.

I read the ballots

Attempted rape: Guilty

Stalking: Guilty

Unregistered Weapon: Guilty

Assault with a deadly weapon : Guilty

2 counts of terroristic threats: Guilty

Unlawful Imprisonment: Guilty

I push the button on the wall to let the court know we made a decision.

A few minutes later he enters.

"We have unanimous vote." He nods and tell us he will let the judge know.

CPOV

I was escorted to the room from before to wait with my lawyer.

A fucking lifetime ever the phone rings and the moron answers. I watch him nod a lot and he hangs up.

"They have a decision."

JPOV

We grabbed a bite to eat and just finish when I get a text from the prosecutor alerting of a decision. I pay quickly and head back to the courthouse.

CPOV

"Am I correct that you have a decision?" The judge asks the foreman of the jury. He stands.

"We have your honor." He hands the papers to the court assistant he hands them to the judge."

"The defendant will please rise." I stand along with my lawyer.

"Mr. Grey on the count of Attempted Rape ...Guilty. On the count of unlawful imprisonment...Guilty. On the county of possession of a unregistered weapon...Guilty. On the two counts of terroristic threats... Guilty. And finally on the count of stalking... Guilty. Since the charges involved I see no reason to delay sentencing. It is by the authority of this court that you will be remanded to the custody of the California Department of Correction for a period of 56 years with no chance of parole for 15 years." He bangs the gavel.

"No no no." I scream I'm grabbed before I could move and placed in handcuffs and removed from the courtroom.

I can't believe this my life is over. I'm so fucked.

JPOV

Later that night after Ana is in bed I look at my text messages.

I heard the results congratulations

I put my phone down and kiss my wife's head.

Thanks to Lee's dad and his shitty defense that motherfucker is out if our lives and awah from my wife and daughter. No, it may not have been the most ethical thing to do. But I don't care about being ethical he was a threat to my family and I did what I had to to eliminate that threat.
