Jack was sitting at the end of his bed looking at the Dossiers that The Illusive Man provided him.
Dossier #1
Kai Leng (Subject 002)
Expert in sword mastery, infiltration, assassination, CQB, etc.
Implanted with prototype sensory equipment, well acquainted with Jack Shepard.
Kai Leng, the second one to be released from Project Renegades facilities birthing tank. Fighting alongside Jack Shepard in the First Contact War in 2157 the sheer destruction the two caused, along with the entire Hell Dog Platoon, for the Turian Hierarchy, was immense. After Kai Leng was 'K.I.A.' by now deceased Spectre Saren. Leng underwent massive reconstruction as well as an experimental sensory implant to learn from mistakes on the field. Leng is prepared for the mission at hand, and is willing to prove himself by helping Jack take down the Collectors.

Tali'Zorah vas Neema nar Rayya (The Quarian)
-Expert in combat tech, systems hacking
-Strong engineering background, familiar with Normandy
Formerly listed as Tali'Zorah nar Rayya, the quarian engineer earned her adult name after helping Jack Shepard defeat Saren two years ago. Jack and Tali's relationship did not go unnoticed after a quick report from Subject 002, and an interview from Operative Zonya Tar Lonax (aka Zoey). Due to past relationship with Tali'Zorah, the 'relationship will be observed' no further action is to be taken against the two. Tali has been successfully 'retrieved' by Commander Shepard and is now aboard the Normandy ready to take the fight against the Collectors. Though the retrieval of Tali'Zorah did not go unnoticed by the Quarian Admiralty board, due to our Cerberus Operatives from the Quarian Cell division, we now know the Admiralty board has decided not to take any action against Shepard, in no small part from Admiral Rael'Zorah. Human-Quarian Relations seemed to be unfazed at the moment from the news.

Dossier #3 The Master Thief
-Master of stealth and infiltration
-Skilled hacker and information specialist
-Operates completely off the grid `-`-`-`- please note this is very dangerous by Cerberus standards and is operated rarely, keep close contact with the recruit.
-No criminal record`-`-`-`-`-`- Though she may have altered several systems records.
Kasumi Goto is not the most famous thief in the galaxy—she's the best. Trained in the arts of stealth and infiltration, she has "acquired" artifacts and information from all over the galaxy and yet maintains a completely clean criminal record. Other intel states she was born on Shanxi, and lost her parents in the invasion of Shanxi, she was recovered by Alliance Black Op ARC division. Kasumi Goto was put through the most prestigious schools in Systems Alliance space, sometime around through her college years, she entered a relationship with Cerberus Operative Keiji Okuda, the two went off grid for a number of years. Operative Keiji Okuda, is presumed K.I.A. Kasumi Goto is awaiting rendezvous with Shepard on the Citadel, in Zakera Ward… `-`-`-`-` Warning: Due to Systems Alliance exodus from Citadel Space, Human presence on the station is minimum at best.

Dossier #4 The Mercenary
Shepard:
We've reached an agreement with veteran mercenary Zaeed Massani. You may know the name; Zaeed has been involved in some of the best known (and some utterly unknown) military operations in the Terminus Systems, and is feared as a ruthless and relentless bounty hunter. I felt you might need a man with his skills on your mission, so I arranged to have him join you.
You will find him on Omega, where he's wrapping up his current bounty. Don't worry about his fee; I've taken care of that personally.
Military History: First Contact War: Shanxi, Manae, Skillian Blitz/ Elysium, Torfan, Prior before the Rise of Cerberus, rumors suggest Zaeed was involved with the Blue Suns.

Dossier #5 The Huntress.
-Biotic strength surpasses any known Asari adept- Further note: Zoey volunteered herself for a prototype biotic enhancer to improve her biotics, the operation was a success and no negative effects have taken place.
-Extensive Weapon training, Expert in Sharpshooting, explosives, and infiltration.
Zonya Tar Lonax an Asari huntress is one of the most valuable operatives in Cerberus Infiltration Cell Division. Due to her history in the First Contact War and her involvement after the operations on attacking Shanxi, Zoey has fought the Hierarchy in every turn during the First Contact War, though psychological status shows she's still suffering from the death she caused towards the innocents of Shanxi. Zoey believes in working with Cerberus can atone for her sins; Cerberus is extremely grateful for Zoey's operation in both Citadel Space and the Terminus system. Zoey is familiar with the Normandy and with Commander Jack Shepard, though other Intel suggests that she is interested in Commander Shepard as a potential suitor, if true Cerberus will keep close tabs on this.
Dossier #6 The Convict
'Subject Zero' (First and Last name unknown)
-Exceptional Biotic ability
-Note: Criminal background, currently in custody.
Subject Zero is rumored to be the most powerful human biotic ever encountered. Very little additional data regarding Subject Zero is available, except that the subject has a history of violence and should be approached carefully. Currently, Subject Zero is being held on the turian prison ship Purgatory. Cerberus has negotiated for the prisoner's release.
Dossier # 7 Archangel
Archangel
- Small-unit tactical expertise
- Omni-tool expert and noted sniper
Archangel is a mercenary commander whose operations are noted for their technical expertise and strategic brilliance. He is responsible for high-profile attacks on gang leaders on Omega and can likely be found there.
Dossier # 8 The Professor
Dr. Mordin Solus
- Biological weapons expert
- Light weapons training with Salarian Special Tasks Group
Dr. Mordin Solus is a salarian biological weapons expert whose technology may hold the key to countering Collector attacks. He is currently operating a medical clinic in the slums of Omega.
Dossier # 9 The Warlord
Dr. Okeer
- Millennia of combat and strategic experience
- Rumored familiarity with Collector technology
A brilliant and brutal krogan warlord who fought in the Krogan Rebellions, Dr. Okeer has become obsessed with saving the krogan people from the genophage and is believed to have contacted the Collectors in an attempt to gain technology to that end. He is currently in a Blue Suns camp on Korlus, though the nature of his relationship with the mercenary group is unknown.
Dossier # 10 The Assassin
Thane Krios
-Quick-kill biotic specialist
-Expert sniper
Thane Krios is a drell trained from childhood as an elite assassin, proficient in both long-range sniping kills and close infiltration. He has slowed his activities in recent years but is rumored to have a target on Illium.
Dossier # 11 The Justicar
Justicar Samara
-Biotics strength near that of an asari matriarch
-Extensive weapons training
Samara is a justicar, a rare member of an asari monastic group trained in enhanced combat biotics alongside standard weapons. Samara was recently sighted on Illium, outside of normal asari space.
Dossier # 12: Ghost
Code name Ghost, Bethora is an Ex-Military Turian Cabal, proficient in infiltration, assassination, biotics, and stealth. Bethora has been contacted and is awaiting Commander Jack Shepard's arrival.
Jack set down the data pad on the desk, since their destination was the Citadel, he might as get the recruits on the Citadel.
