Hey there everybody! I'm starting the next chapter... so... ... here I go.

The sewers were dark, wet, and miserable; the place is flooded. Well, half-flooded. Cole has to stay on a platform to avoid the water. It was so dark, chris couldn't see a thing, but. Cole was able to use his powers to make himself as a sort of artificial light, making him able to see the sewer tunnels.

Cole: Okay Moya, I tracked the echo into the sewers.

Moya: The Reapers must need Brandon's help with shutting down the underground linear transformer. Find the transformer and figure outa way to get it back online. If they killed the circuit, you'll have to re-establish it.

Cole: Got it.

A few minutes worth of walking down the sewer tunnel Cole came across a closed gateway. He looked around for some sort of switch when.

?: Help... someone help me!

Cole looked around for the sourde of the voice. He then saw some guy pinned down by a bunch of garbage and rubble.

Cole: (Approaching the man) Hey, let me give you a hand... okay? (Cole then proceeded to lift up most of the rubble, allowing the man to at least crawl out of the confined space. After he was now standing up, Cole spoke to him again) Are you alright?

Civilian: Yeah, yeah I'm okay. Hang on a sec (The man walks up to the closed gate) Hey Charlie! It's okay, this guys alright! Open the gate.

The Gate then immediately opens allowing Cole to walk through.

Cole: Thanks man.

Civilian: Any time.

Cole walks over to the other end of the gateway and he speaks to the person again.

Cole: What happened there anyway? How do you- ?

Civilian: It was the Reapers man; they've been running around the sewers with some electrician killing everyone they see. You've got to stop them!

Cole: I'll do my best.

Cole then proceeded further down the sewer tunnel coming across more civilians, possibly those who took refuge after the Blast. They looked as if the Reapers missed them entirely. Cole then proceeded to call Moya.

Cole: I fixed the transformer, now what?

Moya: Restart the distribution substation by charging up the voltage regulator mounted to its front. That should be enough to get the power back on.

Cole: Man... it must suck having to live down here. (End Call)

Cole further went down along the path and found a group of peole living together in a separate part of the sewers.

Further down the tunnel Cole went still. Then he received another call, this time from Zeke.

Zeke: Hey man, you there?

Cole: Yeah.

Zeke: Trish just stopped by and grabbed some of her stuff, she barely even talked to me but then when I brought you up, whew, she damn near blew a gasket.

Cole: She thinks I killd her sister.

Zeke: Man, ain't your fault that package was a bomb - hell, you're lucky to be alive. She needs to see things for what they are.

Cole: Yeah, well I'm not holding my breath. I'll see you later. (Call End)

But just a few split seconds after he hung up, he received another call from Moya.

Moya: Cole, are you having any problems finding your way down there?

Cole: Nah, I got into urban exploration around four years ago, crawled all over this city, so I know these sewers like the back of my hand. (End Call) [I wish you could just calling me so goddamn much.]

Afterwards, Cole finally made it to the gate that led to the voltage regulator. Unfortunately, there was a man behind that gate who was blocking it. Cole immediatley recognized that man; it was Brandon Carter. He was alive and well. It was the person Cole was sent there to find.

Brandon: What are you - ? Did they see you?

Cole: I need to turn on the substation.

Brandon: Are you out of your damn mind, the Reapers will kill my wife! No one is getting in here!

Cole: I have no time for this. Open the door now.

Brandon: Screw that! I've jammed this thing up tight. No one is getting in or out until she's safe!

Cole: [*sigh* I can't believe I'm about to do this...] ... Lynnae is dead. They shot her.

Brandon: How do you know her name?

Cole: I know this is hard... I saw her body. There was nothing anyone could do.

Brandon: (upon hearing this, brandon started to cry a little) I knew I shouldn't have trusted- ! I'm so sorry Lynnae... (He then, in his sorrowful state, Brandon then proceeds to unjam the lock, opening it instantaneously.) Listen to me - I've seen what you can do. You have to kill them - all of them. Promise me.

Cole: I'll do what I can.

A few seconds later, Cole was standing directly in front of the substation. Knowing what he had to do next, Cole then began to send an electric surge throught the entire substation. Then he saw the main power light change from red to green. This was the tell-tale sign that the electricity has been restored to the Neon District. Cole then proceeded to leave the sewers and head back to Archer Square to meet up with the Kratts.

Meanwhile While the power was still out...

Martin: Whoa... (The Brother's Kratt were about to contact Moya when all of a sudden the power went out throughout the Neon) What happened?

Chris: Looks like a city-wide power out... I hope Cole is fairing well with all of this. (Chris then proceeded to contact Moya.) Moya, we're at the rendezvous point. Now what?

Moya: I'm picking up some weird interference from a rooftop not far from your positions. I need you to find out it's origin and purpose.

Chris: Hang on... what's with the power out?

Moya: It's nothing... Cole is currently dealing with the problem as we speak. For now, just worry about the signal.

Martin: Alright, so what should we loook for?

Moya: Not really sure, pobably a transmitter of some kind. Call me when you get over there. (End Call)

Chris and Martin started to make their way to the rooptop where the signal was coming from. When they got there, they found this satellite dish, making a really wierd noise.

Chris: (Calling Moya) Alright I found something. It looks like a portable audio drive is attatched to this satellite dish.

Moya: See if you can listen to it with your phone.

Chris: (Chris immediately took the hard drive and plugged it to his phone... unfortunately, no actuall audio came out, just an unusuall series of sound that seems to be like sme sort of programming...) I can't make out what these sounds mean.

Moya: It's seems to be an encrypted message, but I can't break it. Why dont you two look around and see if you can find more of them. Maybe with at least three, we can decode them. (End Call)

The Kratts split up at this point, each finding another one of these satellite dishes. Eventually they each found one. They then proceeded to the original rendezvous point to see if Moya can decode the messages.

Chris: (Calling Moya) Okay, that's all three audio files.

Moya: Give me a second... alright, that should do it. I'm uploading a decrypting algorythm into your phones, I'm also working on another copy of the program for Cole's phone as well. It should let you listen to the messages.

Martin: Okay, we'll try it out. (Martin then takes his phone and selects one of the recordings. He then plays out the random recording that he picked... ... It wans't all that pleasant to hear.)

Dead Drop: John: "I couldn't stop Kessler from detonating the Ray Sphere. Damn thing took out five or six square blocks, killed God knows how many.

Found the Ray Sphere in the blast crater, next to some kids. I dunno if any of them were still alive, I didn't have time to check. I'm going to get V and try and hold up somewhere. If anyone is even listening to these things, We need immediate extraction. Please. You need to get us out of here before Kessler finds us!"

Chris: Whoa...

Martin: (To Moya, who was still on the line) What was... ?

Moya: I don't believe it - that's must have used dead drops to communicate with his handlers.

Chris: Wait, so this is how John contacts his superiors? Kinda... odd isn't it?

Moya: A bit, but it seemed to work for him. Anyway, there are bound to be more of these things scattered throughtout the city. I want to guys, along with Cole, to find as many of these Dead Drops as you can. They may even be able to tell us where John took the Ray Sphare.

Martin: Alright. (End Call)

At that moment, the power suddenly went back up. The Kratts knew for a fact that this means Cole probably finished his job. The two decided to head back to Archer Square and wait for more instructions.

Okay, that should be enough for now, don't 'ya think? Anyway, I'll be back soon. Until then, Peace!
