Yuzu's Death

Chapter 10

Sayuri Lapis: Here is chapter 10. 90sboy helped me come up with the idea of Yuya meeting Selena so special thanks to him. I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc V.

TJ sat on the bench and looked at the sky, enjoying the nice breeze. Five years of living here in Maiami City… He thought.

Yuya Sakaki came to his mind, which then made him very angry, causing him to stand up.

"Dude, what's wrong?" A male voice asked. The tomato head looked up and saw a blue haired boy with yellow on the side and blue eyes.

"Sorry Yugo, I was a little angry thinking about something." TJ answered him. "Is it Yuya again?" Yugo asked. "Yep." the tomato head answered. "I'm going to go home and check up on him."

"Can I come with you?" The blue and yellow haired guy asked. "Sure." TJ responded. They both walked to Yoko's house and they walked in. Yoko noticed them right away. "Welcome home boys." She greeted, already knowing Yugo, ever since TJ befriended him shortly after he moved here.

"Mom, I need to check up on Yuya. Can I?" TJ asked.

"I would recommend that you stay away from him right now. He's a little berserk." Yoko said. "Just let me check on him." TJ sighed. "Ok, but don't say I didn't warn you." The blond haired woman said and went back to her chores.

TJ and Yugo walked up to Yuya's door and knocked on it. They both heard a growl in reply. "Yuya, it's me, TJ. I just want to check up on you." He said.

There was no response. "Are you really going to go in?" Yugo asked. "Yeah." TJ replied. He opened the door and both of them walked in, a foul smell coming to their noses.

"Uugghh…" Yugo pinched his nose in disgust. "It smells like a mix of body odor and beer."

"Yuya…" TJ murmured and patted his twin brother's back. He could hear small sobs. "What's wrong?"

Yuya sat up and TJ saw a picture of Yuzu Hiragi on the bed. It looked wet. "I'm sorry Yuya, but Yuzu died 5 years ago, you need to get over it." TJ said, trying to comfort him.

"No…I…won't!" Yuya screamed, tackling his twin brother. "Ok ok…I won't say anything else, but you need to go take a shower…I can't stand the smell of beer in here." TJ gasped.

"Mom gave me a shower earlier." Yuya hissed. "Just let go of me." TJ gasped once again.

Yuya stood there, frozen until Yugo picked him up and placed him on the bed. "Thanks Yugo." TJ said. "It was no problem." Yugo murmured.

Both boys walked out and Yugo closed the door behind him. They went downstairs and TJ saw the clock. "I have to go pick up Hana right now." He said. "Yeah, I have to go somewhere too anyway." Yugo said too.

TJ ran out of the house and went to Maiami Elementary School and saw Hana walking out of the building. "Uncle TJ!" Hana exclaimed as she saw him. TJ smiled.

The little girl took his hand. "I want to go home and show you something!" She said. "What is it?" TJ asked. "It's a surprise." Hana answered, grinning.

"Ok, show me when I we get home." The tomato head told the little girl. "Ok." Hana replied. They arrived home and sat down in the living room couch.

"I drew a picture of you today in school." Hana said, taking out a picture of TJ she drew. "Thanks Hana." He smiled, taking the picture. "I'll hang it up in my room."

Yoko came out of the kitchen and saw Hana. "How was kindergarten today?" She asked. "It was fun!" Hana answered. "I met a lot of people and I met my teacher."

"I'm glad you had fun today." Yoko smiled. Hana smiled back and hugged her grandmother. "Grandma, can I have a snack?" She asked.

"Sure." Yoko replied. "What would you like?"

"I don't know." Hana replied. "How about an apple?" The blond haired woman suggested gently. Hana nodded. Yoko washed an apple for her and gave it to the little girl.

"Thanks Grandma." Hana said. Yoko smiled and walked out of the kitchen. "Where are you going?" Hana asked. "I'm just in the living room." Yoko replied. The little girl nodded and continued to eat her apple.

Yuya opened the door of his room and walked out. He walked downstairs and saw Hana and his mom together. The green, red, and pink haired girl saw him and looked scared. Yoko looked at her and noticed fear clearly in her face. She then looked up and saw Yuya. "Go back to your room Yuya." Yoko firmly said.

"Can I just go out?" Yuya asked. Yoko shook her head. "No, go back to your room right now this instant!" Yoko yelled. Yuya grumbled and went back and slammed the door behind him. He opened another can and started to drink.

Later, there was a knock at the door. "Who could that be?" Yoko asked herself. She opened the door and saw Sora standing there. "Why hello Sora." She said.

"Hello , hello Hana." Sora said, looking down at the little girl. "I have a little treat for you."

"What is it?" Hana asked. Sora gave her a blue lollipop. "Blueberry is your favorite right?" He asked. The little girl nodded and started licking.

"Where's Yuya?" The blue haired boy asked. "He's up in his room." The blond haired woman answered. Sora nodded and walked upstairs.

Hana looked at Yoko; she was dialing on the phone. This would be the best time to go to the park. She thought.

The green, red, and pink haired girl snuck out of the house and ran to the local park. As soon as she arrived, she sat on the swing and rocked gently. "I wish grandma would let me talk to daddy, even if it just only for a little bit." Hana said. She then started to cry to herself.

"What's wrong?" A calm voice asked. Hana looked up and saw an orange haired man that had a pink streak and his eyes were closed. "I noticed you were upset." He said.

"I am." The periwinkle eyed girl said. "I don't have a mommy and my daddy is crazy. The only person I have in my family is my grandma."

"I understand, but this can make you feel better." He said, handing her a little pastry. "What's this?" Hana asked. "It's a chocolate crepe. One of my best recipes." He said.

The little girl bit out of the pastry and licked the chocolate filling. "It's tasty." She then said and looked up at the man. "Who are you?"

"My name is Michio." He said and looked at the sunset. "Don't you think you should be at home right now?" He asked.

"Yeah, grandma must be pretty worried about me." Hana said. "Let me take you home." Michio said, I know where you live."

"Really?" The green, red, and pink haired girl asked. Michio nodded and picked her up.

Yuya was in his room against his cracked wall, due to punching it so many times. "I want to go…" He sighed. Sora had left a couple of minutes ago, trying to talk some sense into him.

Yuya looked at the window and got an idea. He opened it and jumped out, landing on the ground. His bottom hurt but he didn't get caught.

Score! He thought. Yuya walked into the sidewalks and arrived at Duelist Pub. Now I can drink as much as I want. He thought. He ordered one alcoholic drink and gulped it all up. He looked around and saw one very familiar person. Yuzu? Yuya thought and rubbed his eyes. She had purple hair up in a ponytail and green eyes. There was no doubt, it was her alright. He walked up to her and grabbed her.

"Yuzu!" Yuya cried and kissed her on the lips, his connecting with hers. The girl frowned and pushed Yuya away from him. "I'm not Yuzu you moron! You should really control your drinking you know!" She said.

Yuya rubbed his eyes again and looked at her more closely. It wasn't Yuzu but she looked a awful lot like her. "But you are Yuzu! Your eyes look like her!" He cried.

"My name is Selena, not Yuzu!" The purple haired girl yelled. "Oh." The tomato head murmured, "I thought Yuzu really came back." He sadly walked away. "Who was Yuzu?" Selena asked.
