Games are the norm for our favorite NJBC: Love games, war games, etc. But it's senior year and that just means that the stakes are even higher. Sequel to the Queen and her Dark Knight can Blair, Serena, Chuck, and Nate make it to the end of their high school careers unscathed and together? We'll find out. Chair always, but the rest is up in the air.

10. AN

I suck.

I'm lazy, unmotivated, and too busy and I do not deserve any of you fabulous followers and reviewers. Especially now that I got your hopes all up thinking this is going to be an update for the first time in over a year when it's just one of those author's notes full of lies and excuses! Excuse 1) I was working two jobs back in 2014 and I had only one day off a week and I used that time to spend with my dog and my mom instead of writing Excuse 2) I was also preparing to and actually followed through with moving last year in july to Colorado so again no time to write. 3) The original plan was to start posting this past September, but my new apartment sucks and didn't have internet and I couldn't get internet because the building was under contract :P Stupid fuckers! But it's a new year and I finally have internet, down to one full time job (YAY! It's my first btw) and I have weekends off during training and then Sundays and Mondays off after I'm trained so Yay free time to write.

After I've posted this I plan to get right back into the chapter I've been slowly but surely writing (I have to admit it's my least favorite and I'd love to just skip it and get to all the plans I have in mind for the next couple of chapters but the information's important in regards to future storylines and therefore are unavoidable. Maybe I'll get re-inspired if I start fresh. Keep the basics, re-watch the episode and let my creative freak flag fly?) Either way it's going to be written and you'll get a new post…soon. I don't want to make any promises when I know I'm already struggling with this chapter.

Just wanted you to know that I'm still here and I haven't abandoned this story. In fact I still plan to make this a part of a trilogy with bursts of one shots. So wish me luck! I love you all and I've been reading and smiling at your reviews and seeing so many people finding this story and adding it to their alerts and favorites. It's been brought to my attention that some people didn't know that this story is technically a sequel so feel free to read the first story that was completed called The Queen and her Dark Knight if you want to watch Chair become who they are in this story.
