I'm wondering what will happen when they go back to Forks. How will Edward react when he sees Harry and Jacob as proud parents of a child and see how their family is growing.
AnimeBook's – Thank you for the tips. Yes, the two boys are adorable! The family is growing and I loved how both couples embraced these two kids and decided to do another good deed by taking them into a loving family. No, there was not a lot of conversation, it was more a chapter about observation, Jacob and Paul observing admiring and respecting their mates working for such a noble cause.
GeaMari – Hi G! Yes, these are subjects that are very dear to my heart, it's the slavery of the 21st century and that needs to be fixed. I'm happy the two couples adopted them as well, I felt their family had to grow and evolve, I felt they were ready for that step. They will be featured again, yes. Edward I suspect will flip…lol… Delphine will have a terrible end, but I suspect she'll still do horrible things before she gets caught and is brought to justice.

Minister of Magic – 9:00am. After a few long working days of visiting the action field and working with Neville and setting up an interview with the DAILY PROPHET Caleb, Jacob, Paul and Harry walked into the Ministers office with their children in Paul and Jacob's arms.
"You wanted to see us Minister?" asked Harry.
"Yes." said Shackelbolt.
"Before you return to Forks, I have chosen you and Lord Cromwell to write a new bill." said Shackelbolt.
"For a new law?" asked Paul.
"Yes Mr. Lahote. said Shackelbolt.
"Lord Cromwell brought the idea to me and he and Harry will be in charge of writing it." said Shackelbolt. "It must be brought back to the Ministry on the second week of December, so Wizengamont can study it and vote on it. With luck it'll be passed by the end of December and come to order the first of January."
"We're thinking there should be two laws passed." said Harry.
"Care to explain?" asked Shackelbolt.
"Basically it's a law where all wizards and witches found guilty of physical abuse of any kind towards magical creatures, mainly children, to be immediately incarcerated and sentenced to the maximum degree." said Caleb.
Harry took over. "The second law is to extend legal, medical and economical support for these abused people, most of all children, who are afterall part of the wizarding world and should be treated equally. I'm also adding that these children should be given the right to education, given that they're orphans, the Ministry should cover their education expenses."
"Which is why I'm going to ask you, as Minister, to start talking to the Ministry, given that it has so much money, to create a new Ministry vault at Gringotts with sufficient funds to help these children. I'll talk more about it in my interview with the DAILY PROPHET."
"I'll start working on that immediately." said Shackelbolt.
Jacob turned to Harry. "When is your interview?"
"In an hour." said Harry. "Minister, for the interview, may I request a private conference room here in the Ministry?"
"Certainly Harry." said Shackelbolt. He sent a patronus, five minutes later another patronus flew in. "Dean Thomas has taken care of it. You're to meet him in his office and he'll escort you there."
"Who is the interviewer?" asked Paul.
Shackelbolt checked his notes. "Jane Wood."
"Oliver's mom?" asked Harry.
"Yes." said Shackelbolt. "She can be trusted."
"Good." said Harry. "The last thing I needs is another Rita Skeeter."
MINISTRY OF MAGIC – 9:45am. Harry led the foursome down to the Ministry Reception Hall where they met Dean. "Jacob, Paul, this is my friend Dean Thomas."
They werewolves shook hands. "Dean, this is Paul Lahote and… Jacob."
"Ooooh?!" said Dean. "So you're the hot boy Harry told me about?" He smiled. Jacob grinned. "He talked about me?"
"Oh yes." said Dean.
Caleb walked over. "Dean… Can we skip the pleasantries for later. We have business to tend to."
Dean smiled. "Hi Caleb."
Caleb sighed and smiled. "Hi Dean. I'm sorry for snapping at you."
"No you're right." Said Dean. "Follow me."
Jacob and Harry followed close behind. He leaned into Harrys ear. "You thought I was hot?"
Harry blushed. "Yes…Have you seen yourself?" Jacob laughed and wrapped him in a quick tight hug.
After walking down three hallways they came to a black door labled: CONF. #45.
"Good luck Harry!" said Dean.
They walked in, the room was huge with a long 20 seat table under three crystal chandeliers. A woman, about 5'9", with brown hair and dark eyes with a professional but trust worthy face walked over to greet them. "Good morning Mr. Potter." She shook his hand, though she knew him from Oliver, but this was business.
"Hello Mrs. Wood." Said Harry. "This is my brother, Lord Caleb Cromwell, my fiancé Jacob and my future brother in law Paul Lahote."
Jane shook her hands. "Nice to meet you." She noticed the two boys.
Harry noticed. "This is our son, Julian Potter Black."
Caleb jumped in. "And this is our son, Caspian Cromwell Lahote."
Jacob and Paul smiled, he liked that Harry included him in his explanation. It wasn't just his son, it was their son. They were a unit, a family.
"They're beautiful Harry." said Jane.
Harry smiled. "Thank you. They were victims of the Deatheater kidnappings and we adopted them."
"Speaking of that." said Jane. "Can we start the interview?"
"Yes." said Harry.
"We'll be over here Harry." said Caleb. He, Jacob, Paul, Julian and Caspian took a seat far down the table, giving harry enough space for this interview. Jacob took Caspian who wanted some time with his Uncle Jacob and Paul and Caleb took Julian who also wanted some time with his Uncles Caleb and Paul. Ezra Gale walked in to join Harry in the interview.
MINISTRY OF MAGIC – Monday, 10:00am. Jane Wood's DAILY PROPHET interview with Harry Potter and Ezra Gale. As she spoke she enchanted a black quill to take down all their words on a notepad.
"Neville Longbottom has posted articles in the THE QUIBBLER concerning the horrible kidnappings involving the Deatheaters." Started Jane.
"Yes." said Harry.
"What have he and you all done up to now to handle this problem?" asked Jane.
Ezra started first. "Well one of the things we are doing is deploying doctors, nurses, concelors, psychologists and psychiatrists to the hospitals, particularly Kentwing Castle which has been turned into a crisis center for these victims. Not only there, but also to the MCMH, which is the Magical Creature Medical Hospital, and St. Mungos Hospital as well."
"Are you doing all of this alone?" asked Jane.
"No." said Ezra. "We're working closely with Academy of International Magical Creatures Association, A. I. M. C. A., and the James Potter Foundation for Magical Creature Patient Care, JPFMCPC, which Lord Cromwell founded. We are working really close with them."
"Are there any of these professionals on the field?" asked Jane.
"Yes." said Ezra. "We have a total of sixty to seventy working out there along side Neville Longbottom. They're professional magical health professionals who are there to help but also to document and gather the medical evidence for the Ministry officials and the corresponding magical authorities."
"Not just medical evidence." said Harry. "But also forensic evidence that will be used at the time of the legal prosecutions in the coming future. This is a practical example of what we can and are doing and what we will do as we send other deployments over the coming weeks."
"Mr. Potter, you're no stranger to war zones." said Jane. "Do you think it's realistic in a war zone in a war situation to deploy a team this way and gather evidence."
"Absolutely." said Harry. "I think it must be done. My brother and I work a lot with refugees, people who are internally displaces, people who have just fled from conflict and you meet the people the moment they are rescued and though they're scared, they immediately start talking, they want to know what happening with their future, they want to put on record what they've suffered and what they've seen and they hope that one day they can be reunited with their loved ones and that there will be accountability and it matters for them emotionally and it matters to them for their own future as well the future of their families on a legal level that they will be able to find some justice and impunity, move forward and finally have their basic rights protected."
"Talking of where this is happening, it really is a kind of cruel coincidence." Said Jane.
"Yes." said Ezra. "The fact that the shadow of Voldemort is still haunting us but the fact that it's going after our children and the children of what some still consider a lesser minority is even worse."
"Do you have the sense that the Ministry hasn't stepped up to the plate given that there are still some who consider magical creatures inferior to us witches and wizards?"
"It's a ver complex situation." Said Harry. "I know how the ministry works and how some people in here think. Which is why before we approached them we reached out to the A. I. M. C. A. and the J. P. F. M. C. P. C. who among the top most respectable institutions here in Britain. We've been talking and reading reports on what's happening and I know that our teams in both institutions are extremely frustrated at the Ministry's minimal action before this whole thing exploded into what it is now."
"So they basically waited until the situation got out of hand to get involved?" asked Jane.
"Yes.' said Harry. "They started acting when my brother was kidnapped. You see that's the problem, when it's unknown, nameless, non famous people, they aren't as quick to act, but when it's a wealthy popular and powerful wizard, they jump to it…I think that's wrong. My brother has just as much rights as the poor kid I met, a centaur, whose parents were dismembered, in front of his eyes I might add, just for sport and experimental purposes."
"There is still a lot of violence." said Ezra. "Which is why we are talking with the Auror Department, urging them to get involved so they can go in, ahead of the magical medical professionals, so they can stop the violence and allow our professionals go in and tend to the victims."
"Mr. Potter, you've lived though a war zone, what did you witness here in this particular zone that inspired you to support this campaign?" asked Jane.
"Personally it started with my brother's abduction and torture. Then when I read that it was a global crisis, that there were others who were living this horror and others who had not lived to see this end. I had to get involved. These criminals are sending us back to the dark ages of persecution and hate, which is what Voldemort stood for which is what his remaining followers stand for and it's unacceptable. It must be stopped. What I want is for the whole community, our community, but not just here in Britain but in Scotland, France, Spain, Germany, Romania and so forth to get involved and for all of us to unite. Because I feel that if we're all one solid unified unit, they won't succeed." Jacob was in awe of Harry. He was so passionate, eloquent and just amaaazing. He was so proud of him. "And I say this to all the countries of Europe, we have victims here from Germany, Spain, Italy as well as Austria and Norway…They are not just attacking our british kin but they are in your countries kidnapping your citizens from under your nose." He turned to Jane. "Now back to England, I'm focused now on the law, if this happened to me as it happened to my brother. We as wizards have the law on our side to defend and protect us, but these are magical creatures who don't' have that. Their rights are sometimes not recognized since again some consider them second or third class citizens. My goal is for that to change. It's really a shame, and it's like 'how dare we NOT do something?' to help. "
"How so?" asked Jane.
"We're writing two bill which we hope to bring forth to the Ministry next month." explained Harry. "Can you elaborate on that?" asked Jane.
"It's something we are talking about now with the Minister, so I can't really say. But as soon as I can, I'll give you another exclusive so the public knows. It's really important to me that the public knows everything that's going on, their support is crucial."
"How can people get involved?" asked Jane.
"You can go visit or owl the A. I. M. C. A. and the J. P. F. M. C. P. C. to ask them specifically how to get involved, to give donations for the cause. Both the A. I. M. C. A. and the J. P. F. M. C. P. C. are open twenty four hours seven days a week. All your money will go right into our fund and it'll help support not just the doctors, aurors but also the children. This is also open, not just for individuals but also for local businesses, and firms and companies. Should they want to get involved they are more that welcome to.
"Well, we look forward to hearing, reading and learning more of this." said Jane. "Thank you so much Mr. Potter and Miss. Gale for your time."
"Thank you Jane for yours." said Harry.
The next day, Harry bought the DAILY PROPHET, true to her word, Jane Wood had printed the interview perfectly. There was no sign of Rita's venomous twist of facts. He sent several DAILY PROPHETS by patronus delivery to the reservation in Forks. That night Jacob was reading it on the bed in their hotel room in Diagon Alley. "You're amazing you know that Harry." He leaned in and kissed Harry on the lips.
"I'm just doing what I feel to be right." said Harry. "I'm protecting our future and the future of our kids. Julian and Caspian are living proof of this horror and I don't want parents in the future to fear that happening to their kids."
"and I love you for it." said Jacob.
There was a moment of silence. Harry was looking at Julian, sleeping in his arms. "Do you think they'll like him?"
"Who babe?' asked Jacob.
"The pack, your dad…" said Harry. "Do you think they'll like and accept Julian, not just him but Caspian as well?"
"They're our children Harry. They're automatically pack." said Jacob.
Harry sighed. "I hope so." After a small yawn. He fell asleep.
Jacob folded the news paper and turned to look at his fiancé, Harry was so beautiful asleep with Julian in his arms, and he was his. All his. He kissed his raven hair wizard on the lips and his son Julian on the forehead. "Sleep well my loves." before turning off the lights and wrapping his arms around Harry.
