Once again in my garage minding my own business when Ben jumped on me screaming.
"Happy Birthday Kevin Ethan Levin."
I threw him off me and sat up to see his cousin.
She walked slowly with a cake with seventeen candles.
"Happy Birthday Kevin."
"Make a wish and blow out your candles."
"You sure you want me to make a wish."
I wiggled my eyebrow suggestively.
"Blow or have a face full of cake."
She smiled at me sweetly.
They were now my new family.
And I was glad.
