Ash's Precious Little Girl - CH XXII: You Are Here With Us Now!
A/N: Sorry for the delay. Did not mean to. Many things happened. However, I am back now and ready to type stories. Sorry to bring this up, but I decided to lower Ash's Precious Little Girl to forty chapters. I just want to finish this story, so I can start writing one of the future projects and The Ones and The Chaos Ones soon. Oh, by the way, Alex will not be in this chapter or in the remaining chapters, he has important matters to attend to, so he will not be sticking around with the group. Sorry SetoshiArenhariKai. There will be one more OC in this story, but that is it. I do not want to be slow down by too OCS in the story or else I will lose interest. Anyways, please sit back and enjoy!
Ash's Precious Little Girl - CH XXII: ^~^ You Are Here With Us Now! ^~^
(Ash's hotel room)
It was bizarre turn of events. No one had a single clue what just happened an hour ago. In order to find the underlying cause of this strange phenomenal, the group, excluding Alex headed back to Ash's room to get some answers from these strange turn of events. Once the gang arrived back to the hotel, everyone settled in. The teenage version of Homura sat on the comfortable bed with her Eevee sitting on her lap, glancing up at his trainer. Ash sat right next to his sudden grown up daughter while Dawn took a chair and sat close to Homura's side.
As for Brock, let's just say that the poor breeder wanted to stay far and clear away from Homura. His earlier encounter with the blonde woman did not go too well. Like a flirter as he is, he tried to hit on the newly Homura. The result to that did not look too pretty. No one expected things to go out of hand. The moment Brock tried to make a move on the young blonde woman, her woman instincts took over. From there all hell broke loose. Homura gave her uncle the pounding of his life. It took everyone, excluding the broken down breeder to calm down the crazy blonde woman from pounding on Brock any further.
After the situation cool down, the teen Homura apologized to her uncle twenty times that she did not mean to beat him to a pulp. Brock took the hint to accept Homura's apology and tell her that it was not her fault, it was his. Ash and Dawn could not agree any more with their fallen friend. It was not Homura's fault at all; it was Brock's old habit.
One thing was for sure and that was Brock learn his lesson to not hit on Homura no matter how beautiful she is. Good call on his end.
The room was very quiet. No one spoke a word after Homura showed her true self. It was shocking experience to everyone, excluding Homura to witness this strange event. How is this possible? How can someone change his or her appearance from a little girl to a sexy teen? It makes no sense. Maybe Homura can give some answers to this whole ordeal. If she was ready to talk that is.
"…"
"…"
"…"
Again with the awkward silence. No one spoke a word. Ash, Dawn, and Brock were all staring at Homura, who was avoiding any eye contact from her group by glancing down at her Eevee. After a couple of minutes of no one speaking up, Ash decided to break the awkward silence.
"Homura…" The young trainer spoke in a calm and smoothly voice, which caught his daughter's attention as she looks up from her Pokemon and moves her focus onto her daddy. "W-What's going on here? How are you a…"
"Teenager?" The young woman butted in and finished her adopted father's sentence. The group nodded. Homura sighed. "It's because this is my original form."
"Your original form?" Ash, Dawn, and Brock said simultaneously. Homura nodded.
"But how? You were a little girl when we first met you. How can this be your original form?" The young coordinator made a good point. The blonde teenager sighed again.
"It's…It's very complicating to explain…"
"Try us, Homura." Ash butted in, which surprised Homura completely. "We want to know more about you."
"But…"
"Ash is right. If you tell us what's going on, then everything will make more sense." Dawn added. Brock totally agreed.
"I'm with them. We are all ears, Homura. Please tell us." The breeder encouraged. Homura hesitated. She bit her lower lip.
"I…If I told you about my past, you guys will think different about me…" Homura said sadly. Ash shook his head.
"No, we won't, Homura." Her adopted father assured. Unfortunately, the young woman did not look too convinced. "I told you before it doesn't matter who you are, we will always love you no matter what. And that's a promise."
"Dad…I…mean Ash…" Homura corrected herself since she cannot exactly call Ash her daddy when she is older now.
"That's right. No need to worry, Homura." Dawn gave the young blonde woman her famous catchphrase. This put a small smile on Homura's face.
"Dawn…"
"So rest assure, no matter what happens. We will always be with you. You are with us now. You're part of our family." Brock said warmly, giving Homura a warm smile.
"Brock…"
("Yeah!") Pikachu, Piplup, and Eevee chimed in agreement. Homura giggled at the three Pokemon.
"Okay…" The little pep talk did the trick. Homura took a moment to gather her thoughts before telling her past. "Here's the truth about me….When I was little, I lived in an unknown town where my family and I was hated because of my powers. They did not understand nor did they want to. They branded us nothing, but menaces to society… "
"What? That's harsh!" Dawn seems angry about this. "They have no right to do that!"
"That's what life is, Dawn." Brock defended the non-believers. The young coordinator could not believe Brock was defending those cruel people. "And don't give me that look; it's what I said a long time ago. There are some things in life that people cannot understand. Homura's aura powers are one of those things."
"But still…"
"Let's discuss this when Homura is done telling her story, okay?" Dawn sighed heavily, but nodded. "Go on, Homura." Brock assured. Homura nodded and continued with her story,
"The years of shame eventually made my parents turn their backs on me because of my existence…" Homura tried her best not to choke on a sob. "They hated me because I brought misfortune to our family." Homura's eyes started to water. Ash and Co. felt sorry for her. "And to make matters worse, t-they…tried to kill me…"
"WHAT?"
"Why would they do that?" Ash asked in rage. "You're their daughter!"
"No, I wasn't. Not anymore... Not to their eyes. I was nothing, but a monster to them now."
"You're not a monster, Homura!" Ash argued.
"Yes, I am!" Homura argued back, tears flowing down from her emerald eyes. "What kind of person would kill their own parents?"
"…"
"…"
"…"
Silence filled the air. The group was shock to hear this coming from Homura. Did she say that she killed her own parents? No way! Was it an accident or was it intentionally? So many questions went through Ash and Co.'s minds right now. The young woman took their expression as a cue that they were afraid of her more than ever now. She did not blame them at all. They had the right to be afraid of her. She was nothing, but a killing machine ready to happen. Maybe it was for the best if they just end her life right now before she ends theirs. Homura lowered her head in shame and waited for the inevitable.
Unfortunately, nothing came. All she felt was a comfort hand on her shoulder. The beautiful teenager glanced up to see her daddy giving her a comfort smile. The young trainer can sense that Homura did not mean to kill anyone. It was self-defense, right? She had the right to defend herself if her parents tried to kill her. Homura stared at Ash with tears flowing down from her face. "It's okay, Homura. You didn't mean to."
"But I…"
"Ssshhh." Ash embraced her in a small hug. "It's okay. I know you did not mean to. No matter how bad your parents were to…You didn't mean to kill them."
Homura gave into her daddy's warm embrace and cried. "I…I…tried to warn them, but they didn't listen…I didn't mean to…My powers kicked in and…"
"I know you didn't…I know…" Ash cooed. He can hear Homura cried even loudly. Dawn and the rest were heartbroken to see Homura like this. She did not deserve a hard life. It was not her fault that she was born gifted.
After a few minutes of crying and finally calming down, she continued with her story since she did not give any answers about her form. "Anyways, when I killed my…parents…The townspeople wanted to kill, so I took off before my powers kicked in again. For years, I was on the run until I was eventually adopted. However, no matter how it seems, I could never have happiness or love. The same event happened again when I got older…"
"We're sorry, Homura…" Ash apologized for Homura having a rough life. No one deserves this, especially her. The young blonde woman shook her head.
"Don't be, dad…Ash…It's not your fault that I was born with this burden."
"But…" Ash wanted to argue, but Homura did not want to listen to reason as she continued with her tell.
"However, things were much worse than last time."
"What do you mean?" Dawn interrupted. The young teenager lowered her gaze.
"It's because I couldn't control my powers. I was in a fit of rage that I lost control. I massacred my adopted parents and townspeople. I destroyed the town until nothing was left…I feel ashamed…"
"Homura…" Ash and Dawn felt remorse for Homura.
"So after the massacre, my powers were drain to the limit and needed time to recover. Therefore, that is when I converted myself into a five-year-old girl. Once in my new form, I kept on running from society for years. I didn't want the same event happened once again…"
"I see…" Brock spoke up, sensing that tell was over and it was all right for him to talk. "In order for you to prevent the same event from happening ever again, you outcast yourself from humanity, so you wouldn't hurt anyone…" The breeder sums it up. Homura nodded.
"That's correct. But…that plan didn't last for too long…" The blonde teenager glanced at her daddy.
"That's when I found you, right?" Homura nodded. Ash smiled. The young blonde woman smiled right back at him.
"And boy, I couldn't forget that moment for one second. When I went out to search for you, Ash and finally found you…I…" Dawn started to get uncomfortable. The memory about her finding Ash and Homura covered in white, sticky stuff was really, really awkward. "Um…"
"Did something happened, Dawn?" Brock was getting curious. The blue-haired coordinator's face heated up in a crimson red color.
"Uhhh…um…let's just say that the moment I found Ash and Homura…I thought Ash was doing something inappropriate with Homura…" Dawn claimed, looking embarrassed.
"WHAT?" Brock's jaw dropped to the ground when he heard this. Ash slightly blushed when he heard this.
"What? No, I wasn't." Ash is speaking the truth.
"Well, when I first saw Homura's face and hair covered in white, sticky stuff…It looked very suspicious…You can't blame me!" Dawn argued.
"And we don't…" Brock said, turning his gaze at his friend. The breeder somewhat looks disappointed in Ash. "Ash, I'm so disappointed in you."
"Huh?"
"Don't play dumb, Ash."
"What are you talking about, Brock?" The young trainer asked in confusion.
"How could you take advantage on Homura when she was five years old? That is illegal! You do not want to be a…"
"Brock, I don't know what are you blabbering about, but I don't think eating marshmallows together is illegal." Ash countered.
"Don't lie to me, Ash."
"Who's lying? I'm telling the truth!"
"Whatever you say, Ash!" Brock did not buy into that. He thought Ash was giving him a lame lie. In reality was the truth.
Homura and Dawn with the Pokemon looks on in amusement. The two guys were arguing over something that was not important right now. Ash and Brock were really off subject here. Shouldn't they focus their attention right back to Homura instead at each other? It was time to bring them back to the main focus here. "GUYS!"
Ash and Brock ended their argument as they turned their attention to Dawn. "Stop arguing!" The blue-haired coordinator demanded. "Our main focus is on Homura!"
"Oh…right…Oops! I guess we forgot…" Ash laughed in embarrassment. Dawn rolled her eyes.
After a few moments of sorting their thoughts out, Ash's attention went back to his adopted daughter. "Well, Homura, you don't need to worry. We will help you learn how to control your aura powers or well at least, try to…"
"Really?" Homura asked in surprise. Ash nodded. "But how?"
Before Ash could give her an answer, Dawn cut him off. "Like Ash said before, no need to worry. We will think of something."
"Yeah." Brock said, agreeing with his friend.
"We love you, Homura!" Ash assured the young blonde woman. "And like what Brock said earlier, you're with us now. You do not need to worry about those people, who will discriminate you. We will be there right beside you!"
"Daddy…I mean Ash…" Homura looks so happy as happy tears flow down from her eyes. This was her happiness. No more agony. No more pain. No more sadness. No more loneliness. There were people, who cared for her.
"You're not going to be alone this time."
With that said, Homura hugged her daddy tightly. "Daddy…I mean…"
The young trainer hugged his daughter back and whispered. "You can still call me Daddy if you want, Homura…"
"Okay…" The teenage blonde woman whispered back. "And thank you…" She hugged him even tightly.
"No problem, Homura…" Their embrace tightened even more until two more people joined in.
"Group hug!" Dawn chirped as she and Brock joined in on the hugging frenzy. Soon Pikachu and Piplup joined in as well. But what about Eevee? Let's just say that the little fox was being suffocated because he was being squished within the group's hug. He could not breathe.
"Ee…vee…" The foxy Pokemon wheezed, which alerted his trainer that he could not breathe. Homura glanced down to see her Pokemon's face was turning purple.
"Oh no! EEVEE!" The young blonde teen's cry alerted everyone.
"AAAHHH! Everyone stop hugging! We're killing Eevee here!" Dawn said in a panic tone as everyone broke away from the embrace.
Once the group finally stops hugging, the poor fox collapsed and fell unconscious. "Eevee!" Homura picked up her unconscious Pokemon and hugged him against her.
"Don't worry, Homura." Brock assured the young woman. "Eevee just pass out. He will be fine in a couple of hours."
"Really?" Brock nodded. "That's good…" Homura looks relieved.
"That's a relief." Ash said in a relief tone.
"Let's not hug for awhile." Dawn suggested. Everyone agreed to that. They did not want to suffocate anyone else if they did.
Well, one thing was for sure and that was…Homura was no longer alone. She is now with people, who will be there for her no matter what.
A/N: Sorry for the long delay! I am just excited that Halo Reach will be in four days! I am planning to get it! Anyways, poor Eevee! Did you guys liked that I brought back the whole incident about Dawn finding Ash with Homura covered in marshmallow stickiness. And once again, Brock overreacted and accused Ash over something silly. I hope you guys liked this chapter. This story is coming to a close in four more chapters! So please R & R! Thank you! Until next time, you guys! ^_^
