Well to start off, I was not a very happy camper once when landed on the home world and got things settled. Let's just say my idea flopped, kay, more than flopped. They laughed dead in my face and told my new owner that I was some living trophy. I basically was like his pet with little to no rights when it came to him giving me orders or going anywhere by myself. I told him I wouldn't be very happy if he didn't do anything about. And I cannot believe he just gave me some lame shit about having a chance to earn my freedom becoming a hunter.
"Oh hell no. Rav'us." I whipped my head in his direction, I was glad that I waited till we got back to his place before talking about the situation because there was no type of docile in my voice. "Boy, you got me all types of fucked up if you think I would take that option. You know dame well I wouldn't last one day in training and you know I am very much lazy when it comes to forcible workouts." I was losing my thunder at the end so I just sat down on the huge bed in a huff. He shook his head at me with his arms crossed. "I will let your outburst slide since we are alone but you can't talk to me like that in public. You are my property now and I know you are letting your pride show again. You must accept this or it will end badly for the both of us."
I wanted to scream some more and throw a tantrum but he was right, as much as I hate to admit this, he was right. I would have to accept this because if I didn't the penalty could very well mean death for me. Personally I like my life where it is. I laid back onto the bed so I was looking at the ceiling. "Okay, so alright. I'll play human pet when we are in public but when it's just us. We act normal okay?"
He touched the puff ball that I had made on top of my head and I looked over to him. He nodded before going into his trophy room. I deiced to get some sleep instead since there was no way I would have been playing nice while he practically ignored me while he clean or polished things in there.
A few days of following him around and carrying his stuff was starting to really grate on my nerves. As matter of fact, the very fact that he was male and ordering me around was making me very bitchy. Hell, did I even mention that this god forsaken planet was hotter today than normal? Just my fucking luck. "Rav'us, you better get me home. NOW." Then it hit me why all of my energy and strength seemed to go. Of all the shit I could remember I couldn't remember the fact that my period was going to show up at some time.
I dropped everything in the grass as I sat next to it. I could feel the intensity of my cramps growing by the minute. I was one of 51 percent of human females to have cramps and better yet, the 25 percent of those females to have very painful periods. My whole body starts trying to kill itself, like my blood pressure goes all crazy, my temperature goes sky high and since my cramps are so bad my body thinks I have food poisoning so I tend to throw up: Lucky me. He came back for me and like the good 'master' he was scanning me for illness. He grabbed his stuff and practically dragged me back home. I was a little surprised at this, I would have thought he would have ordered me to get up and that I was faking it. I guess maybe I underestimated his kindness a bit more than I should have.
Here I am, laying down with a hot towel and trying my hardest not to cry in frustration, this dame race doesn't believe in pain killers. I told him to give me anywhere from a day to three days, depending on how my body is reacting. Just my luck though because it last all but 12 hours or so but it still left me exhausted like normal and a fell asleep. When I woke up, I was still somewhat weak but I was able to move around without any sharp pains and the feeling that I could throw up at any moment. I was hungry though, hunger never bothered me during my time of the month, and as a matter of fact I get thirsty as all hell. I got an alien sized cup and drank my fill before changing my rag. Ugh, another thing I hate about this place, no actual pads or tampons.
And Rav'us is now acting like I might die from human illness any second but since I'm now acting like it still doesn't suck to feel it EVERY month he seems impressed. I huffed as I sat a heavy weapon on the table in front of us. It was then we got a message, well Rav'us got a message, I just happen to be there. When it was over he sat quietly, not even moving and for some reason I just could ask him what for: that is until he stood up to leave. "What's going on? Where are you going?" I asked, he didn't answer me and just left. I could have followed him but then I don't know if he was summoned to a place I couldn't follow, being as I was still his pet. Although, in retrospect it is better than being a slave.
When he came back I could tell he wasn't happy, "Pack your things." I opened my mouth to ask a question. "Rav'us, what's going?" He yelled then, completely agitated. "Don't ask questions you don't want to know the answer to." I walked up to him, now I was scared. "You aren't getting rid of me, are you?" I asked as I gently grabbed his hand. "You wouldn't do that to me, we promised each other back in the caves that we wouldn't be parted from each other except by death."
He incased his hand around mine, he still hadn't looked at me. "I have to, it's too dangerous for you here and I am not strong enough to protect you from getting hurt. I found you a place to go, off planet and safe." I looked down, I may never see him again, no! Not the only person that's closest to me. "Rav'us… I'll go but… you have to come back for me. Don't you dare die on me." I said sternly as I climbed onto the chair so I was closer to his face and I gave him a kiss on his mendable before looking away.
"It's so you have something to look forward to. I maybe human but the human body can be very flexible when it comes to sex and stuff…" He gave my hand another gentle squeeze. "Don't you die on me." Was his only response to what I just said. I hopped off the chair and packed my things into my backpack before meeting him at the door. From there he led me to a ship and to another planet before handing me over to another of his kind. It was then I had to say good bye, but I refuse to say those words less I never see him again. "I'll be waiting…" Was all I said before he left in that ship of his.
