Brucas AU. When Brooke finds an abandoned baby at her store she takes him in. Lucas her close friend then agrees to be a father figure. As months turn to years. The three become a family. Linden Benjamin Scott is 12. He has everything he could ever want his parents and he's a big brother.

I was defeated and heartbroken. My pregnancy scare had turned into confirmation i never wanted or imagined.

I can't have kids. I never realized how badly i wanted this.

At 22 i knew i wanted a family. That's the reason i came back to town.

I called Lucas in tears. He came over and held me while i fell apart he showed up for me. He always did.

I cherished and needed our friendship. It was one of the most important relationships in my life.

In the morning. He made us breakfast. As the sun rose.

I apologized for reaching out and admitted to needing him.

He then admitted he needed me too.

It was days later that a crying baby. Appeared in front of my store. All dark hair and brown eyes with tanned skin.

He was dressed up. In a car seat. With a diaper bag nearby.

Once he was in the store. I took him in my arms and cradled him until he stopped crying.

Then i called Lucas and explained what i found.

He reached out to the poice and there was no reports about a baby being abandoned.

With the help of Lucas Haley Nathan and Peyton and Rachel. I was given all the items i needed to care for him.

With Lucas agreeing to be his father figure. The three of us were a family.
