Doyle walks up and down the halls of the Saturday house. He can't believe he convinced his sister to help him get his nephew. Them and the other Secret Scientists. He couldn't believe Zak was here. Doyle felt good. But regret filled a small part of him. He took him away from the only other person he's ever seen as a guardian. Maybe even a parent. He didn't notice that his furry friend was watching him. It took him a moment to realize he was there.

"What's up gorilla cat?" he asked. Fisk made a bit of a groan and pointed at the door Zak was sleeping behind. In truth it was a medical room. But for now it would be Zak's sleeping quarters, for a lack of a prepared room. He was sleeping soundly. Doyle knew that when he wasn't sleeping well he was a particularly noisy sleeper.

Zak was in the medical room sleeping in a white bed with matching sheets with a white pillow. His black clothes were switched with white pajamas. His breathing was slow and peaceful. His head had bandages that went from the forehead all the way around his head. Regrettably, they did drop him on his head once when they were trying to escape. His eyes twitched a little as light from the window crept onto his face. Now he normally slept in rooms that only got sunlight at sunset. So he was surprised when he opened his eyes to a bright light. He moved his hand over his eyes. He eventually sat up.

He looked around the bright white room. He sat looking around for a minute before he decided it was too white and got out of the bed. He got a chill up his spine as he realized that the clothes he was wearing were not his regular pajamas. And he knew he wasn't wearing anything he owned. Or was even in the base. He walked over to the window and looked outside to see a large forest. It was beautiful. And yet, oddly familiar…

"We have school tomorrow."

"Okay," he said without registering that someone had just spoken to him. As his brain did finally realize he jumped and saw Wadi behind him. She had her arms crossed and was tapping her foot.

"Wadi! What's going on?" he asked now very concerned.

"You are in the place I am staying for my American schooling."

It took Zak a minute to understand what she was saying.

"I'm in the Saturday house?" he asked.

"Yes."

He could've done many things, had many reactions, but instead his stomach growled loudly. He couldn't help but let his face turn red. Wadi laughed and grabbed his wrist, guiding him to the dining room. He was confused, but decided to see how this played out. Once he and Wadi got to the dining room his stomach lurched. Doyle was sitting next to the only open seats. Zak would have to sit next to him regardless. He sat next the woman he knew as Mrs. Saturday.

"Good morning," he said politely. She looked at him. Pain and compassion filled her eyes.

"Zak, this is Drew, my sister," said Doyle, "And the man cooking eggs is Doc. They're your aunt and uncle."

Zak's eyes widened, "What?"

"Since she's my sister, and you call me Uncle Doyle, it only seems fair."

Zak didn't know how to respond. He was still bitter. But he felt happy that Doyle still saw him as family. But he still felt that he was closer to Van Rook. He wanted to leave. After Breakfast.

"So Zak," began Doc, "How was life with Van Rook?"

"Good," he said quickly.

"I hear you have Doyle's last name," said Drew with a smile. He didn't want to see someone who seemed so nice disappointed, but she did help kidnap him.

"My name is Zak Van Rook," he said in response. Doyle stared at him. Pain was in his eyes.

"Zak, when did this happen?" he asked with anger in his voice.

"Well, it's not legal yet. But it was decided yesterday. After a little makeup show."

"Makeup show?" asked Wadi. Even the Saturday's looked confused. Doyle looked seriously pissed.

"One question."

"Yes. It was to get money from Argost," he answered in a monotone. Everyone was quiet for a minute.

"Great. He's now using you to make a quick buck. Next thing you know that guy will get a sobbing sissy girl to replace me."

"You mean Abs?" Zak said before realizing that it wasn't a thought.

"Who's Abs?" Zak looked over at Doc, Drew and Wadi who decided it was more fun to watch than to get involved.

"His new apprentice," he said skittishly. Doyle looked like an angry devil, minus the horns and tail.
