PART 3 of The life of Sebastian Pines! (Read that first, I doubt you'll understand what's going on) The story follows Seb's life after Gravity Falls. Bill was defeated, but the Pines family still have thousands of adventures together. The Northwest family has finally returned to Gravity Falls, changed for the better after thirty years. Preston's son Atlas, trained and taught by him, shall explore the town and surrounding woods with his new friend, Bonnie Gleeful, as they discover both the wonders, and horrors, hidden within.

Their second summer in Gravity Falls just ended and already they miss it. But Dipper and Mabel will have plenty to occupy them until they return, as will their loved ones. From the stresses of entering/leaving high school, getting over crushes, dealing with troublesome parents, and the awkward nightmare that is puberty, you don't need monsters to make life difficult.

Dipper and Mabel return to Gravity Falls in-between college semesters at the request of Grunkle Ford. Something is wrong with Stan and to get to the bottom of it Ford is going to need all the help he can get, and who better than the Mystery Twins 2.0!

*SMUT WARNING* While at Pacifica's house, Dipper comes in contact with a magical flower that turns him female. The effects only last a couple of hours, but Pacifica is determined to spend that time showing Dipper why the change might not have been all that bad.
