Chapter 21: The 'J'oke's On You: Part 1

Alright my beautiful fans; I know I've been MIA for a while, but I was seriously blocked. But now I'm back and with the final two chapters of Dirty Little Secrets. I know it's weird that it's almost the end. But I need to start fresh with the series. I need to focus on all the boys. And in the final two chapters all Hell breaks loose. So without further ado please enjoy the first half of the season finale of Dirty Little Secrets.

A few weeks after the incident everything seemed fine. Kurt and Blaine's friendship seemed to be at a good point. It wasn't as bullet proof as before, but it was a start. They made plans to go see the doctor so Blaine could see the baby for the first time.

"So I know it's early, but what do you want it to be?" Blaine asked as he walked close to Kurt. Kurt reached his locker and opened it.

"I don't know really. But I want it to have your hair. I've always loved it." Kurt giggled. Blaine blushed to the tips of his ears. He was glad that Kurt wasn't ignoring him like he used to.

"I want it to have your eyes. You have really pretty eyes." Blaine said seriously.

While they were talking, they didn't know that they were being watched. Eli's grip on the side of the wall was tighter than a boa's death grip. He was about to go say something to them when he was pulled back and into the boy's bathroom.

"What the hell man!" Eli shouted. Aiden glared at him before checking the other stalls.

"What's wrong with you? Do you want to blow this right now?" he asked. Eli rolled his eyes.

"I wasn't going to do anything. I was just going to kindly interrupt the conversation and get Blaine to come with me." he said. Aiden didn't buy it, not for one second.

"I don't believe you. You've got to keep this completely professional. I know you don't like him but you have to stay calm and stick to the plan." Aiden said sternly.

"I just feel like I'm losing him. He spends so much time with Kurt nowadays it's making me sick." Eli held on to his stomach. Aiden let out a deep breath.

"Are you off your meds?" he asked. Eli's head shot up and he looked at Aiden in disbelief.

"I can't believe you just said that! I haven't skipped my meds in a while. Aiden smirked at him.

"Could've fooled me."

"You're not doing your job either buddy. You're supposed to keep Kurt distracted and away from Blaine." Eli said.

"No that's what you want. The boss didn't say anything about keeping Kurt away from Blaine. You just added that in for yourself." Aiden confirmed. Eli gave Aiden a scowling look.

"Whatever, you just do your part and I'll do mine. Wouldn't want the boss getting unhappy." Eli said as if to make some sort of threat. Aiden got in Eli's face.

"The boss wouldn't get unhappy as long as all the soldiers stay in line. Wouldn't want you to have a mishap and get sent back there." Aiden smiled deviously and walked out of the bathroom.

Eli leaned up against the sinks. He didn't know why but the way Aiden stared at him freaked him out. It was something about his eyes. It was as if he'd seen that look before.

Sam had arrived that the mysterious man's house. He had no idea what he was in for. This guy was young like him, so he couldn't be bad. But then again, he was also a cop. The guy came to the door and welcomed him in.

"Now what exactly am I here for?" he asked the man. The guy came up to Sam and smiled.

"Well nothing really. I know it's gonna sound weird, but I needed to talk to you. It's about your friend, the one that was killed." he said. Sam didn't particularly like where this was heading.

"Then what's with trying to pick up my friend and then trying to get me to do some lame demands?" Sam asked. The man looked ashamed at first, and then he gestured for Sam to come into the living room.

"It was the only way I could get you to talk to me. I couldn't think of another way." he said.

"What's your name?" Sam asked.

"My name's Mason Alexander. I was in love with Jesse. And I was the last person to see him before he died." he said. Sam felt his jaw drop.

"I don't understand." Sam said.

"We got together a few months before his death. It was an on again of again thing. Since he was a minor." Mason said.

"I still don't get why you didn't just come to me and my friend. It would've been a lot less creepy." Sam said.

"I know, I didn't think. I hope I didn't scare your friend."

"Rory's a tough kid, he'll be fine. Now what else can you tell me about Jesse?"

"Hmm, that's a tough question. Jesse liked to keep secrets." Mason said as he poured himself a glass of water.

"That I already know." Sam replied.

"Well did you know that he was planning to tell your dad about your mom's affair?" Sam blanched at that thought.

"What?"

"Yeah he was. Jesse... man where do I begin? He was a great lover, but he was devious. He had plans for all of you. Especially that Eli kid." Sam did a double take.

"Excuse me?"

"Eli? Yeah, he was a twisted kid. He had that obsession with that Blaine kid. Jesse threatened him that if he came between Kurt and Blaine, that things would happen." Mason said.

"You don't think that Eli killed him do you?"

"I don't know. I wouldn't put it passed him. Jesse told me about the whole mental hospital thing. It was creepy too."

"Eli was crazy?" Sam asked.

"Apparently. I think Jesse was afraid of him, or vice versa. I'm not sure." Mason said.

"Thanks. That's all I need to hear, if I have any more questions can I come back?" Mason walked over and shook Sam's hand.

"Sure anytime. But it has to be kept private. No one else knows about this and it could cause trouble for all involved." Sam nodded his head in understanding.

"No problem." And then he was gone. Mason pulled out a cellphone and dialed a number.

"It worked. Stripper boy took the bait." he smiled into the receiver.

Sebastian and Dave had been doing non-stop research on Eli for hours. They hadn't really found anything, but articles. Mainly they talked about how he went off the rails, because of being bashed. Funny, Blaine didn't seem that damaged.

"Okay I think I've found something." Dave said. Sebastian came over to him and read another article.

"Apparently this man thinks that Eli had severe PTSD. Do you think that's why he's acting out?" he asked.

"I don't know. I get this feeling that he's a lot calmer now that Blaine's his. But what I want to know is, is why he locked you in the steam room?" Dave looked at the article again.

"I wish I knew. He acts like he had nothing to do with it though. It's as if he is two different people. Maybe it wasn't even him." Sebastian said.

"That's creepy, but there are disorders for that too. So what now?"

"Well, we need to pay a visit to Eli's therapist. We could also be dealing with more than one person." Sebastian said.

"We both know that the office isn't going to let us see anything. We're not family." Dave said.

"True, but who says we can't be concerned friends. I'm sure Eli still goes to see," Sebastian looked for the name, "Dr. Michaels. We could go see him and ask questions."

"What if that doesn't work?"

"Okay these negative comments are really getting annoying. I'm sure something will work. Trust me; I know what I'm doing."

"So what's the plan?" Dave asked.

"Tomorrow we go see Eli's therapist and go from there." Sebastian said. Dave raised an eyebrow.

"Alright, I'm terrified of what you're gonna do if this doesn't work out how you want."

"Well my dear little Davey, I have my ways. And you're right, you don't wanna know what I'm gonna do if this doesn't work." Sebastian said as he exited Dave's room.

Dave felt something he hadn't felt since Kurt. Was he crushing on another friend? Oh God.

Kurt and Blaine sat in the lobby waiting for Adam. Blaine wanted so badly to hold Kurt's hand, but he knew his day would come. Aiden came around the corner and gestured for them to come in. Kurt seemed to be falling for him more and more, but why wasn't Aiden returning the feelings. Maybe it was because he was pregnant with another man's baby.

"Hey guys, Adam's ready for you." he said with a smile. Kurt and Blaine both got up and entered the room. Everything went to quickly, the next thing Kurt knew, he was on his back looking at his child.

"See, that's its head and that's it's feet. You're about 18 weeks." Adam said. Kurt smiled and felt teary eyed. Blaine held his hand as if they were the only ones in the room.

"That's our child. That little life is what we created." Blaine said as he felt tears slip down his face.

"Do you want to know the sex?" Adam asked.

"No!" Kurt gasped out. Everyone looked at him as if he was in danger.

"What is it?" Blaine exclaimed.

"I don't want to know yet. I want it to be a surprise." Kurt said as he held on to Blaine's hand even tighter. Adam and Aiden smiled at the monitor.

"You're a lucky guy." Aiden said as he put his hand on Blaine's shoulder. Blaine was taken aback by it at first, but he accepted the gesture. This baby is exactly what would bring him and Kurt together.

"OH!" Kurt cried out. His hands went to his belly immediately.

"What's wrong?" Blaine asked. Kurt's expression was unreadable. "Kurt?" Kurt moved Blaine's hand to his stomach and held it there. Blaine was confused at first, but then he felt it.

"That was our baby's first kick. Oh my god." Kurt let his tears finally fall.

"That's my boy." Blaine said as he kissed Kurt's now clean stomach.

"How do you know it's a boy? It could be a girl." Kurt said.

"Oh god, the parent debate on the child's sex has begun." Aiden said as he and Adam left the room to let the parent's to be talk.

Puck lifted Beth in the air and lightly swung her around. It was weird that Beth was with Shelby now. They've been dating for the past few months. It's been completely hush, hush.

"You're great with her you know." Shelby said as she handed Puck a bottle.

"Yeah well I swore that I would be a better father than mines was. And I love her like mad." Puck beamed. Shelby out her hand on his shoulder as he fed her.

"I get what you're saying. I said that same thing about being a mother. Well not technically. I said that I'd want to be the mom that I couldn't to Rachel." she said.

"Well I think that you're a pretty hot MILF." Puck smirked. Shelby swatted Pucks arm and went to get a blanket for Beth. Puck looked down at his daughter.

"I think you're gonna blow boys away. You're so beautiful." he said. The little girl just looked up at him with sleepy eyes. He pulled the bottle away and burped her.

"Okay, here's her blanket." Shelby said as they laid the sleeping toddler down for a nap. They looked at her and both of them felt emotional.

"Damn she's perfect." Puck wiped his eyes.

"Yes she is. Now you need to go. You've finished your homework for my class, now go work on your own." she said as she gave him a kiss and walked him out.

"See ya tomorrow then?" Puck asked.

"Sure, be safe and good night." Shelby said as she shut the door. Puck felt butterflies. And the Puckasaurus usually never feels stuff like that for anyone. When he reached his car he felt his phone vibrate. He looked down and saw that it was from his worst nightmare.

'Looks like someone's getting too comfortable. Haven't you ever heard of the phrase It's always calm before the storm?'

J.

Puck looked around in the darkness. Someone was there and had seen everything. If they lay one hand on his daughter, he'd move heaven and earth to find them.

FFFFFFFFFFFF

Finn was playing his usual round of halo with the guys. Why he liked that game so much? Well it probably had something to do with blowing people up. He was a teenage boy anyway.

"Dude, you were supposed to cover me!" he shouted to Mike.

"I did! Ryder was supposed launch the grenade." Mike said. Finn rolled his eyes at his friends. He focused on the game and eventually decided give it a rest.

"Alright guys, I'm heading out, night." he said as he turned off the game. He heard his phone beep and instantly became anxious. 'J' was beginning to piss him off. He grabbed the phone and saw that it was a text from Kurt.

'On my way home, see you soon.'

Kurt

Finn let out a deep breath. He was relieved it wasn't their predator that had been tormenting them. He was about to put his phone away when he got another message.

'Dude, I got some more juice for you. Let me know when we can meet.'

X

Finn felt sick. He remembered the horrible time he put his family through. What he put Kurt and Rachel through, his friends, everyone. He couldn't do that again.

'But why not? You know how good you felt when you were on top.' A voice said. Finn blocked it out. That was another thing he had to deal with. His sponsor had told him that he would have battles every day for the rest of his life.

"Damn, this is gonna be a long night." Finn said to himself.

AEAEAEAEAEAEAEAEAEAEAE

"Damn it!" Eli yelled as he threw a book across the room. Aiden put his phone down and looked at the boy.

"Dude calm down." he said causally.

"No! Blaine is gonna go back to that monster. I can't let him do it. I have to do something. Why aren't you doing anything? This is fucking with my plan!" Eli shouted. Aiden got up and strolled over to Eli.

"Relax. I'm taking care of it." he said.

"I don't believe you. It's like you want them together or something." Eli said and picked up his book. He didn't notice the slight smile that Aiden showed when he said what he said.

"I don't want that. Things take time. You're so insecure."

"I-I feel like I'm losing him again!" Eli said.

"You won't if we handle this right. I promise all will be with who they're supposed to be with." Aiden gave Eli his most devious smile.

"Sometimes you scare me." Eli said honestly.

"Good." Aiden replied firmly.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

That Friday Kurt was getting ready for his surprise for Aiden. It was gonna be another dinner. He wanted to let Aiden know he felt. He was ready to move things forward.

Well at least he thought he did.

Blaine had been so good to him lately. Well duh, he had to. He was the father of the baby too. Besides Blaine was with Elizard anyway. Any feelings Kurt had for Blaine were gone.

Easier said than done.

"Hey buddy how was the doctor appointment?" Burt asked.

"It was fine. 18 weeks and a noticeable baby bump." Kurt said as he tried to cover up his stomach.

"It's pointless to try and hide it. My grandson wants to be noticed." Burt laughed.

"Very funny. And it's not a boy." Kurt said he walked into his bathroom.

"Is it a girl?" Carole asked as she came around the corner.

"Nope, I didn't want to know. And whatever it is, it's kicking up a storm. I also wanted little Elizabeth or Alexander to be a surprise." Kurt beamed. Burt felt his heart glow.

"You're naming the girl after your mom?" he asked.

"Yeah, I felt it would be a great way to honor her." Kurt said. Burt rushed over and gave his son a tight hug.

"Well I have to say that you're glowing." Carole said.

"Yeah dude, you look great. I'm totally gonna teach little Alex to play Call of Duty." Finn said.

"My child will not be around such violence." Kurt stated firmly.

"No matter what it is, they're gonna be loved and cherished by a beautiful family." Carole said as she hugged him.

"I know. Now if I could just get Aiden to notice me. The family will be perfect." Kurt said.

"He still hasn't asked you out yet?" Burt asked.

"No. I thought maybe it was because of this." Kurt pointed to his stomach.

"He'd be a fool not be with you." Carole said.

"Well I'm about to find out tonight. Now I need you all to leave for a bit so I can figure this stuff out."

"Okay, Carole and I need to get some stuff situated for our trip to Washington anyway." Burt said as he went to leave.

"Don't forget to take your medicine. And don't stress over anything." Kurt warned.

"Yes Carole." Burt teased.

When Kurt was alone, he smiled to himself. Tonight is gonna be perfect. Blaine is gonna be so excited! Kurt hand to shake his head at that. He meant that Aiden was gonna be excited.

At least he hoped he would be.

A/N: Okay so maybe the drama doesn't start here. Well some of it does. But it's not finished. The shocking conclusion to the series will be in the next chapter. And man will it be a shock.

Oh and if Klaine are getting back together in the first episode of season 5 without any type of talk before. I will be pissed. Now that Blaine has tried everything to get Kurt back, it should be Kurt's decision on if he wants him back. He needs to kindly explain to Adam that he can't be anything more than friends. Adam will accept it and become Kurt's best male friend. Kurt goes back to Blaine and they talk, for fucks sake. I mean seriously. They haven't talked at all. I need them both to explain their actions. Blaine needs to explain why he did what he did. How he felt, and that he'll never do it again. Kurt needs to tell him how he felt and that he's slightly responsible too. They just need a severe heart to heart. Otherwise the romantic reunion will feel cheap to me. Don't get Klaine back together to shut the fans up, get them back together because they both are at a place where they can be.

That's how I feel. And I might do another Author's Rant. I feel that there's more that needs to be said. I'm all for them getting back together, but not if it's gonna be a lame reunion. Rules need to be set if it's gonna work this time. Read and Review. Vote for Klaine's child in Forever night. Poll's on my profile as well as the nominees. That story will be updated soon. If you have any questions message me and I will answer them to the best of my knowledge. XOXO ShadowBeauty.
