With the new information Liam had received he realizes going after Tosh wasn't that important anymore. He had to ups his game, strike his final blow sooner than plan. Getting a car from one of the local car rental, He pack his belonging and drove to Newport. His private investigator had done an exemplary job, learning about Mary Davies Owner of Curious Wilfred Book store and her connection to Jones and Harkness, adopted guardian/ grandmother for their son.
Arriving at Curious Wilfred bookstore, Liam watch as a young lady behind the counter took care of customers. Casually looking at various books until she was free, he approaches her with a friendly smile. Liam Introducing himself as Owen Harper, telling Abby he recently relocated from Cardiff to Newport working at the local Uni and a close friend of Ianto who had told him about Mary and the bookstore. He had stopped by to buy a couple of books and meet Mrs. Davies while he was there.
Abby took a deep breath calming herself and smile, as she went alone with Liam charade. She listens intensely as Liam show an old photo of him and Ianto while spinning hilarious tale of their adventure at Uni, aiming at gaining her totally trust.
Liam claims he and Ianto had arranged to meet tomorrow for lunch when he collects his son. Abby inform Liam that Mary and her grandson was out , she didn't know when they would return. Before leaving the store Liam purchase "Final Justice by Fern Michaels requesting it is gift wrap.
For the first time since he started his vendetta against Harkness and Ianto, Liam was more confident than ever he would finally have justice for Asil and himself. Unbeknown to Abby, Liam had probed her minds, smirking that she believes he had fallen for her lies. He knew exactly were Mary and JOSH was. Before he left Newport Liam abandon the car he rented in Cardiff, while getting another one, as he drove back to Cardiff he whistle a happy tune in-between sinister laughter's.
As the bookstore door close with Liam departure, Abby immediately reach under the counter retrieving her phone pressing a number she had recently put on speed dial.

Jack appeared at his office door and shouted "Meeting conference room fifteen minutes, Ianto coffee".
Ianto cringe inward hearing the anger in Jack voice. Taken a deep breath calming himself before entering Jack office, Ianto found him sitting at his desk doing paperwork. Ianto knew this wasn't a good sign, when has Jack willingly done any paperwork without him constant asking or offering some special treat. Placing Jack cup of special blend coffee on his desk, Ianto knew Jack had his shield up, he couldn't feel or sense any emotion from him
"Don't" Jack said without looking up,
''Don't what Jack", Ianto replied sharply, ask where you were last night, it definitely wasn't here or in our bed.
Jack stare into Ianto angry eyes before picking up his mug walking out of his office as he went to the conference room.
Ianto stood shattered as he realized Liam plan was working, he still had Tosh and Owen but not like before, Gwen hated him nothing new there, but Jack was different, he had envision them always together united as one withstanding anything that threaten to destroy what they had.
As the team file into the conference room taken their seats, Jack barely look at Ianto when he arrived later with coffee and Danish, which didn't go unnoticed by Owen and Tosh and only please Gwen
Jack who had taken his position at the head of the table was in captain mode as he spoke "I received a call from one of my contact, a man fitting William/Liam description was spotted at a car rental agent, he wasn't able to follow him, but Swanson has all the information on the car he rented. We don't know if it to escape Cardiff or commit more vengeful act. I suspect he may have been tipped off about Owen visit to Asil flat"
''So what are we suppose to do now, Ianto, wait for that psychotic friend of your to hurt someone else we love'', Gwen blurted out with venom stunning her teammates.
Ianto was caught off guard by Gwen harsh words, but not surprise, before Ianto, Tosh or Jack could respond, they were all taken aback by Owen.
''Bloody hell Gwen give it a freaking rest'', Owen Snapped, the only thing the tea boy is guilty of is not telling us about William. You need to stop playing the innocent damsel who's been wrong. We did this to Rhys, You and I when we cheated not the tea boy. William didn't tell Rhys you did.
Gwen was furious! How dare Owen speak to her that way?" How dare you put the blame on me, this is all Ianto fault and that William friend of his that he keep hidden away just like Lisa'' Gwen shouted.
Tosh was furious hearing Gwen verbal attack against Ianto," Owen right Gwen this isn't Ianto fault, you gave Rhys these memories and then tried to delete them, William stir them with Items which could have been easily trigger at any precise time and anyone."
Now Standing at the head of the table with his arm folded Jack look vehemently at his teammate instead of fighting the enemy they were attacking each other, Just as he is about to speak his mobile ring, checking the ID, he leave the conference room closing the door talking quietly from the other side.
Hello Captain Harkness, This is Abby at the bookstore, you were right, he did come, I recognized him from the photo, I followed your instruction exactly.
"Thanks Abby, He didn't cause any trouble did he?" Jack asked with great concerned.
No Captain Harkness, in fact he was very nice, especially after I told him the information he ask for
Thank Abby for everything; remember if Ianto call he's not to be told any of this, goodbye
Re-entering the conference room Jack spoke sternly to his team'',This is Torchwood,our enemies aren't always aliens they are human as well. We are a team instead of fighting the enemy you are attacking each other, I will not tolerate it. Now put your personal issues aside. We have a enemy who pose as much of a threat as an alien that's about to be caught in a web he weave.
