Author's Note: Ah, it feels good to be writing. Halloween is tomorrow, so special chappy for you~
"Brother, are you okay? You look kind of pale," Kotaro asked as he watched his still injured brother climb out of bed. Jiro stumbled before straightening out. He made it to the table before sitting down and rubbing his temples. He grit his teeth and shut his eyes, trying to stop the painful headache he was experiencing. Kotaro's eyes widened as he saw a stain of red spread through the area of bandages on his brother's back.
"I-I'm fine Kotaro. Just a little...," Jiro trailed off as Aquariana walked in and set a bowl of candy down on the table. She sat down between the two brothers before plucking out a lollipop, unwrapping it and popping the candy in her mouth.
"What? You guys never seen a lady eat candy before?" She snapped as she took the lollipop out of her mouth.
"N-no, where'd you get so much candy from?" Jiro replied eyes opening to see the large bowl. She took out a candy bar and tossed it to Jiro, who groaned as it hit the table and irritated his headache.
"Its Screams Day, all guardians get candy offerings on Screams Day," Aquariana stated before handing Kotaro a package of gummy bears.
"Why is it called Screams Day?" Kotaro asked as he opened his candy. The water guardian smirked before standing up. She walked over to the window and opened it. Some teenage boys were walking by, and she drenched them with the bucket by the window.
"That's what you get for eating my offerings you brats!" She shouted as they screamed and ran off. She shut the window and smirked as she waltzed back to the table and sat down.
The trio groaned as they laid on the floor, candy bowl empty and wrappers littering the floor. Kotaro got up and ran to go vomit in the bathroom while Aquariana passed out on Jiro's arm. The Old Blood huffed before falling asleep himself, the stomach ache fading as he drifted into unconsciousness.
Alisandra sighed as she swept up the candy wrappers and then threw them out. Kotaro passed by before falling unconscious to the floor. With a huff the blonde woman got blankets and covered her friends with them before walking to the porch to do some light reading, and hopefully she wouldn't be disturbed for a while.
Author's Note: Short, but very cavity-full. Happy Halloween and that white hand on your shoulder...It's not real.
