"William come on, it's about to start." Odd said while dragging William to Jeremy's room.

"Remind me again why we're watching this?" William asked.

"Simple, because of X.A.N.A.'s last attack." Yumi said. "X.A.N.A. took over a part of this tournament, and Yugi, the one with the puzzle on his neck, helped us figure out his plan and really helped us out."

"Yeah, if it wasn't for his dragon, Aelita might have lost and who knows what could have happened." Ulrich added. "We thought we should see him win."

"Oh, it already started." Jeremy said suddenly.

"Well pharaoh, have you realized how hopeless your situation is?" Marik asked.

"Marik, I will defeat you, and rescue your good half." Yugi said. "I set one card facedown, and now I tribute Big Shield Guardna in order to summon my Dark Magician Girl, now attack his Bowganian."

"Not so fast, I play my trap card Jam Defender, and since my Egyptian God Slime is treated as Revival Jam, it intercepts your attack." Marik said before his copy of Obelisk blocked the attack.

"I end my turn." Yugi said as Bowganian shot another arrow at him.

Yugi 1000 Marik 700: "My move now pharaoh, well I couldn't have asked for a better card if I wanted, I play Mining For Magical Stones, now I send two cards from my hand to the graveyard, and in exchange I get back my Monster Reborn card." Marik said before laughing evilly.

"Ok, this is crazy, those monsters that crazy guy has are the same ones that were attacking Kadic." William said.

"I believe you, somehow X.A.N.A. merged with Marik, and that must have allowed the monsters to enter our world, good thing we weren't on Lyoko." Yumi said.

"Wait, if X.A.N.A. knows about all these monsters, what could stop him from creating them in Lyoko, we would be in huge amounts of danger." Odd said.

"Don't worry, if we have to deal with them, we'll just have Aelita give us some pointers, she is the champion remember Odd." Ulrich said.

"Well, I guess so." Odd said before turning back to the television.

"Make your move Marik." Yugi said.

"If you insist on suffering, I set two of my cards facedown, and next I summon my Swallowtail Spike Lizard in defense mode. That ends my turn." Marik said.

"My turn, I draw, now I summon Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts in defense mode." Yugi said. "Next I set two cards facedown, that ends my move."

"Well, that means another 300 points of damage, courtesy of Bowganian." Marik said before another arrow hit Yugi.

Yugi 700 Marik 700: "My move, I draw and now I reap the benefit of my Lizard, I gain 1000 life points." Marik said. "Now I activate my Monster Reborn magic card this allows me to bring my Winged Dragon of Ra back from the graveyard, and with Ra on the field, I'll pay 1000 life points in order to destroy Obelisk the Tormentor."

"Not so fast Marik, I reveal my facedown card, Monster Reborn, so I revive my Slifer the Sky Dragon and block Ra's attack on Obelisk." Yugi said as his dragon blocked the attack while Ra returned to the grave.

"Impressive move, unfortunately it won't help you, I play this card." Marik said as he revealed a magic card.

"Surprise Attack from Beyond." Yugi said nervously.

"Exactly, and now I can revive my Winged Dragon of Ra for a second chance to destroy you." Marik said.

"Ok, can someone explain to me why the crazy guy keeps bringing back that dragon?" William asked. "It clearly is not working."

"He keeps reviving it because if it can attack, Yugi will lose." Aelita said. "That thing is really strong."

"Yeah, I'd rather meet up with a few Megatanks instead of that thing." Ulrich said.

"Guys, things are getting interesting." Odd said.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

"I pay all but one of my life points in order to give Ra attack points equal to those points." Marik said.

"I don't think that will work for you Marik, activate Soul Taker, now I can tribute one of your monster's right away, although in exchange you gain 1000 life points." Yugi said.

"You can't use that card on Ra, he's immune to such a weak card." Marik said.

"Maybe, but your Slime isn't, and due to the rules of Battle City, I can treat him as two sacrifices, so now my Obelisk the Tormentor can unleash all of his power." Yugi said.

"In that case, I transfer my life points, Bowganian's attack points, and Swallowtail Spike Lizard's attack points to Ra. Next I play a trap card, Class System, now since Obelisk is the same level as Ra his effect is negated.: Marik said. "Now then, Winged Dragon of Ra, wipe out Obelisk and the pharaoh."

"Not quite Marik, I play my facedown card, Magical Dimension, now I can tribute my Gazelle and my Obelisk, in exchange for one final chance to defeat you." Yugi said as his monsters vanished causing Ra to miss it's attack. "Now I activate my final magic card, Ragnarok."

"What?" Marik asked nervously.

"The power of Ragnarok can only be used when I have two spellcasters on the field, in this case my Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl." Yugi said. "Now every monster on your field will be removed from the game."

"What, but if you do that are you certain my weak half will survive the devastation?" Marik asked. "If you use that card there's no guarantee that the shadows won't just take him, then what will you tell my sister?"

"Oh man, is that guy insane?" William asked.

"Very." said Odd, Ulrich, Yumi, Jeremy, and Aelita together.

"Right, hold on, who's the guy with the tattoo on his face?" William asked.

"Wait, isn't that the guy who pretended to be Marik?" Yumi asked.

"Yeah, looks like he's trying to talk to him." Odd said.

"Master Marik you can defeat your dark side, remember you're the one that created him, and you can destroy him."

Suddenly Marik began to glow and the two halves merged into one being.

"Pharaoh, I'm sorry for everything I put you through, please finish your attack now while you still have time." Marik said.

"Alright, Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl unleash the magic of Ragnarok and wipe out the Winged Dragon of Ra." Yugi said before an army of monsters sent Ra into a portal while creating a vortex of smoke.

"Did he survive?" Ishizu asked.

"Look, he's alright." Yugi said as the smoke revealed Marik's good half safe and sound.

"Pharaoh, there's still one final thing to do." Marik said. "I still have one life point left, so our battle isn't complete."

"You're right." Yugi said as the evil Marik's eye reappeared.

"Now then, I end this duel, I surrender." Marik said as his dark side finally vanished forever.

"Wow, you guys really have crazy adventures, I wish I could have gone." William said.

"If you had we couldn't have launched a return trip." Jeremy said. "Next time Odd can stay."

"Well we should head out, it's almost dinner time." Yumi said. "Honestly Odd must be rubbing off on me."

As soon as she said that they all started to laugh and walked out of the room.
