The Return to the Digital World
A/N: Wow I can't believe another hiatus happened. Sorry for keeping this story delayed people a lot of things have happened in the past 3 months that I haven't been updating but I have been busy and stuff like that but I got it up so enjoy for those who haven't stopped reading my story.
Chapter 20: The next forbidden Digimon is…. And secrets
Takuya and his crew has woken from a long needed rest after defeating there second forbidden Digimon and it left most of them tired. Jedrick has been concentrating on the future and waiting for a secret message from Ophanimon for the next Digimon to attack.
"Jedrick are you there?" Ophanimon's hologram said.
"Yeah I'm here." Jedrick replied.
"Good, cause your next target is Shadowcommandomon be careful he specializes in machinery and has advanced tech on his weapons." Ophanimon said. Her hologram then disappeared.
Jedrick then came back to the campsite to see everyone awake and eating breakfast that Zoe and Kate made from the resources around them.
"Hey Jedrick over here, I saved a seat for you." Jon said.
Jedrick then nodded and sat down between Schmidt and Jon. He was just glad that the group was ok. Takuya and Kouji then came back after a little conversation Jedrick had no idea about.
"Hey Jedrick" Takuya said with a smile.
Jedrick just gave him a kind of what's up face and smiled. Jedrick was still reviewing how he broke out of the paralyzed state he was in since he doesn't remember how he did it. He's also still remembering the wristband his friend from home was in his bag so he pulled it out. The wristband had her name and his name on it.
Jedrick+Caroline
He smiled putting the wristband back on but he then gets surprised with
"Who's Caroline?" Kouichi said smiling.
Jedrick suddenly panicked and punched him in the stomach then he realized it was Kouichi.
"Ouch dude what was that punch for?" Kouichi said rubbing his jaw.
"Sorry Kouichi I dude that when someone surprises me." Jedrick replied.
"Who is Caroline?" Kouichi said grinning again.
"Um she-e's ju-ust a fri-ee-nd" Jedrick replied stuttering. He realizes that he stuttered and he doesn't stutter unless he's lying.
"Yeah ok Jedrick" Kouichi said not believing him.
"Ok she's just a friend I like OK!" Jedrick suddenly froze realizing he said that.
"Oh snap dude why didn't you just say so." Kouichi said.
Kouichi suddenly stood up and Jedrick knew what was about to happen,
"Hey everyone I know who Jedrick likes!"
Everybody suddenly turned their heads to them and ran at the two. They were waiting for Jedrick to say who and then show a picture of her.
"So, who's the lucky girl Jedrick?" Zoe and Kate ask.
"Well, she's a girl I like in my town and we were like the best of friends. She made me this wristband with our names on it, she has one also. Last time I saw her was when I was playing basketball and she was watching then that was when I suddenly got transported." Jedrick said as he was looking in the sky.
Everyone was surprised with his response. None of them could see him like this since Jedrick was there toughest fighter and he never really revealed this side.
"Is she hot?" Craig said making them laugh while Jedrick just smiled.
Jedrick then pulled out a picture in his bag and gave it to him. She had long black hair with brown orbs as eyes. She had a big smile and was wearing a lavender colored long sleeve shirt with a violet skirt and brown sandals. She had her arms around Jedrick's arm in the picture.
"Dang dude you are so lucky" J.P said drooling looking at her.
Jedrick then suddenly took back the picture.
"If you do anything with it I will beat you to a pulp." Jedrick said with an angry glare.
J.P then got scared and nodded quickly. This act made Tommy laugh.
"Anyway do you know the next forbidden Digimon we have to go to?" Kouji said.
Jedrick suddenly stopped and took out his detector to show a hologram of the data.
"Shadowcommandomon, a machine type of Digimon he specializes in machine weapons and heavy explosions, his technology is nothing that any man has ever created so we don't know how dangerous this one can be and I feel that I might need everyone for this fight. I have the coordinates so I just need J.P to give me the navigation system." Jedrick replied.
J.P then gives him the system and then Jedrick starts inserting some calculations and soon the route was shown. Takuya then took it to read the route.
"Jedrick why does it say it will take us 21 days to get there" Takuya asked with shock.
"Because that's how far the place is yeah it's tough." Jedrick said.
"Are you sure this is safe Jedrick?" Kate then asks with concern.
"Kate, it's the only way to get there I analyzed the surroundings and it's too dangerous to go to those areas." Kouji said.
All of the sudden the group see a flash of light happen then it stopped with a message hologram from Darkomnimon.
"Ah is it isn't mister Jedrick and the weak presumed Digidestined."
The guys then got serious looks and watched the recording.
"I see you and your petty group have defeated one of my friends here and I am surprised by it." There was a slight pause. "But if you think Shadowcommandomon will be easy then you are dead wrong I suppose so I say that this is the end of your worthless little group." The recording ends with a menacing laugh.
"What an evil being." Craig said.
"You bet" Jon added.
Jedrick then noticed a note on the ground next to the hologram recording saying "For Jedrick read alone". Jedrick then took it and went somewhere secluded when they wouldn't notice. He soon opens it with a voice recording.
"Ah Jedrick, the mighty Digimon Guardian I should say" The voice sounded of Darkomnimon "I say you and your lame showing of a group should watch your back a little more secure starting tomorrow because yo might run into a bit of company on your little journey walk to suicide and you might recognize this person once you two interact hehehe" the voice recording ends and stops.
"Hmm who could this person be and why did he only give this to me?" Jedrick thought.
Jedrick filled with questions decided to shake it off, think about it some other time and went back to the group to find them arguing.
"I'm telling you Kouji we can't just leave the Digital World and Jedrick behind" Takuya yelled with anger.
"Well, what do you want to do just stay here, get our butts whooped and let Jedrick save us just like last time." Kouji spat back.
"No we can figure out a way" Takuya then stated.
The two then kept going with no end with the others watching in silence since they couldn't do anything. Well except for Jedrick.
"Hey idiots" Jedrick said.
Takuya and Kouji both looked at Jedrick with anger
"WHAT" the two said in unison.
They both ended up getting punched in the gut hard by Jedrick which gets them both in the ground. The others just looked in shock.
"You two get a hold of yourself, you guys are strong enough and Aquaterrimon let us in the base just to try and keep me out of the battle but this time I'm going to need everyone here to help me out. The Digimon guardian in the legend beat the 5 forbidden Digimon with the help of the 10 legendary warriors so this is when you ten have to step up big time. Anyway you two should stop complaining like little girls and just get stronger with willpower. It's the only way all of us are going to get out of here alive." Jedrick said using a motivational voice.
Everyone just stared and grinned nodding with confidence shown in there face.
"Good, that's better" Jedrick said smiling.
The group then decided to head into their tents set up except Takuya and Zoe who went to the near cliff holding hands. Zoe was leaning her head to Takuya's shoulder.
"Do you think we're strong enough for this journey?" Zoe asked.
"At first after Aquaterrimon, I thought we got weak but after getting a hard hit in the stomach by Jedrick, I realized that we can beat anyone with the willpower" Takuya said smiling.
"Aw" Zoe then kissed him the cheek "There's the Takuya I know" Zoe said.
Takuya then smirked and brought Zoe to the field then tackled her putting him on top of her.
"TAKUYA WHAT ARE YOU DOING" Zoe screamed shockingly.
Takuya just smiled then started tickling her. Zoe then started laughing uncontrollably. Takuya then stopped.
"What was that for?" Zoe said.
Takuya then moved his face inches to Zoe.
"Just haven't done that to you in a while." Takuya responded.
Takuya then closed the gap as the two kissed passionately.
Jedrick was standing on top of the tree just noticing the couple.
"Ha those two are meant for each other" Jedrick said smiling in his head.
He was then staring at the same picture of him and Caroline wearing their best friend wristbands.
"When I get back to the real world, I will finally be strong enough to ask you out." He said to himself.
Meanwhile
Kouji and Kate were kissing in a nearby tree. They then stopped with a sad face on Kate's face.
"What do you think will happen after this is over?" Kate said.
"What do you mean" Kouji said with a confused look.
"Well remember I came here from France and you came here from Japan how would we be able to see each other again?" Kate said with tears about to burst.
Kouji just realized that fact. He completely forgot and now this is a problem. He doesn't even know what to do but knew what to say. He started by kissing Kate on her forehead.
"Don't worry Kate, we can worry about that another day but now, I just want to kiss you again." Kouji then connected their lips with Kate not resisting.

A/N: Well that was a long chapter that I have made in a while. So, who is this person that Darkomnimon is talking about, well that will unravel later on in the story. Until then, R&R.
