Chloe pov
After the plane finally landed in Hawaii we had about an hour to go explore until our next plane was ready.
"Hey want to go to the Starbucks over there" Jasmine asked me.
"Sure" I said smiling.
Jasmine and I weren't very close yet but I could tell we were going to be close friends after getting to know each other.
"Hello, what would you ladies like today" the worker behind the counter asked.
"Can I get a chocolate chip frappe" Jasmine asked.
"And can I get a caramel frappe" I asked finally glancing up at the worker.
"OMG Chloe is that you" the worker squealed.
"Amy" I screamed while hugging her over the counter.
"What's going on" Alek said rushing to my side with Valentina not far behind him.
"Alek this is my friend Amy, I haven't seen her for three years" I said while memories of our friendship flooded my head.
"Chloe guess what" Amy said while bouncing up and down.
"What" I said giggling at her jumping.
"Paul asked me to marry him" Amy said whilst increased her jumping.
"That's great" I said looking at her ring.
"Is there anything you want to tell me" Amy said a serious face covering her once happy one.
"No, why"I asked wondering what was going on.
"Oh, I don't know... maybe the fact you and that delicious looking hunk beside you have matching rings on your left hand" Amy asked while staring Alek up and down.
"Oh we're not really..." I said only to be cut off by my "loving husband".
"Yep we're married, happiest years of my life" Alek said while grabbing my hand.
"What" I asked looking over at Alek.
"That man in the suit has been watching us since we got here we need to try to keep our cover especially since your friend has been using your real name" Alek said softly so only I could hear him.
I slowly glanced behind me and sure enough a tall man in an all black suit was standing there looking at us.
"Our time is almost up" Valentina said, hinting for us to hurry up.
"Here's my number and email, message me later and I'll explain everything" I said quietly.
We boarded the next plane in our "groups", including Alek and I the "happy couple" and Valentina mother daughter,and I was instantly interrogated by Valentina once we reached our seats.
"Who was she? What is she? How does she know you? What does she know?" Valentina started asking.
"First, She is a close friend of mine when I use to live in Washington. Second, she's just a regular human. Third, she was with me my whole transformation. Finally, she knows about Mai and Jackals but she doesn't know what I specifically am or any prophecies" I said slightly out of breath from all the questions.
"Can we trust her with our secret" Valentina asked quietly.
"Yes her and Paul have kept our secret for years" I answered.
"This Paul guy knows also" She asked with a stern voice.
"Yes he was also with me during my transformation" I stated.
After the so called interrogation, I headed to my seat with Alek in tow once we reached our seats we noticed there were two more seats so we would have some people join us during the trip and now me and Alek couldn't get comfy like last time. We had five minutes till takeoff so we figured the passengers were going to be a no show until two boys looking around 20-25 rushed and sat in the empty seats next to me.
"Hi, I'm Sam and this is my brother Dean" A tall, skinny and yet somewhat built guy said.
His brother Dean was a little shorter but still pretty tall was very built and... was staring at me.
"Hi I'm Kaity and this Jonathan" I said with a smile.
"Nice to meet you Chloe" Dean said while taking my hand and kissing it earing a growl from Alek.
"Nice to meet you two" Sam said elbowing his brother in his side.
"What" dean asked smirking and once again checking me out.
"Ring" Sam whispered so we weren't meant to hear but Mai powers helped us out.
"Dammit" Dean cussed under his breath after seeing my ring.
Alek who was still glaring at Dean finally turned and looked at me.
"I don't trust that Dean guy" Alek whispered.
"Why is that" I asked yet already knowing that Alek was just jealous.
"Cause he was practically raping you with his eyes" Alek scream/whispered.
"And why is that a bad thing" I said smirking while dragging this out.
"Cause I don't like other men looking at my wife like that" Alek said looking over at the brothers who were now talking about some weird ghost hunting stuff or whatever that is.
"Is somebody jealous" I said smirking at him.
"Pffsh you wish King" Alek said smiling over at me.
The rest of the ride went by fast. Especially since I fell asleep after 30 minutes.
"Kaity...Kaity dear wake up...Come on love, wake up" I opened my eyes groggily to see Alek standing over me.
"Mmmmm... what" I groaned.
"Time to get off the plane" Alek said.
"Ughhhh... ok" I said getting up.
Alek handed me my bags.
"Thanks"I said.
Once we finally reached the terminal and met with Jasmine and Valentina.
"Me and Jasmine are taking one cab to the house and we will have you two in a separate cab going a different way" Valentina stated.
"Alek watch over Chloe and watch if you're being followed" Valentina added.
"Ok" Alek said while dragging me over to a rusty looking cab.
Alek took my bags from me even after my complaints and put the in the trunk. We got inside the cab and the driver instantly started driving away. Me and Alek looked at each other then looked in the rearview mirror and the driver looked at us turning his eyes into slits. Alek and I instantly caught on and relaxed in our seats.
