"I said NO!" Lucy cried as she turned away from the salamander who was bouncing around in front of her
"But come on" he pouted "it will be funny, plus it will help me"
"Natsu they aren't toys!" Lucy shouted "they are my spirits I can't just use them for stupid things like that, plus-" he voice trailed off I remember what happened last time she blushed
"It won't take long" Natsu stated "all you have to do is just summon them and I'll do the rest! Why won't you help me, don't you want to help me become stronger?"
"Tch why should I help you" Lucy reputed
"Because you liiike him!" happy cheered as he flew past their heads
"Gah! Damn you cat" Lucy cried as she swatted at the cat trying to hide her red features
"Come on Lucy don't be a wimp!" Cana shouted as she raised her barrel
"Be a man!" Elfman shouted as he fist pumped, Lucy sighed there is no way I can get out of this
"Come on this should be interesting" upon hearing this Lucy raised her head and saw a certain ice mage walking up to them
"What even you too" Lucy cried "I would have thought you of all people would have been against this" but he brushed off the comment
"yes it happened to me but you didn't find out everything all I said was that you were cute-" a shriek cut him off as he saw the water mage run out with tears in her eyes
"Gray-sama called Juvia's love rival cute!" she cried dramatically
"Huh" Gray looked around confused while Cana merely chuckled
"Don't mind Juvia, she'll be fine" she said before turning back to Lucy "now come on hurry up!"
Lucy sighed "fine, but I wont be held responsible for the consequences" the guild cheered and Natsu ran and hugged her causing the celestial mage to blush madly she kicked him away sending him flying
"Stupid flame brain" Gray laughed as he watched Lucy grab her keys until she reached a specific on. Holding it forward she cleared her throat
"Open gate of the twins! Gemini!" and in a flash gemi and mini appeared bouncing around "hey gemi and mini now please turn into Erza scarlet!" in another flash the two blue spirits were replaced by a perfect image of the Titania stood in front of the fairy tail mages. Natsu ran forward
"Come on Lucy use – huh" he stopped and saw 'Erza' in front of him and he became pale "oh hey Erza fancy seeing you here hehe" he smiled brightly
"Seriously" Gray muttered before slapping Natsu around the back of his head "you idiot that isn't Erza its Gemini!" Natsu's mouth formed the letter 'O' and then a large grin plastered his face
"Alright now I'm all fired up!" he walked forward "alright then tell me-" he was stopped as Gemini stepped forward and looked at the salamander
"Natsu Dragneel. Immature, idiotic, rushes into things without thinking. Is really dense…"
"Hey!" Natsu shouted but before he could continue Gemini hugged him causing the guild members to gasp seeing as it looked exactly like Erza. Gray looked away when he saw thisbut no one noticed
"But is brave, selfless, powerful, caring and one of the most courageous people I know. Has a strong sense of family and drive to protect the guild. Sees him as a little brother" Gemini pulled back and everyone stood there shocked
"Erza" Natsu said with wide eyes
"That was so sweet" Lucy said with a smile, which caused Gemini to turn around and look at their master
"Lucy Heartfilia. Lacks confidence, gets scared easily. Uses her sex appeal way too much"
"Tch you're one to talk" Cana laughed
"Hey if I've got it I may as well flaunt it!" Lucy shouted back defensively
"But has great potential, is a strong celestial mage, supports Natsu well may even have-"
"Hehe" Lucy laughed awkwardly as she covered Gemini's mouth
"See even the Titania realises there's something going-"
"Gray!" Lucy shouted as she was blushing. This distracted Gemini who now looked over at the ice mage
"Lucy! Gray!"
Immediately Lucy and Gray stopped and turned around with pale faces
"Phew it's only Gemini for a moment there I thought it was Erza!" Lucy laughed, she nudged Gray but never got a response she looked up and saw him with a slightly red face "Gray" Lucy whispered
"It's staring at me" he said in a panicked tone
"Hey they're spirits! Not 'it'!" Lucy said defending her spirits she looked back over to Gemini but noticed that 'Erza' was giving Gray a very strange look why is Gemini dong that to Gray she thought
"Gray Fullbuster" upon hearing Erza's voice Gray snapped out of thoughts he looked up at the fake Erza and noticed that there was a slight red tinge on the cheeks
"What the hell" Gray muttered "what's up with Gemini?" he asked Lucy who also looked at her spirits with a confused face
"I don't know, I've never seen Gemini or Erza even act like this" Lucy replied
"Gray Fullbuster" Gemini repeated but this time the facial expression changed "just like Natsu; always trying to outdo the other, always bickering and fighting. Has an annoying smirk, always strips which is very infuriating, is reckless, and never thinks anything through"
"Gesh" Gray sighed and looked away "glad to know she thinks so highly of me" he said in a sarcastic tone
"but-" Gray reluctantly looked up and glared slightly at the spirits but stopped when he saw the red taint reappears on the fake Erza's face as she looked away from Gray "she thinks that g-Gray"
"Did she just stutter" Cana asked with a shocked
"Nah Erza doesn't stutter" Natsu said who was still smiled after he heard what Erza thought of him
"No I don't stutter" at this the whole guild turned around
"See!" Natsu shouted "wait" he turned around and his face paled "oh no" he muttered
"Gate close!" Lucy whispered quickly making Gemini disappear
"Hello Erza how was the mission? A success I take it" Mira said with a smile from behind the bar
"Yes it was" Erza replied "you should have seen the enemy once I was through with them" she said loudly with an evil grin as she looked at her teammates. Natsu and Lucy gulped but Gray remained silent and deep in thought what was Gemini going to say before Erza came back he wondered and why was she blushing and stuttering
Erza walked past the guild mates went to Mira "tell master I've returned, but for now I'm going back to fairy hills" and with that she turned on her heels and walked off
"Oh my god I'm alive!" Lucy cheered
"She never killed us!" Natsu laughed "oi ice pants that was lucky right" he laughed but Gray just ignored his rival and ran off "hey ice princess where you going!" Natsu shouted
"To get answers!" Gray shouted back as he excited the guild hall I have to know what she thinks of me! How is it fair that Lucy and flame brain get to know what Erza thinks of them but not me! Surely I have some good points as well!
"Erza!" Gray shouted angrily before realising that the armoured mage was right in front of him; she turned around quickly and faced him
"what do you want?" she said in an angry tone normally Gray would be taken back at the tone of her voice but this time he had other issues to sort out no time backing out now he thought
"I want answers" he said bluntly
"What kind of answers Gray?" she asked
"Oh cut the crap!" he shouted angrily "I know you heard what Gemini said about Lucy and ash breath! I could sense you're magic energy! So why the hell did you stop me finding out!"
This time it was Erza that looked at him with a surprised face "so someone did notice"
"Of course I did!" Gray replied angrily but then changed his tone "but why did you stop then?"
"There was nothing else to say" she responded
"What so is that all you think of me?" Gray asked in a hurt tone "I'm just some stupid arrogant stripper that will never be good enough!" he took a step back and Erza realised what happened
"No I didn't mean that" she said quickly
"So what do you truly think about me then" he asked softly "because I need to know what I am in your eyes and I know there's something more. I could see it in Gemini's eyes and I can see it in yours now!" her facial expression changed and a smile smiled appeared on her lips
"You can always read me so now, even know you know I'm lying. But yet you still don't understand how I feel" she laughed lightly "I think you are dense like Natsu"
"Tch I'm not like that idiot"
"Oh really?" Erza challenged "you want to know fine! I think you can be arrogant at times with that half ass smirk of yours. That annoys me so much one of these days I'll slap it off you! You rush into things and never think about the consequences, how many times have I nearly lost you? And yes that stripping habit of yours does get on my nerves but it has its advantages"
"Eh" Gray said as he watched the armoured mage smile shyly at him
"Hey you wanted to know how I felt" she stated
"But that's just what Gemini said" Gray shouted getting frustrated as he stepped forward and grabbed Erza's arms "isn't there anything else?"
"What do you want me to say" she said looking away trying to avoid his gaze
"Well for starters I would hope that I have some positives" Gray chuckled lightly "just be honest with me, I'd prefer you to tell me how you feel instead of hearing it from the celestial spirits!"
"Well I guess you have your good features too" she laughed playfully as he frowned at her "well you are a really strong mage. You've saved us so many times especially me" her face reddened slightly "I don't think I've ever thanked you" Gray could feel his own face begin to heat up and suddenly he felt he was too close to the Titania, releasing her he stepped away
"No, no you don't have to thank me! We're nakama we are all here for each other besides you've saved my ass plenty of times"
"Yes but, you always seemed different plus you don't always physically. I mean…" she looked up at him and Gray couldn't help but stare "you were the one that found me by the riverbank back when we were kids, you helped me open up. You helped me become a true member of fairy tail"
"From the moment you walked in you were a true member of fairy tail" he replied with a smile
"see that's what I like about you Gray, you always know what to say and you make me feel better and comfort me" Gray blushed slightly she likes something about me! His mind shouted
"You always seem to be there for people Gray, especially me. I don't know what I'd do without you. Gray looked at the redhead and smiled she's finally opening up, she's speaking her mind without Gemini voicing it
"You're kind, funny, care about everyone in the guild including Natsu even though I know you two will never admit it. Plus you're very handsome…" Erza stop when she realised that she had just said the last part out loud. Gray looked at her with wide eyes did she just call me handsome?!
"Erm I don't mean that-well you are good looking. Not that I'm taking notice every time you strip around me-Gah!" Erza's face was red and Gray was pretty sure he was as well but he smirked
"So you think I'm good looking huh?" he said with a sly grin which caused her to blush even more
"W-well you are, I was just stating-"
"I thought the Titania didn't stutter" he whispered in her ear causing her to go as red as her hair
"shut up Gray!" she shouted angrily at him but with such a red face it didn't scare Gray its actually quite amusing, she looks so cute like this…wait cute?! He felt himself start to lose it as he cursed gaining the red heads attention
"Are you ok?" she asked wirily
"Yea yea was just thinking how cute you looked right now" he said boldly ah to hell with it! If she can be honest with me the least I can do is be honest with her
"What?" she said in a shocked expression and then she suddenly turned angry "don't mess around with my feelings when I'm trying to be honest with you!" she shouted accusingly at the ice mage who stood still
"What you think I'm just playing around?" he asked curiously
"Of course I do! Look what you were doing to me before! Making me all flustered and then saying that just to mess with me!" she raised her fist ready to send poor Gray flying but instead he grabbed onto her
"You think I'm kidding?! Please you've been honest with me so I'm doing the same thing! I think that you really are beautiful and I do care about you a lot" he said making his own cheeks redden not to mention that Erza was rendered speechless
"I think I like you" she said quickly before realising again what she said "damn it" she muttered before backing away "sorry Gray, i-I don't know what came over me but-" she was cut off as a pair of cool lips came crashing down onto her own. But before she even had time to react the ice mage pulled away
"I like you too" he laughed as he tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear while she stood in front of him with a shocked facial expression and wide eyes
"come on, I thought you wanted to go back to fairy hills" he said snapping her out of her trance he pulled her hand gently to gain her attention she walked by him silently lost in her own world as her hand traced over her lips.
Gray smiled as he looked down at her well I'm really glad I Gemini never told me all this! I much prefer Erza telling me herself. Plus I wouldn't be able to kiss her he added and mentally laughed damn for once I sure am glad for that flame idiot to think of that idea!
