Lindsay is back at Waterloo Road and finds it hard settling back in. Emily is happy to have her older sister back. This is Lindsay's journey of coming back home and having 3 new step siblings, 2 new half siblings and personal problems which she wants to keep secret. Will Lindsay ever get back to normal?

A/N: I am so, so sorry for the long wait…I have been meaning to update in AGES, but things have been getting in the way. To save you all re reading it all and getting lost with the plot, I will remind you of the story so far and the characters involved : )

***Characters***

OK, so the characters which I have used that belong to the BBC/Shed Productions are Lindsay, Emily, Marion James (found out her real name by re watching series 5) and the rest of the series 7 (the last part) cast.

There are character who I created and belong to me. These are:

-John Holland: Marion's partner and Sian's love interest.

-Katie Holland: 17 years old; the half sister of Kyle, Hannah and Poppy.

-Kyle (16), Hannah (14) and Poppy Holland (11): The half siblings of Katie and Isaac. Isaac is mentioned, but not really featured)

-Shannon Price: 16 years old; Kyle's ex-girlfriend and the mother of their 6 month old child, Lilly.

-Karla Smith and Logan: Kyle had a brief relationship with Karla; Logan is their 2 year old son. They are mentioned, but again, not really featured.

-Scott: Scott is the violent ex-boyfriend of Lindsay.

-Bill, Marny (14) and Oscar (10): The step family of Katie: Oscar is Katie's half brother.

-Brianna, Roxanne, Ben 'Spider', Matt 'Bricker', Maia, Liam, Cameron, Rihanna and Jack: These are the gang of kids from local school, Coopers Park High School. They were responsible for Poppy's injuries.

***So, what's happened so far…***

Lindsay has returned to Waterloo Road after her release. Initially, she tries to make sure her mum doesn't find out she is back, but Lindsay is rushed to hospital when she collapses and her mother finds out.

Lindsay isn't too pleased to find out Marion has a new partner, John. They have twins Melissa and Joshua together. John's 3 younger children, Kyle, Hannah and Poppy, move in with them after their mother died from a suspected drug overdose.

Kyle has 2 children of his own-Logan and Lilly. He lost all rights over Logan to Karla's new boyfriend, who adopted him. Shannon has been blackmailing Kyle to get him to see their daughter Lilly or she'd tell John.

Hannah has been working illegally in a salon, and was caught out by Jez when he came in for a hair do. She is quite bright, but hides it with her popularity and tough exterior. Poppy was beaten up by Coopers Park High School kids, landing her in hospital for days.

Lindsay recently got engaged to Paul Langley and after her violent relationship with Scott, she decides to keep it quiet.

John is reunited with his lover from his University days-Sian Diamond. Despite being with Marion, John is still very much in love with Sian Diamond. Wonder what will happen next between them ?
