Princess Tutu: The After Story

Chapter 3: Arriving

Merry early Christmas! SORRY FOR LEAVING THIS STORY FOR LIKE...A YEAR! :O I'm sooo sorry! Gomen! This chapter will be short, but I really hope to make this story actually get off the ground.

Zecroshac: Umm..I'll try my best. I've kinda forgotten the plot... :( I'll try hard to remember it!

Fakir held up a quill pen, and a sheet of parchment. "Are you ready?" Ahiru nodded. She was clothed in her old school uniform. Fakir began writing.

The duck who had turned back into a human stood in front of the bookshelf. A light suddenly caught her and sent her into the book where Muteo and Rue were living.

Ahiru's body started to glow, and she disappeared into the book. Fakir sat down, and waited for the events to unfold.

Ahiru dropped onto a cobblestone street, before looking around. Where was she exactly? Looking up, she saw a tall castle before hear, and decided that's probably where Muteo was.

She ran towards the castle, through the street vendors calling out their wears, past children who played games, and many couples holding hands.

It is just a fairy tale, she thought.

She reached the gates, panting. Being a duck, one doesn't get much exercise. Walking up to a guard, she looked up into their face, which is covered by their helmet.

"I need to speak to Rue and Muteo," she said. The guard snorted.

"Doesn't everyone?" he stated. "Go away peasant."

With a hard shove, Ahiru went sprawling onto the ground. Sitting up, she frowned. She looked up at the sky.

"Fakir?" she asked. "I need your help." There wasn't a single sign that Fakir had heard her.

Getting up, she walked back down the street, holding her red pendent. She would have to think of another way to get into the castle without getting caught...

Sighing, she headed towards the outskirts of town. Perhaps there, she could contemplate what to do.

After she reached the bridge leading outside, she walked down towards the forest.

Hugging herself out of lack of warmth, she stopped by a tree, and sat down. What could she do? If she couldn't get into see Muteo and Rue, how was she supposed to get answers for why she was human again? And how come Fakir wouldn't answer her?

He'd said he would be watching her, and helping her get to see the king and queen of the story. She curled up and closed her eyes.

She would figure out how to see Muteo tomorrow, for sleep was overtaking her and causing her to slumber.

Yeah, short chapter... But I don't really remember everything I had planned...it was gonna be really awesome though. :/ Hopefully the plot will come back to me sometime soon, then I can continue this story. -_-
