Sorry it's up so late, again, guys. I couldn't think of anything (I've also been VERY busy, for many reasons), and then one of my closest friends- aviya182- gave me a great idea! You'll see what it is once you start reading the chapter... ;)
I'm also sorry that it's short. Next chapter will be longer. :-) Enjoy!

2 weeks later

Zach and I sit in our car, waiting and watching for Sam and Courtney's bus to arrive. Several other cars are here, too; probably parents here to pick up their kids.
Zach and I plan on telling Sam and Courtney that we're engaged when we head home. I can't wait to see their reactions…
I've been having really bad mood swings lately, thanks to Miss Red, who comes every month… At least I get to cuddle up with a good book and not have anyone bother me, 'cause, well… I'd bite their heads off.
Zach's been good about it, though, because he knows when to keep quite and when to comfort me- getting depressed is another one of the side effects. Well, for me, any way.
"When do you think they're gonna get here? 5 minutes?" I ask, looking back at the road. Zach shrugs and checks his watch.
"That's what the e-mail said." He replies. I sit back with a sigh and move my head to face him.
"We should really start looking, you know. For a place." He gives me a small smile.
"Yes, definitely. We also need to figure out how we're gonna tell the other two about us." He takes my hand in his and we lace our fingers together.
"We'll just tell them." I squeeze his hand.
"Yeah, I guess."
"I can't wait." I say after a few moments of silence pass between us. "I really want this to happen. You and I, just the two of us…" I laugh. "Just imagine that! And a whole family…" I shake my head. "Best thing I could ever wish for, being with you." Zach smiles widely and cups my cheek with his hand, his thumb brushing something away…
a tear.
I give him a smile and watch as a tear rolls down his cheek, too.
"I love you so much, Cammie." He whispers softly to me.
"I love you too, Zach." We look into each other's eyes for a few more moments before connecting our lips in a passionate kiss. We slowly pull apart, my eyes fluttering open. In the corner of my eye, I see a car pull into the spot next to ours, and a bus pulling into the parking lot. Another two follow, but my eyes don't leave Zach's until the bus stops.
"They're here." We both look at the busses and watch as their sides inch up, exposing all the kids' luggage. Zach and I get out of the car and stand next to each other, waiting for Sam and Courtney to appear.
As they get off one of the busses and retrieve their bags, Zach and I walk toward them. When they finally see us, they smile.
"Hey, guys!" I run up to them first, a big grin on my face and I hug them both. I pull away from them after a few seconds. "How was it? Have a good time?" A wrap an arm around each one of their shoulders, standing in the middle of them, and start walking them toward the car.
"Hey, Cam! I'd like to hug them too, you know." Zach calls. "Courtney is my sister."
I whisper to Sam and Courtney, "He'll get his turn in a few seconds. I'm with you two now." They both giggle.
Zach is carrying the bags that the kids couldn't hold. I open the trunk and let him shove all their stuff in. I then grab the other bags and put them in as Zach goes over to them to greet them.
"Ready to go?" I ask everyone. I get nods and smiles in reply. I look over at Zach, catching his eye- now? He looks over at Sam and Courtney, already climbing in the car. He hesitates slightly and then nods. "Hey, guys?" I ask them. They look at me.
"Yeah?" They ask simultaneously. I look back at Zach who then wraps his arm around me.
"We've got something we need to tell you." He says.
"You're not breaking up, right?" Courtney asks, her voice small. We laugh.
"No, no. That's never gonna happen." I answer. Sam's eyes light up, probably connecting the dots. "We're engaged, guys." Courtney squeals and jumps out of the car, giving us both a huge hug.
"I'm so happy! I can't believe you guys are getting married!" Courtney says. Sam finally manages to get out of the car and he too gives us a hug- well, he gives me a hug, and he and Zach do that fist-pump thing. Oh well.
"Congrats!" I smile widely at them both.
"Well, then, let's get going, shall we?" Zach says, patting me lightly on the back and then walks over to the driver's side. I shut the door behind Courtney and then jump in the passenger seat.

2 days later

"Have a good time!" I yell out to Sam and Zach, who are going out on a guy's day. No clue what they're doing, but I think Zach mentioned bowling last night… I don't really remember.
"Thanks!" They yell back. I close the door and then walk up to my room, taking the steps two at a time.
I sit down on my bed with The Vanished Man by Jeffery Deaver. I started the book the other day, but haven't had the chance to continue since. I haven't really had the urge to read since I read The Fault In Our Stars, which completely crushed my heart into tiny little pieces…
…not that it matters, of course.
It's just that it ruined me completely. I'm okay, though.
Shouldn't have said that…
But to get my mind off of it, even though it was absolutely amazing, I tried to read another book- in this case, The Vanished Man- and do some other random activities. I actually went out with my mom for a few hours. We went grocery shopping and looked in a few clothes stores. I enjoyed it a lot.
The book I'm reading now is really good. It's a murder mystery/thriller. Lincoln Rhyme is awesome, by the way.

My phone ringing makes me jump. I put my book down and check the caller ID.
"Hello?" I ask into it.
"Hi, is this Cammie?"
"Yes, and who is this?"
"I'm Jack Hardwick (anyone knows who he is? Dauntless cake to anyone who does ;-)), miss. I've called to inform you that your… fiancée and your brother have been in a car accident." I gasp. "Nothing too serious, Miss Cammie, but if you could just come down…"

I rush into the hospital and see Sam sitting in one of the chairs, perfectly fine.
"Sam! Hey, what happened? Are you hurt? Is Zach ok?"
"I'm fine, but I'm not too sure about Zach… The car was coming pretty fast at us. I was sitting in the back, so-"
"Why were you in the back?" He shrugs.
"Felt like it. But as I was saying, the car was on our right and hit the front of the car, and he got a little smushed in his seat. Not sure how bad it is, but I think they said something about his leg…" I give him a huge hug.
"I'm so happy you're ok." He hugs me back, and we just sit there, his head on my shoulder and my head on top of his.
Zach's parents walk down the hall towards us a few minutes later, relieved looks on their faces. I stand up and go over to them.
"Is he ok?" I ask.
"Broken leg. That's it, thank G-d." His mom tells me. I sigh a sigh of relief.
"That's not bad."
"He's asking for you, though. Not that you can visit him yet, 'cause they need to do a few things first… might take a while." His dad says. I nod.
"Thanks." They both smile. I put my arms out in a gesture for a hug, which they give me. I embrace them tightly and let go after a few seconds. "He's ok. That's all that matters, right?"
"Yes."

"Knock, knock." I say as I slowly open the door to Zach's room. He looks up and smiles at me.
"Hey, Cam. Come over here." He gestures to me to walk over, which I do. I take his hand in mine.
"How ya feeling?"
"I'm fine, really. Not too bad, just my leg, that's all. Not going to be able to dance with you for a long while, though, sorry to say."
"I'm not worried." I lean over and kiss him lightly.
"You know what's really good about this?" he asks me, a spark of amusement twinkling in his eye. Uh-oh.
"What?"
"Since it's going to be hard for me to get around, and I'll probably be staying in bed a lot, I got to thinking, and I've got a few… fun ideas. I'm going to need someone to help me, and who better a person than you? So, you know, I bought this sexy nurse outfit for you, funnily enough." He laughs a bit. "Sam needed to go the bathroom, so I quickly ran to get it. Thought we could do something with it. And what a better situation? You'll be my nurse." He winks and I groan.
"Zach, we're supposed to help you get better, not worse."
"Who is this 'we', Cam?" He gives me a look. "It's just gonna be you. I'd never want to see our parents in nurse costu-"
"That's not where I was going and you know it." He just gives me that damn smirk of his, that's all sexy and annoying at the same time. "I'm really just happy that you're ok, and not worse."
"Yeah, me too. Though I probably wouldn't have minded, 'cause then it would've meant more sexy time with you." I roll my eyes. "Besides, you'd be on top the whole time, anyway. You like that, right?" His voice takes up a deeper, huskier tone. "You'll be the one dressing and undressing me, and the one who gets to wash me. Imagine how much fun that would be. We both gain from this, Cam, and I can't wait 'til I'm outta here and get to see you in that sexy outfit. Gosh, I'm getting hard just thinking about you in it…" He groans. My panties are already wet…
"Zach…" I try to say his name in more of a warning tone, but it comes out more like a moan.
"Nurse Cammie, I'm gonna have my way with you sooner than later, so you might wanna prepare…"

:-) Was it ok? Any suggestions?
I'm thinking of writing another fic- I'm thinking of making it FourTris (Divergent). I've got the whole idea planned out. I'm really happy with it. :-) Now I just need to write it... ;-)
Anybody else here read The Fault In Our Stars?
