Vision Quest
"What are you doing here, Pheebs?"
"Good morning to you too Piper. Can't I come back to my old house?"
Piper folded her arms, while looking at her sister flipping through the Book of Shadows. "You know what I mean. Why are you here at 8 a.m, looking through the book. Shouldn't you spend the time with 'uncle Coop.'"
"Well, that's a part of my problem." Phoebe finally stopped flipping and started making hand gestures to go with her story. "I like Coop, I do. But it's a lot to take in, before yesterday he was a cupid, who I couldn't fall in love with, because of the rules. And then Wyatt and Chris told me, yeah this is the guy you're going to marry. What am I supposed to do with that information. He knows everything about me, and I hardly know anything about him. I like him, but do I love him." Phoebe fell down on the couch, hands on her head.
"Don't you think you're slightly overreacting here. Nobody said you had to marry him straight away, go on a date, get to know him. Just pretend it's one of your premonition. You didn't panic when you thought you had to marry Dex." Piper sat down next to her sister and put her arm around her.
"That was different. Nobody ever called him uncle Dex."
"Oh, uncle Dex." Paige said on a teasing tone. She orbed in just to hear the end of Phoebe's sentence.
"Paige, what are you doing here?"
"Good morning to you too."
"Sorry, I didn't mean it like that. Just Phoebe is here is avoiding Coop. Just tell me your not avoiding Henry, again."
"You're avoiding Coop, why?" Paige turned her attention to Phoebe.
"You tell her, I've things to do." Phoebe walked back to the Book and started flipping through it, again.
"Don't tell me we have to vanquish a demon." Phoebe merely shook her head at Paige comment. "Then why are you looking through the book."
"I'm looking for that potion, for a vision quest." Both her sisters gave her the 'spill it' look. "I've been thinking, about this whole ultimate power, Triad thing. Isn't it weird that they came up with this plan 15 years ago. I mean if they knew about us then, why not kill us then. Or when we just got our power, because back then we weren't powerful enough to stop them. Or why send demons at us, at all, if they expected no one was going to take us out." Phoebe finally found the right page and started making the potion.
"Nothing we are going to say, is going to change your mind is it?" Piper asked Phoebe, before turning to Paige. "You still didn't say why you are here so early in the morning."
"Can't a sister just stop by in the morning, eating breakfast with her family."
"Paige," Pipers voice and her stern look, made Paige give in.
"Okay, okay. Henry can't cook. I want to cook, I really do, but he doesn't even have the right pan or ingredients or anything. And I wanted to go shopping for those things, but he didn't have time and then we had to hide in the underworld, and I didn't have time, and I just missed your cooking." Paige said, smiling at Piper.
"So one vision quest and one breakfast coming up." Piper laughed, she didn't know why she worried so much about her sisters moving out. They were here all the time anyway. "You've time for breakfast, before you start your vision quest."
Phoebe just finished the potion. "Yeah sure."
After breakfast Phoebe lied down on the couch in the attic, taking the potion and start her vision quest.
Just a little chapter to get the story started, next chapter we will find out the truth about the ultimate power.
I'm still planning on continue my other story, but it might take a while.
