Author's Note

Sorry for the long time no update! I didn't mean for it to be so long, but I caught up with school, and I just got a new laptop, so I've been trying to set everything up and trying to get back on track. Well, let's see how this goes, Next Chapter is Epilogue!

-Page Break-

Cassie walked back into the living with Diana, the circle was gathered, and for the first time since the defeat of black John, they all looked happy. Cassie went to take a seat next to Nick who instantly put his arm around her.

Cassie looked around the circle, Diana was talking with Lauren and Melanie, Deborah Suzan and Faye were laughing at Sean who was making a list of jokes. Chris and Doug were talking with Adam, telling him all their ideas for future pranks.

"Do you think everything is going to be okay now?" Cassie asked Neck as she rested her head on his shoulder.

"I think it's going to be as good as it gets," Nick said, "The only thing I care about is that we're together, and hopefully nothing will interrupt us again."

Cassie smiled, "Thanks for always being there for me Nick, I love you Nick."

"I love you too Cassie," Nick said as Diana came over and pulled Cassie up and took her to the kitchen.

"Hey," Cassie said as she was dragged to the kitchen by Diana Lauren and Melanie, "What are we doing here?"

"We are planning a party on the beach," Diana said grinning.

"Why is that?" Cassie asked.

"A celebration for getting the circle back together, to being a group again," Lauren said.

"Alright, what's the plan?" Cassie asked as she took a seat on the stool.

"Me and Mel are going to make a potion so we don't freeze," Lauren said, "You and Diana are going to get everyone's things prepares, no one is to know about this."

"Got it, top secret midnight party at the beach, how do you suspect that we're going to get them down to the beach?" Cassie asked.

"We call an emergency meeting," Diana said to Cassie, "Faye already knows, and she's agreed, she isn't going to tell anyone."

Cassie nodded and the four girl continued to plan the party at the beach. An evening of fun was exactly what the circle needed to seal their bond together.

Cassie carried the thing everyone needed to the beach. She had told Nick she was going to spend some girl time with Diana, and technically she wasn't lying. Cassie and Diana sat down in the sand and waited for Lauren and Melanie to show up with the potion they needed to be able to call everyone.

"Have you talked to Adam yet?" Cassie asked Diana.

"No, I can't not yet, I will eventually though," Diana said looking down at the ground.

"Sooner is better than later," Cassie said, "It's obvious when you look at him that what you feel for him is love, and I know you don't have that cord that connects you, but maybe with time it will appear, and you'll realize that you're meant to be together. Don't give up because you're scared it might not turn out the way you wanted it to, you have to just try."

"I don't want to get hurt again," Diana said, "I love you Cassie, you're like a sister to me, but whenever I saw Adam look at you, it was pure love, and that's how I want him to look at me. I want to feel loved, and I guess I'm just scared that if I go back to Adam it wouldn't work, and in the end I'm the one that gets hurt again. I'll have to see everyone else be happy and in love, while I'm just lonely bitter ol' me." Diana said.

Cassie grabbed Diana's hand, "You never noticed, but the way Adam used to look at you was the way I see Nick look at me. There' s love there, you just have to find it. Adam is just confused right now, show him that you love him and he'll figure out that he loves you too."

"I'll give it a try, but I don't promise anything," Diana said as she stood to greet Lauren and Melanie. Cassie followed as the girl had 12 water bottles in the hands. They were all blue and were meant to protect everyone from the cold. The four girls sent out the emergency meeting. It was 15 minutes till midnight and they wanted everyone here before midnight. The four girls laughed as Faye showed up with a bed head Suzan. Chris Doug and Adam showed up with Sean. Deborah showed up with a worried Nick who went straight to Cassie. Cassie laughed and kissed Nick to calm his worry.

"Well, we though a surprise midnight beach party was in order," Diana said.

"So, grab a water bottle drink up and change into your suits, it's almost midnight," Cassie said as she handed a water bottle to Nick and got one for herself. Everyone drowned their drink and changed quickly. It was 11:59 and they counted down once it was midnight they all jumped in. This was their start of a new day, the start of a new circle, a united circle. Nick and Cassie stayed at the edge of the beach to themselves. Everyone else was splashing around, and they stayed together. Cassie still had some stitches, so she couldn't get in completely.

"I love you Nick," Cassie said, "Always and Forever."

Nick grinned and kissed Cassie, "I love you Cassie, Always and forever."

"When I moved here, I thought it was just going to be another boring town," Cassie said, "Thank you for changing that."

"Life with you is never boring Cassie," Nick said smiling.

Cassie laughed, "I think that might change now, but who knows."

"I'll never get bored of you Cassie," Nick said smiling as Cassie sat on his lap in the sand. Nick wrapped his arms around Cassie and she rested her head on his shoulder.

"You're the best thing that has ever happened to me," Cassie whispered.
