NOTE: I have written this same note on other stories of mine, but I will say it on this one as well – I am horrible at updating consistently and I am very, very sorry, I'll work on it. I have incorporated some events from the Halloween special in this chapter, but not of all it is the same. Enjoy!

The girls walked around for a long time looking around for somebody who could be A. They had no idea who A was, so they were just completely lost. Once the girls reached the main tent, they saw someone wearing the creepy gas mask suit in A's lair.

"Guys. Do you think that's – " Aria started to whisper.

"A? I doubt it, we don't know him." Spencer replied.

"It could be a coincidence that he's wearing the same outfit that was in the lair." Hanna said confused, she knew that Ezra had to be A.

"Really?" Emily said. "It's the exact same – "

"I – I don't know okay. We just can't go around and accusing everyone of being A." Spencer snapped.

"Sorry if we're just a little paranoid that we're at a party, in a graveyard, in Ravenswood." Hanna said back. It was as if everyone as forgotten Ezra was walking with them.

"What are you girls talking about?" Ezra said nonchalantly.

"Oh, nothing." Spencer said. Spencer knew that it was a horrible idea that Aria had told Ezra where they were. They could never go looking for Alison with him here.

"Hey, Aria. I'm going to find a bathroom, okay?" Ezra said. He then walked away from the girls. As he left the tent, Aria saw the man wearing Ezra's costume follow him out. Luckily, she was the only one who noticed.

So far so good. She thought to herself.

The girls continued on, not knowing where to go. Aria looked over and swore she saw a red coat.

Alison is such a liar. She thought to herself. She wasn't supposed to be wearing the red coat. Aria then remembered who she was thinking of, Alison, who probably invented the lie.

"Is that… Ali?" Spencer said rushing towards a tall gate. Everyone followed her into a small courtyard, but they were the only ones there.

All of a sudden Aria's phone rang. She answered and whispered quietly while the other girls looked at their surroundings. After about a minute, Aria hung up.

"That was Ezra. He left; he said he had to take care of something at home."

"Good." Spencer said. "We couldn't do anything with him here."

"Do you have a problem with Ezra or something?" Aria snapped.

"No. I didn't say that at all. I was just saying that we can't really talk about Redcoat and A if he's around. Gosh Aria, you don't need to be so judgmental." Spencer said the last part under her breath.

The girls looked around the small little courtyard and noticed a small opening behind a large statue. Spencer and Emily pushed it to the side and they filed in, Aria after them, Hanna last. Hanna looked around; she felt like they were being watched.

Of course we're being watched. A has been watching us for years. She thought to herself. She was just being paranoid.

As she took one step to go through the small little opening, someone grabbed her and pulled her away. She was dragged to the front gate and shoved onto the sidewalk right outside of it. She looked up and saw a man in the gas mask suit from the lair.

Ezra.

"Mr. – Ez – " Hanna didn't know what to call this man. "You don't have to do this."

"I'm going to need that diary back Miss Marin." Ezra reached his hand towards Hanna with his palm facing up.

"I'm not going to give it to you." Ezra took one step towards Hanna and she flinched and immediately reached for her bag. "Here, just take it. I've known who you are. Think about what Aria is going to think when she finds out. Would you really hurt her that much?"

Ezra grabbed the diary from Hanna's hands. "I'm not worried about Aria right now. She is not what is important. What is important is that I have this diary." He waved the diary in Hanna's face and opened it. A look of horror suddenly came across his face. "Where are the pages? What did you do with them?"

"I'm not stupid, I ripped them out, and I'm not going to tell you where they are."

"Oh, but you are going to tell me where they are; or you might not make it back to Rosewood."

"We've been gone a long time, my friends have probably already noticed that I'm gone and they're going to suspect something."

"Don't be so sure."

"Guys, be careful, there are a lot of loose rocks down here." Spencer warned. She had no idea where they were and just kept walking through the dark passageway.

Aria was the only one who noticed that Hanna was gone, only because it was part of the plan. She had to play along.

"Hey Han, didn't you bring a flashlight?" No response of course, "Han?" The others then turned around and noticed their missing friend.

"Where's Hanna?" Emily gasped. "Did you guys see her go missing?"

"If we did Em, we would have said something earlier." Aria said back.

"Hanna?! Where are you?" Spencer screamed. Her voice boomed and echoed off the walls.

All of a sudden, the lights flickered and a huge rush of wind came bursting through the tunnel. There was a few more seconds of flickering lights before they went out completely. They were lost in the dark missing one-fourth of their group.

Fortunately for Aria, she knew her way around this place with her eyes closed, so the dark was no problem for her. She tried to escape quietly while the other two girls were still screaming for Hanna.

Aria found the secret door and sealed it shut tight so that the other girls couldn't come back out that way. She started walking towards the front gate where she knew Ezra had Hanna. All of a sudden, her phone buzzed.

I'm taking her to the lair. Meet you there? There was no need for a signature.

Alright. I'll be there in five. Aria replied.

"Who were you texting?" Hanna questioned, "The rest of your little 'team'? Like I said before, my friends are going to find me."

"Just shut up Hanna!"

About a minute later, Aria burst into the room.

"Aria! You found me! Where are—" Hanna started.

"I know where she hid the pages." Aria told Ezra. A confused look suddenly took over Hanna's face.

"Aria?" Hanna whimpered.

"Hanna, you already know too much, so if you would shut up like I've asked you before, that would be great." Ezra said sternly.

"Aria." Hanna said louder.

"What Hanna?" Aria didn't know why he hadn't just duct taped her already.

"Why?" Hanna's voice returned to a whimper. Aria ignored the question and kept talking to Ezra.

"When are we supposed to meet Alison? What time is it?"

"It's 10:05. We have about an hour."

"What about her?" Aria said tilting her head towards Hanna.

"I'll take care of it." The voice didn't belong to any of the three people in the room. It was clear and crisp, a voice that you would easily get lost in. Ezra and Aria turned and both saw her at the same time; long blonde hair, blue eyes, and a twisted smile.

Alison DiLaurentis.

NOTE: I really hope you enjoyed this chapter! As always, please tell me how I could improve my story or tell me anything that you want to happen! As said before, I will work on my updating! Thanks for reading!
