A/N: Tumblr Love Prompt 3#: A/U Some guy is flirting with Sanji and Sanji is obliviously going along with it. Zoro gets jealous and decides to mark his territory.

He's Mine

~X~

Zoro and Sanji have been beating around the bush for a few weeks now. Zoro has been wanting to ask Sanji out, and the blond had been patently waiting. Finally after two and half weeks, Zoro managed to ask Sanji out for that Friday night. Sanji was more than pleased and accepted.

So when Friday came along Zoro took Sanji to a club. Somewhere they could both dance and drink and have a good time. That was the plan anyway. Zoro wasn't counting on feeling nervous as the day came, and when it was time for the date, he was a wreck. When they got to the bar, Zoro led Sanji right to the bar and sat down. His throat was dry and he was unsure what to do or say. It didn't help that the blond looked drop dead gorgeous that night.

Sanji was wearing black skinny jeans, and an open white button up shirt, with a black tank top underneath. Zoro could barely keep his eyes off the blond. He wanted nothing more than to take him out to the dance floor so he could put his hands all over Sanji's lean body. It was driving Zoro crazy, and yet he was too nervous to even ask Sanji if he wanted to dance.

As a half hour past, the two were still sitting there at the bar. Zoro was getting frustrated. He felt like he was acting like an idiot, and around Sanji. The conversations they had were casual and he had a feeling Sanji was bored now. That's just what he needed to fuck up the first date. Sanji will never want to date him again. He needed to get a grip. "I'll be right back," Zoro said in the blond's ear. He got up then and made his way to the men's room.

"Okay," Sanji said, watching as Zoro walked away. He sighed and looked at his half empty whiskey glass. Much like Zoro he too felt he was ruining the date. Zoro didn't seem interested in him at all. He wasn't sure what he should do or say to lighten up the mood.

Sanji took a swallow of his whiskey and sighed softly. He glanced around to see if Zoro was coming back, and his heart sank seeing no sign of the man. He wondered vaguely if the greenhead left. He hoped he didn't.

Just then a man sat next to Sanji on his other side. Sanji took notice of him quickly and looked up. He was very tall, a cigar resting on his lip, his black hair slick back and he noticed a scar across his nose. Sanji had to admit the man was very handsome and was looking right at him.

"Uh Hi," Sanji greeted.

"Hello, I noticed your date ran off," the man said, eying Sanji carefully. "A shame, you are a looker."

Sanji blushed and looked away. "He'll be back in a moment."

"Perhaps. Have you been seeing him long?" the man asked casually. He raised a hand to the bartender and shook his empty whiskey glass.

"Well he and I have been friends for a while now. He just asked me out the other day," Sanji smiled, remembering the awkwardness of that little moment. Zoro was so shy.

The man chuckled. "He should have been already catering to your every whim. You should be treated like a prince."

Sanji blushed. This man had a way for words.

"I'm Crocodile," Crocodile said, extending out his hand.

"Sanji, nice to meet you," Sanji said and shook the man's hand.

"If your friend doesn't return would you like to dance?" Crocodile asked, a smile forming on his face.

"Oh uh..."

Crocodile leaned forward and whispered into Sanji's ear. "I can make your night worth while."

Sanji was beet red now and he wasn't sure how to respond. "Well..."

"Excuse me, but that's my date you are flirting with," Zoro said from behind the blond. "And he'll be dancing with me."

Sanji jumped and looked at Zoro. "Oh!" he said and was grabbed by the arm. He waved at Crocodile as he was dragged to the dance floor, and happily allowed Zoro to put his hands on his hips.

"Sorry for making you wait," Zoro said, and he leaned into Sanji whispering in his ear. "But you make me nervous."

Sanji smiled and he moved along with the beat. "Another minute you would have lost me."

"I don't think so," Zoro said and he bit into Sanji's neck, gently kissing and sucking at the flesh. He heard Sanji gasp and felt the blond grip onto his shirt. It excited Zoro to know that he had this affect on the blond. "You're mine Cook," he said staring Sanji in the eyes. "And you have the mark to prove it."

Sanji blushed but smiled happily. Zoro was finally making a move. Still he may have to kill him later for bruising his skin, even if it did turn him on.

The End.
