Ha. Being a ranger I wear my armour proudly in this wasteland and get honoured when bullets try to hit my helmet.. ah bandits such bad aim. The situation is strange a nuclear winter just appeared out of no where, abnormal cold and darkness and smoke slowing covering the sun's rays from countries.
Good times for rouge's, bounty hunters and other ill mattered people to be making their trade, unfortunate times for the traders and survivors.. once you're name is on any list out here that's it say goodbye to your family, friends and or pets. Bounty Hunters are the literal scum of the wasteland worst than raiders nothing compared to bandits, I hate them personally.. and now Boston is an absolute ghost town thats Hunter central. I've always wondered if I was on anyones list or if they even knew my name? Once a NCR Ranger there isn't really a reason to have a name only a number and most of the time the number isn't even used, we're like bounty hunters to the people apart from killing innocent and stalking anyone like a beast stalks it's prey..
The people used to look at us as a helping hand and a way out of this war but after the incident at the new vegas strip there is no hope they'll look at us as friendlies even bandits despise us, which personally I find as a compliment but that's just me.. The NCR are now a name of fear and destruction for the wasteland so why not act on that description? The stories of this winter will be all over the place and far fetched so why hide behind the true meaning and bend the rules? It's a once in a life time a nuclear winter occurs so acting out won't turn heads.
