Let's go shopping

Pairing: Nope just Felicity and Sarah

"So how long have you been here?" Sarah asked

"Quite a while now" Felicity answered leaving an awkward silence between them.

"So umm I guess you know where all the clothing shops are . . . right?" Sarah asked her again

Felicity stopped typing and turned around facing Sarah. "So in other words you want to go shopping?" Felicity asked with a small smile on her face.

"Yeah. I've been in Starling for few weeks now and I literally have nothing to wear." Sarah said with a small smile as well.

"Sure, let me install this new upgrade and we'll go." Felicity told her.

"Thanks Felicity" Sarah murmured

"No problem" Felicity answered her not looking up from the computer screen

"Sorry for keeping you waiting" Felicity apologized. "I had a small problem"

"It's ok. So shall we go?" Sarah asked

"Sure let's go. Where would you like to go first?" Felicity asked Sarah as they went up the stairs of the lair.

"Well there was this shop called 'Forever 21'. Does it still exist?" Sarah asked

"Oh yeah. C'mon let's get going. Yesterday I saw this really cute top. It had a heart on it and there was an arrow through it. I'll bet it'll look good on you." Felicity kept rambling until they got in her car.

"Thanks Felicity but I'll bet it would look amazing on you." Sarah replied letting a bigger smile form on her face.

"Oh shut up you" Felicity said as she playfully shoved Sarah's shoulder.

"No you shut up" Sarah retorted as she shoved Felicity's shoulder as well and then Sarah did something she didn't do for a long time.

She laughed.

At Forever 21

"Guess you were right. It does look good on me" Felicity smiled as she kept looking at herself in the mirror.

"I'm always right" Sarah joked

"I feel bad. I get to buy something and you didn't" Felicity said with a little pout.

"Don't worry about it Fel, we'll just go to another store. I've grown now and these clothes are just not cut for me anymore"

"Ok let me just pay for this and we'll get going" Felicity said as she neatly folded the shirt and made her way to the cash register

Sara smiled liking her new friend Felicity She started to walk over to Felicity when suddenly she felt watched. She turned around but saw nothing out of place so she kept walking thinking it was just her imagination.

It wasn't

"So then he shot the arrow. . . only to be hit in the face" Sara said trying to contain her laughter.

"Guess there is a first for everything" Felicity said laughing heartedly.

Sarah kept chuckling as she took a sip of her lukewarm coffee.

"Yeah there is" Sara agreed.

Suddenly a comfortable silence settled between them

"Felicity…thanks" Sara said breaking the silence whilst Felicity was drinking the rest of her coffee.

"For what?" Felicity tells her caught off guard.

"For taking me shopping, for making me feel normal again for being my friend and most importantly thank you for being there for Oliver." Sara tells her leaning in close to her and grabbing her hand in the process.

"It was nothing. I would have done it for anybody" Felicity reassures her.

"Maybe. But Oliver always had a problem in the friend section"

"I have read some articles that say otherwise"

"Let me rephrase. He always had a problem finding real friends." Felicity smiled at her last comment.

"You can count on me" Felicity responded with a smile on her face.

Sara smiled back to Felicity and gave her hand a small squeeze.

"Now come on I'm pretty sure someone's following us and I want to kick his or her ass"

Sara and Felicity decided to take a walk

In the Glades

'Of course' Oliver told himself. 'It's like they don't know what kind of place the Glades is.'

Sara and Felicity kept walking and occasionally Sara would whisper something in Felicity's ear and in return she would giggle.

'What are those two talking about?' Oliver wondered.

The two blondes made their way in an abounded ally.

Crap.

There would probably be thugs in there and he couldn't follow them because there was no where to hide and they would surely see him.

Crap

He had to think fast he needed to keep them sa-

"AHHHH"

Oliver stopped dead in his tracks. He knew that voice from anywhere.

Felicity

Crap.

'Screw hiding' Oliver though. He jumped on the nearest building and before he knew it he was in the ally ready to kill whoever tried to hurt Felicity…and Sara of course.

Only instead of finding some thugs he found two blonde women with matching smirks on their faces.

"Why Olive what brings you here?" Sara asks clearly knowing the real reason

"Oh I was patrolling."

"Really?"

"Really"

"Because today isn't the first time Felicity and I saw the green leather" Sara tells him smugly.

"What were you doing following us" Felicity asks bluntly surprising all of them.

"I was making sure you were safe"

"Oh please" Sara exclaims her voice full of annoyance

"Sara you have the League of Assigns chasing you I couldn't let Felicity or you get hurt"

"I could have taken them…like I always do."

"Guys" Sara and Oliver both look at Felicity and relies that they were both being idiots right now.

"I know you were only doing it for our good" Felicity says as she puts a comforting hand on his shoulder. "Just don't do it ever again"
